They did it like most actual clinicians would treat a shoulder dislocation. 'cause the the rotator cuff is a p gd complicated joint space. :,D

(For one, yeah. It's a ball and socket joint - but unlike the pelvic socket, the scapula socket is more like a shallow dish.)
