The Quest Continues...

(part 1- part 2)

#Fourfold Soul #<- That's the title of the project I've been working on!#I am very excited to finally show off the cowboy (gender redacted) I've been cooking in a slow boil!!! Yeehaw!#Yes this is the game project. YES I am commited to the bit of having the main character go through a long running pronoun-quest.#This character does not have a name so I cannot formally tag them...#(Okay. Technically they have an internal name for coding/scripting reasons...and I have a nickname for them.#But the important part of making a video game character you get to eventually name is that the name must come from *you*!)#The girl here is a npc so she has a temporary name. So I also cannot tag her. Hmm...#I have several FFS comics thumbnailed out. This one got made first because it's the funniest without context. Lore wise it's weak.#I would love to post the sexy clown but you have to wait just a few more comics.#Fun artist woes moment to share: This is the first time I've had to colour these characters traditionally. *That* was NOT fun.#Going from a specific digital colour palette to being at the whims of my limited colour choices in markers? Hell! On! Earth!#I might also be extra frustrated because this sure is 3x the length of what I usually do for comics! I spent a Whole Day on this.#Past me thought it was soooo funny and needed all the extra panels for pacing. I hate past me. That guy needs to be exploded.

#i mean this instance was more just assholeish behavior and less this guy has actual anger issues that might be of concern to other people in #the house #so guess it could have been worse #but like why the fuck do you think that's an okay thing to just say to a person man #so for context (because you know what #yes i am going to give random people on tumblr my housemate drama)#i had just gotten back from the store and he was in the kitchen cooking something he looked at me and i nodded at him then went upstairs to #drop off my bags in my room before going back downstairs to put away the stuff that needed to go in the freezer as well as fill up my water #bottle and grab some food #and just before i'm about to go back upstairs he asks me 'why don't you talk'#and i don't fucking know how to respond to that so i just stand there for a second and he repeats himself and says 'why don't you talk when #you enter a room'#to which i say 'i don't feel the need to' because i've been put on the spot and don't have a better answer #and he replies with 'well that's kind of rude just thought you should know'#and at that point i just leave because i think he's done and also i don't want to talk to him about this because a) i don't actually care #what he thinks is rude and b) why or why i don't talk is none of his fucking buisness #but then as i'm going up the stairs #like fully out of the room at this point #i hear him say 'it's a pretty odd thing to do'#like idk fuck you man you have literally no say in what i do or how i act #you're just some guy who ended up in the same housing as me #and now that i've had a moment to actually think my answer would be because i'm autistic and talking to people i'm not familiar with is har #and also i don't like you #but i don't think i'm going to say either of those things for various reasons #anyway #j rambles

dropping in just to say really quickly that kcd is massively enjoyable and I'm mad I let myself think it was for chuds only

#i even got attached to the thumb faced characters. they're literally just guys and i care them #im only about halfway done (guesstimating) but yeah i love it. and am already having dreams about it too. tldr immersive sim is back babyyy #this game is putting bethesda to absolute shame with it's interactivity and immersion lol lmao #i fucking WISH they put that kind of effort and care in the next TES but it's obvious they won't and it's a shame but oh well #bethesda peaked with Morrowind sadly #anyway kingdom come deliverance is cool and good 👍 excited to play the sequel next (already checked if it will run and it's laggy but runs)#the only really big issue imo is lack of accessibility options and third person mode which means less people can enjoy it and it's a shame #more accessible games are always better and not everyone can play in first person or master the combat skill this game demands of the playe #that's all i wanted to say bye i have to go pick some flowers and cook potions ^_^ (and yes this counts as touching grass)#player* fuck u Tumblr let me type in tags as long as i like

HEARTBREAKING! i finally realize that not everyone else has the "shitsucking rapist" as their favorite way to write vampires.

#all the care guide says is 'biomass'#either they are Simply The Worst. or theyre just like. some guy.#i dont like the sexy vampire #mostly i just want them to get over themselves yaknow #like they spend so little time actually considering and focusing on the logistics of having to eat blood #that they end up indistinguishable from an evil superman story yaknow #like im not impressed. leave me alone.#i like them best as truly horrific monsters with a focus on the FOLKLORIC tradition and not the literary #but also i do love the variety of modern vampire that is Just Some Guy #which is why my vampires are like that #either they are an embodiment of evil or literally just as evil as any other random person #this is also why i like vampires as a disability method #ah yes. you too can prevent me from entering your house. by cooking the wrong food.#i too have a specialized diet which is difficult and painful to maintain and which i did not choose #i too have had people talk about me as if i was dead right in front of my fucking face #but anyhow. yeah i am the world's biggest hater of the sexy vampire trope.
