Leg and abs! I was so pumped to be in the gym today. I usually do 15 minutes of cardio on leg days and 20 anytime else. If you can't tell I'm not a cardio fan but I do want to keep my cardiovascular muscle happy 🙂. This is a crazy leg workout.
