Thanks to everyone who volunteered their pcs as lil gunieapigs to me<3 I had a lot of fun experimenting with different coloring styles

I made some executive decisions when interpreting the designs: like adding accessoires, changing hairsytles a bit, interpreting facial features differently or just doing my own thing with some of the outfits. I hope thats okay haha ( I could ramble on about my thought process on a lot of these designs but I'll cut myself off) I might make a seperate post for this, but its legit kinda tragic; cause most of these drawings are cut off. I just couldnt fit the full versions into a cohesive layout.

Today was one of the hardest days I’ve been through yet. This is Snuggle Bug, or Bug for short. He was very, very sick. I took him into the vet today where I had to make the choice to let him go. The vet was pretty sure his body was going septic as infection seemed to be coming from every part of his body. I sadly don’t even have other pictures of him but knew in my heart I was going to be losing him soon so I took this one while waiting for the doctor.

Bug was known and loved by so many, as he was a class pet and only spent the last year just at home with us. He will be very, very missed. Rest in Paradise my little Bugaloo. I love you so much. 💕

Pets are wonderful!

They're cute and fun and can really cheer you up!

But, they are not toys.

They are not "things" for you to buy whenever you're bored or you see them in a pet store and think they are cute.

They are not "things" to give your young children for presents.

They are LIVING creatures and deserve to be treated as such.

If you are thinking of purchasing or adopting a pet, then PLEASE RESEARCH about them.

Pet stores do NOT provide proper information.

Almost everything pet stores 'reccomend' is complete TRASH.

Almost every cage they sell is incredibly small, far to small for any living creature.

Most name brand pet foods, (for small pets at least) is NOT nutritious for them.

Do not walk in to a pet store, get a pet, and THEN ask the worker how to care for them.

Go online, join pet groups for the pet you're interested in, LEARN about them.

Have your set up BEFORE you get your pet.
