1. Who are they? What do they do? How good are they at it? How well known are they for it?

Alright, so Chance was an orphaned Skritt who was found by an Asura named Aezzil. She was found as a kit on the shores of Lion's Arch and Aezzil nursed her back to health, and then named her Chance. She learned some trading skills with the Black Lion Trading Company, but she's not very good at it. She's a lot better at "borrowing" things from others and forgetting to return said things. She's Aezzil's partner in crime! Or at least she likes to believe. She mostly stays in Aezzil's apartment in Lion's Arch and sleeps, dreaming of big adventures involving Aezzil and the neighboring pirates. She's not much for anything, but the locals at Commodore's Quarter adore her.

8. What is a situation they're absolutely useless in?

She's pretty much useless in combat situations. She can't fight for shit. She'd prolly faint from fear and Aezzil will have to carry her around in his rucksack.

19. How did the Elder Dragon situation affect them?

She was prolly still too young to comprehend the dangers that seem so far from her. She was aware of the Elder Dragons somewhat, but she had bigger problems, like how to obtain the basket of apples from the market stand without getting caught.
