Langsam kommt der Herbst und damit auch die die Zeit wo man schnell mal krank wird.🍂
Ihr fühlt euch vielleicht total schlapp und schwach, und das ist total normal.
Jeder wird mal krank.
Total ungünstig ist das natürlich immer, wenn man gerade gut im Training ist und eigendlich keine Gymsession verpassen will...
Euer Körper braucht aber Zeit, um sich zu erholen. Am Anfang kann's frustrierend sein, weil ihr nach dem krank sein vielleicht nicht so fit seid wie vorher. Aber das ist okay, wirklich! Ihr müsst in eurem eigenen Tempo wieder durchstarten.
Fangt langsam an, nehmt weniger Gewicht und steigert euch nach und nach. Wenn ihr langsam wieder Sport macht, verschwindet dieses Schwächegefühl. Glaubt mir,
Geduld ist das wichtigste.
Überfordert euch nicht! Keiner denkt über die Gewichte nach die ihr schafft.. Keiner schaut auf eure Form..
Im Gym ist jeder mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Macht euch keinen Stress💗💗

Mun would not even say that she has talent for writing but I will tell her later otherwise, but actually she has some kind of OCD and is really good at tidying stuff up. Unfortunately with her ADHD she forgots sometimes how her own system works. Silly mun *laughs*

Ehm, this is really difficult to answer. Mun would say that she loves good music but then I wonder what good music is *looks confused*. Her taste varies so much! Like she listens to Rammstein since she has been a teenager and even went to their concert! But then she also listens to Debussy and Mozart and often she listens to sad core and alternative/indie. For gymsessions she is even listening to phonk! I think it really depens on muns mood, but I saw something earlier today. I think she is working on a Spotify playlist for me and my husband >///<
