Stupidest duel links cheese combo I am running right now:
Necrovalley. Nothing gets out of either graveyard.
Gravekeepers Servant. Opponent must send a card from the top of their deck to the gy every time they attack.
Scrap-Iron Scarecrow. Negates one of your opponent's attacks each turn.
Coffin Seller. Every time your opponent sends a monster to the graveyard, they take 300 damage.
So every single turn, if they want to attack, they have to pay the up front cost of: A) committing to attacking more than once, because one attack will always be negated, B) milling a card for every single attack (including the negated one), knowing that card may be irrecoverable because of necrovalley, and taking 300 damage each time the card turns out to be a monster.
It's cheese. It's mean. It's bullshit. If you combine this consistently with other mill cards (like warm worm or vampire grace) and your opponent isn't prepared for a lot of backrow removal, you can deck them out really efficiently.

I think everyone should try building these commanders once (electronic, not in paper)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
When I built each of these I learned a whole lot about deckbuilding and piloting these decks. I have notes below the cut, just in case you want to go into this unspoiled. I also would love if you do try building these show me the link!
Tumblr media
Rashmi 1.0 is about understanding mana curve and cheating mana value for gains. You need a balanced curve with some scry and topdeck tech to keep freecasting the top card of your library. Cards like Elder Deep Fiend with high mana values you discount to UU while having flash are huge.
Tumblr media
I have played aristocrat strategies before. None of them operate like Athreos. The pay 3 life or I get it back trigger makes your creature selection matter, because if you sacrifice a 6 mana sun titan for someone else to let it go to hand you now need 6 free mana to recast which is hard to come by. If built wrong you end up bouncing expensive creatures instead of sending them to the gy for easy reanimation.
I recommend a lot of low to the ground etb’s that are in the 2 drop range, 3 mana maximum, who give value after cast and etb not on death. Cards that exile from hand are clutch ways of keeping power out of the game until you can drill life totals. Then play smart with Ath triggers to deal bolt damage or recur creatures as you need them.
Tumblr media
The Jori En Two-Step. You can argue better commanders exist from Thunder Junction but being 3 mana is hugely important for the strat. Ideally you are casting 2 spells on each player turn, letting turns go around as you cast smaller cantrips for value. Jori En flies under the radar with more pressing threats netting you tons of cards per game.
OTJ commander has some new tricks but I would look into mana efficient control spells like Memory Lapse, Izzet Charm, and Stifle. You don’t need to 100% solve the problem, a Suspend on an attacking creature will take them out of the game for exactly as long as you need. Play fast and smart and needle strats to keep them at bay as your cast triggers become overwhelming.
Tumblr media
Kathril is a precon I fell in love with in 2020 and despite not getting new additions very often at all its still a fun as heck deck! The key is to mill some while building a boardstate, drop your commander, then swing with kitted up creatures. Bonus points if you don’t go voltron.
When I built Kathril I had to establish some rules to make it work:
Creatures must have two keywords minimum. If they don’t there needs to be a very good reason to include them (like Odric 2.0)
Creatures I intend to swing with need minimum power 3+. A doublestrike 2/2 or 1/1 isnt pressing enough of a threat
Creatures should have a mana value smaller than Kathril. Some adds like Carnage Tyrant are too juicy not to, but if your whole curve is above Kathril you’re in for a slow game.
There must be a good distribution of keywords. Flying and trample are easy to come by, dig deeper for good reach and menace options.
Early game, mana efficient mill sets up the gy for Kathril to exploit. Be sure to run some mill. Carrion Grub makes for an amazing early game play, it mills, will have decent P/T, and curves into Kathril.

"Unprintworthy" redirects are redirect pages on Wikipedia that aid online navigation, but would have little or no value as pointers to target articles in a hard-copy book. The name of a redirect may be unprintworthy for a number of reasons, including being nearly identical to the name of the target page, containing typographical errors, or not being encyclopaedic. Redirects are not unprintworthy just because the name may be offensive to some, unless the name is also not encyclopaedic.

My DREAM Everyday TechIn a world where every day feels like a technological treasure hunt, I’ve spent the last year perfecting my dream everyday carry for 2024. Each item I’ve chosen has a purpose, a reason for being included, and today, I’m excited to share this carefully curated collection with you. My journey begins with the GTIC 30L Travel Pack, a backpack that stands out from the fifteen others I’ve tried. Its weather-resistant design makes it trustworthy even in the rain, and it distributes weight so efficiently that it feels lighter than it is. You’ll be amazed at how much it can hold as I unpack it.Crafting a perfect everyday carry involves adhering to specific rules. For me, every gadget must charge with USB-C, there are no gimmicks, function trumps form (though having both is ideal), and dark mode aesthetics are a must.Let’s start with the exterior. In the right-hand pocket, I carry the Fagun Mini, a powerful massage gun in a compact form that, of course, charges with USB-C. Also on this side is an AirTag in an ultra-rugged case with a thick braided metal wire, making it hard to cut through. I’ve added a second hidden AirTag within the bag’s inner lining for two-factor security, a tip I picked up from my good friend Technical Gy in India.A dedicated sunglasses pocket is crucial. I use the Rove sunglasses, which fold into a tiny frame but are surprisingly sturdy. Alongside them is my lucky Jetstream pen, a remnant from my high school exam days when I sought the pen with the lowest friction coefficient. On the left side, I have the Chile Series 2 water bottle, which is leak-proof and keeps drinks at their desired temperature. It also features a comfortable lip and a rubber base to prevent clanging. What’s cool about these side pockets is that they’re magnetized and sit flush with the bag when empty. In the front pockets, I keep a bag of my favorite tea and treats for my needy cat, Milo. The numerous pockets in this bag mean I always have space left over, which was one of my criteria when choosing it. It opens completely flat, functioning as a suitcase, which is perfect for hotel stays. The bottom two pockets hold a retractable key holder for my backup keys and a Pokémon Center X Fossil wallet with a Chipolo item finder card, a sleeker alternative to an AirTag. In the main compartment, I keep a Belroy toiletry kit plus, where all my smaller electronics are stored for easy access through airport security. This kit includes the Anker Prime power bank with a massive 27,600mAh capacity and 250W charging power. It’s the hub of my tech system, powering all my gadgets and featuring a built-in speaker for finding it if misplaced. Anker’s ecosystem also includes magnetic charging bases for seamless power bank recharging.I also carry a Maax 100W Universal travel adapter, which combines an adapter and charger with ports for up to four devices, including laptops. This compact device covers all my wall charging needs. For audio, I use the AirPods Pro 2, custom-made with the Mr. Who’s the Boss logo and my team members’ names. While not true Hi-Fi, they offer excellent sound isolation and battery life.I have Zeiss lens wipes for screen cleaning, and my staple Span Ire USB-C cable for all charging needs. A backup SD card, SD card adapter for the iPad Pro, and an ESR CH2 wireless charger that charges my phone, earphones, and Apple Watch simultaneously are also part of my kit.My phone is the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, housed in an ESR case that adds MagSafe compatibility. Another round of LEDE reveals tonight! This time it's long-awaited support for Melodious!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It's been six years but Melodious, an archetype from the series that introduced Pendulum Monsters, finally has some Pendulum Monsters of its own! And the whole lot is solid:
The Level 4 Refrain searches you a Melodious on summon and can mill a Melodious from Deck with its Pendulum Effect.
The Level 5 Couplet searches their new fusion Spell with its Pendulum Effect, and can Special Summon another Melodious from your hand if you search for it.
The Level 7 Spectacular Bach is a great resource tool, being able to Special a Melodious from Deck and reviving a Melodious from the GY when it's sent there (in any way, including Linking it off for the Melodious Link).
The Level 8 Flowering Etoile is, pivotally, interruption in a Deck that was lacking it before, and does so by banishing any number of Melodiouses you control until the End Phase and then bouncing face-up cards your opponent controls to the hand. There's actually a lot of utility in this on top of just being efficient removal.
The deck's actually got some really solid tools now to bring it up to modern standards, and I'm very interested in seeing what people cook up with it now!
We're a quarter of the way into LEDE now and we're still due for Ancient Gear support this weekend. With the way setcodes work they're due for three Main Deck monsters and one Spell at minimum, but probably 1-2 Fusions and some Traps on top of that.

BACKGROUND: External radiotherapy has become indispensable in oncological therapies. Unfortunately, radiation is responsible for serious side effects, such as radiodermatitis. The skin is weakened and ulcerated. Our study aimed to evaluate the subcutaneous transfer of microfat (MF) alone and two mixes: MF+Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and MF+stromal vascular fraction (SVF) to treat radiation-induced skin lesions.
METHOD: We defined randomly five experimental groups of nine mice: 1 healthy control group and 4 irradiated (60 Gy) and treated groups. The skin lesions were treated 3 months after irradiation by MF, MF+PRP (50%-50%), MF+SVF (90%-10%) or Ringer-lactate subcutaneous injections. Wound healing was evaluated at 1, 2 and 3 months post-injection and histological wound analysis at 3 months, after euthanasia.
RESULTS: All the irradiated mice presented with wounds. After sham-injection, the wound area increased by 91.1+/-71.1% versus a decrease of 15.9+/-23.1% after MF alone (NS), 27.3+/-23.8% after MF+SVF (NS) and 76.4+/-7.7% after MF+PRP (P=0.032). A significantly reduction of skin thickness in wound periphery was measured for the three treated groups compared to sham-injection (P<0.05) but not in the healed wounds (NS). The most important subcutaneous neo-vessel density was shown after MF+SVF injection.
CONCLUSION: The MF+PRP mix was the most efficient product to increase healing. The MF+SVF mix showed the highest rate of neo-angiogenesis but was disappointing in terms of healing.

Simple Tips On How To Shed Excess Weight
Most people want to lose weight. It is natural to want to look better and to improve your life. It is not impossible to do, no matter where you start from. You will be able to win if you follow these suggestions; you just need to go step by step. Though popular, fad diets are not always the best way to safely lose weight. If you are really serious about losing weight, however, you should avoid all fad diets. A diet that dictates you restrict yourself to one type of food could appear alluring at first, but you are going to get very fed up with it very quickly. Even worse, they do nothing to teach you lifelong eating habits. The best diet plans teach you how to eat healthy for the rest of your life. Broccoli can be a great weight loss tool. It is a very healthy vegetable and is high in antioxidants. You can put broccoli in your salad, or you can eat it raw, steamed or sauteed. Your body will definitely thank you. Don’t eat late night meals if you want to lose weight. Our metabolism slows down when we are sleeping, which means that foods you eat late at night before bed will mostly be stored as fat. If you can stop eating late at night then you will notice that you’re able to lose more weight than ever. Make sure you eat a variety of foods. Eating the same thing every day is not only boring, but it is also unhealthy. Make sure to eat a balanced diet. When beginning a new diet, make sure your goals are realistic. Like everything in life, you will not be able to reach an unrealistic goal. For any amount of weight you desire to lose, always give yourself some breathing room with your goals. Instead, break your goal into smaller weekly goals that are more attainable. Focus on what’s directly in front of you, not down the road. Think about the weight you need to lose this week and nothing else. You can lose weight faster by eating homemade meals. Portion sizes at restaurants are several times larger than a normal portion size at home. It is hard to eat healthy when you are out since the fat, sugar and salt content are so high. Working out is important to help with weight loss. Make sure you have a set time each day for exercise. Be sure to jot it down in your planner so that you do not schedule anything else during that time. If you want to save money while dieting, cook from home. Homemade food is completely under your control, so you can make it healthy. At restaurants, butter and rich sauces are the norm, so the calorie count will be higher than a home meal. The food preparing process can burn up lots of calories also. Don’t compare your journey to another persons. Individuals all lose weight at different paces. Some will lose weight more quickly than others; it matters not. If you stick to the goals you set, you are doing great. If you diet and have a wall calendar, make it a diet tool! Use the calendar to schedule your exercise sessions. Although you may remember on your own, you have more motivation if you have it written into your schedule. If you’re trying to shed the pounds, it’s important you keep track of your calories. When you control the calories you eat, it helps you figure out how much to eat. That will teach you how much you should eat each day. Keep track of your calories in an excel file or a notebook. Most people don’t realize that getting enough restful sleep is important to keeping your metabolism running most efficiently. When you’re exhausted, give yourself some time and rest up. You are mistaken if you believe you can shed those pounds by sleeping less. Take care of your body, get enough sleep, and the weight loss will follow. If you take a walk before eating dinner, you are more likely to eat less and burn more calories from your meal. In addition, you will also have a feeling of satiation. This works for everyone, not only those who are already fit. Changing your diet is just a part of losing weight. You must also include regular exercise. This means being active and increasing your heart rate. Get to the gym at least three times a week if you are just starting out, and more if you are well into your weight loss program. Change out your dinner plate for a smaller one, like a child’s plate. A lot of people are just in the habit of filling up the plate. If you use large plates and put smaller portions on them, you will have a sense of deprivation. Reducing your plate, itself, makes you think you are eating the same amount. You can often find a healthier alternative. Try ordering pizza with less or no cheese, or eat low-fat sorbet instead of ice cream. Instead of regular soda or beer, purchase the diet and light kinds. Pound out your meat after purchasing it, but before you store it away. This will cause it to be divided into smaller portions when you’re cooking and eating it. Pounding your meat will tenderize it and make it easier to eat without adding any kind of rich sauces on it, and open up new possibilities for cooking. Drinking water throughout the day can really help curb overeating. Feelings of thirst can be confused with hunger pangs. A bit of vanity is not a bad thing, especially when you are trying to lose weight. Check yourself out in the mirror and congratulate yourself for your hard work smoothie diet and for the new body that is appearing. This will help keep you on track and motivated. The preceding tips are a great example of how you can use research to lose weight. Losing weight can be a challenge for some, but if you have the best information, it can go better than you might expect. As long as you have the commitment to get to work and use these tips, you will see positive improvements.

Deck Tech: Mathmech
I saw a post on Facebook where a friend was hyping up Mathmech and comparing it to a more consistent Tri-Brigade, so I decided to investigate and test it for myself. Here’s my results. If you’re interested in playing this deck in the current format, or in a format that looks a lot like it, this post should help you understand the theory behind building it to optimize its consistency and disruptive power. It also includes a list at the end.
So first off, let me clarify that this friend was being hyperbolic: Tri-Brigade this is not. Mathmech’s not exactly Salamangreat either, though it is something like a mix of both. If you looked at the Synchros, you’d probably be convinced that this is a going-second deck, and if you looked at everything else, you’d probably think it’s a grindy setup-based deck. In short, it’s midrange (and so is Salamangreat, for the record): it has proactive and reactive options, isn’t helpless going second, and has solid engines for card advantage that let it play a longer game if need be. It also has plenty of space for hand traps.
Let’s start with the key cards: Mathmech Superfactorial is the reason for comparison to Tri-Brigade. It’s much like Tri-Brigade Revolt, one of the best cards in the format, except it leads to a lot less advantage because none of the Mathmechs float. In exchange, it leads to potentially better disruption since the card it summons, Primathmech Laplacian, sends up to two cards on field and one in hand to the GY. This deck’s going-first play will usually always be to set up Superfactorial and search it if necessary, which can be done via Primathmech Alembertian.
Cynet Mining is a natural 3-of in any Cyberse deck. Similarly to Salamangreat, this card can efficiently put two cards in a useful place if you send Sigma to activate it, or you send a level 4 Cyberse and then search and summon Division.
Geomathmech Final Sigma is a Virtual World tech is a powerful option in simplified game states, since it puts the burden on your opponent to out a big unaffected monster. Final Sigma also has some other interesting quirks: double battle damage helps to close out games, and since it’s unaffected by everything except Mathmech cards, you also don’t have to tribute it off of your own copy of Nibiru, the Primal Being, so it’s not a bad card to sit on either. Most decks will have to make a vulnerable Link-4 to out this, so Nibiru, Infinite Impermanence, and potentially Effect Veiler could prevent your opponent from doing so.
What about that advantage engine? Cyberse Wicckid is a rarely-played card outside of @Ignister, but in this deck, it searches three of your best maindeck monsters: Sigma in case you don’t have it in GY, Diameter as a follow-up play after your first turn, or Nabla if you don’t need either for some reason. It also can’t be destroyed by battle or card effects, so it tends to stick on the board, and the search is a Trigger Effect, so if you can summon to a zone it points to on your opponent’s turn and your own turn, you can search twice. And guess what, Superfactorial means this deck can do that.
So the gameplan is to set up Superfactorial into Laplacian going first with Cyberse Wicckid in the EMZ if available. Once your opponent’s committed to a play, you’ll flip Superfactorial, sending at least two of their cards to the GY and ideally stopping them from playing further. If you have Wicckid, you can search as well. What are the simplest combos that can lead to either of these?
Superfactorial needs three Mathmech names in GY in order to summon Laplacian, so naively it would require that you see three different named Mathmechs, at least two of which can Special Summon themselves. Nabla doesn’t summon itself, but if you manage to summon Nabla during the combo, that can account for two of those names, so let’s start with Nabla plus a way to get a Mathmech on board. That would include these combos, the result of which we’ll call half combo for now:
Nabla (or any way to search it that isn’t Alembertian) + Addition/Subtraction/Sigma
Cynet Mining + Sigma/Nabla
All of these combos end on Linguriboh + a set and live Superfactorial. Furthermore, if you draw the Superfactorial, any method of making Alembertian with at least one Mathmech monster works, since Alembertian can search Nabla and then summon it from hand. In either case, this is the weakest possible combo that achieves the goal, and every subsequent card in your hand that summons itself, summons something else, or goes +1 will leave you with an extra card on field at some point during the combo. How you apply this card depends on the hand, but in general, any extenders that don’t use a normal summon should be used as early as possible because an early Linguriboh can protect your plays, and the cards that go +1 generally need to be protected in order to ensure they resolve. Before I enter a discussion about those, though, extensions to this combo should look like this:
Combo with a +0 extender (we’ll call this “full combo”): Wicckid + Linguriboh + Superfactorial set with 3 names including Diameter + one search off of Wicckid
Combo with Parallel Exceed: Can either be full combo, OR Wicckid + Superfactorial set with 3 names + Laplacian made once*, OR Final Sigma + Superfactorial set with 3 names
Combo with Parallel and a +0 extender: Wicckid + Linguriboh + Superfactorial set with 3 names + Laplacian made once + one search off of Wicckid
*This combo only works if Nabla summons Sigma and Sigma later summons itself from GY, so Sigma cannot be your extender in this case
That final combo is basically 4 cards so I’m stopping there. You can probably end on Wicckid pointing down to I:P with Superfactorial for 3 if you have a perfect hand that resolves every +1 in your deck. Speaking of which...
Mathmech’s only archetypal +1s are Diameter and Sigma, but Division is the best way to get duplicate names out of hand, so it’s not exactly a plus, but it does let you use a card that wouldn’t be useful otherwise. This card is probably the worst Mathmech I’d say you have to play since loses the hardest to targeted negation (and can never be protected with Linguriboh), but it also enables lines of play that lead to double Laplacian. Diameter is obviously good just for going +1, but the negation effect it gives your monsters means it protects your plays going first and adds to your disruption going second. Seeing it first turn isn’t super rewarding without Cynet Mining or extenders, but it’s not like those hands don’t happen, and it’s the best card to search off of Wicckid hands down.
Mathmech’s built-in extenders are Addition, Subtraction, and Sigma. None of the other cards in the deck Special Summon themselves. If you noticed that Sigma is listed as both an extender and a +1, it’s because it is, just never both in the same turn.
Any other desirable extender for Mathmech would be a Level 4 Cyberse monster that summons itself, or any card that summons one from the deck. Parallel Exceed is actually both, and is automatically one of the best cards in the deck for that reason. Apart from that, there are 40 maindeck Level 4 non-Ritual Cyberse Effect monsters in the game, but the only ones that come close to helping here are Balancer Lord and Salamangreat Fowl, and neither of them improve hands with a single normal summon and no extenders, so we’ll have to think outside of the box. I present Unexpected Dai as a solution: it’s really not great since it necessitates a brick, but it’s superior to all the above because it doesn’t require playing a useless card in extra or getting your entire play stopped by Veiler/Impermanence. Starting your turn with Unexpected Dai and getting ashed (which rarely happens) means next to nothing for most hands, but the extra monster can lead to a lot more, since the Leotron it summons can go directly into Linguriboh, protecting the rest of your plays from Impermanence and other backrow alike. Having to normal it yourself if you draw it sucks and you will occasionally see hands with both Dai and Leotron, but double Fowl or double Balancer Lord isn’t actually any better.
All of the engine cards discussed so far add up to 30 cards if we play one Leotron, one Division, one Foolish Burial (for Sigma and Diameter targets) and three of everything else. Three Pot cards of choice makes 33, so let’s pick one. Extravagance isn’t even remotely on the table, so it’s down to Prosperity and Desires, and there’s a case for both: Prosperity is more consistent in decks with unique named combo pieces, like this one, but Desires nets an extra card, this deck is short on +1s, and it cares a lot about doing damage quickly. Additionally, while Desires could brick your hand by removing the single copies of Leotron and Division from your deck, you have three Cynet Mining and three Nabla to get Division out of your deck when you need it, and banishing Leotron only matters if you then draw Unexpected Dai afterwards. As a result I’m partial to Desires.
That leaves 7 open spaces to make 40 cards, and with Desires, it’s fine to go over by a bit. 9 hand traps makes 42, so let’s go with sets of Impermanence and Nibiru as mentioned before, and throw in three Ash Blossoms because it’s easily the best handtrap remaining. This leaves us with:
Tumblr media
And here’s a ygoprodeck link to the above deck with a basic side added.
Notes on the extra:
14 cards in extra because there’s one easy flex spot. Light Dragon @Ignister and Topologic Trisbaena are prime candidates. Splash Mage is the least essential card here if you’d like to cut another.
The second Linguriboh is not optional; many combos make both in one turn.
Link Spider turns a Nibiru token into a Cyberse monster, which lets you extend a tributed board into a Wicckid.
The Mathmech cards in extra are the bare minimum required for 4 turn games. Most games don’t go much longer than this, but for ones that do, a third Alembertian might be helpful.
Update Jammer isn’t technically necessary for the Accesscode OTK if you can get to Nabla, but it’s still worth the slot for enabling 3-card OTKs and cheesing random rogue strategies.
Transcode Talker is the only completely essential card here that prevents you from summoning non-Cyberse cards from anywhere but your Extra Deck. Technically that means you could play Dogmatika cards, but it doesn’t really pair with the deck’s gameplan (also I realized it late into writing this post and don’t have time to develop the thought further).
Geomathmech Magma is strong enough to play for its effect alone, though it is also used to help make Final Sigma with Sigma and any extender. Incidentally, this takes exactly 5 summons.
Finally, things to look out for. If the following cards are ever released, this deck should get a fair bit stronger:
Any unconditional Level 4 Cyberse extender
Decode Talker Heatsoul
Any other Cyberse Rank 4 with a playable effect
Any good Cyberse Fusion monster should be accessible easily too.
Thanks for reading. If I end up doing another of these soon, expect to see Live☆Twin, since I will be fiending that once the Link-4 comes out. Or maybe Marincess because I’ll play anything Cyberse and that deck’s new cards are insane.
