People bitching about Marinette, not being traumatized around Kim and dark cupid let me point out a few things.

1. Dissociative amnesia is a thing and I think more people need to be aware of it basically your brain if it deemed something too traumatic for you to handle at that point, it will repress the memory until you’re out of stage where it thinks that you’re OK remembering it again.

2. Marinette frankly had bigger problems by that point. Like oh, I don’t know the magical terrorist constantly threatening people?

3. People with trauma don’t want to constantly dwell on their trauma. We are not balls of nerves all the time…. And frankly that’s kind of a harsh stereotype to insinuate that we are.

Incest fics are so weird to me like what do you mean you find getting freaky and doing things with your parent/sibling hot like what ☹️ also sidenote stepcest is still incest and weird and illegal!!

Like I try to block all of these accounts and move on but there’s so many like what is appealing about writing incest please guys just write smth else you don’t gotta make them related I’m sick of it, it’s not even important to the plot 😞

I see a lot of these fics are normally in like older characters tags but like I’ve seen a lot in Anakin skywalker, Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfeild tags (and in a lot of the RE character tags) which sucks bc there are guenuinely good fics in there and these weird ass fics are ruining the RE fan base reputation

Loving your Gold to Mold story so far it's a very interesting take on the yandere bat-family I haven't seen yet, with you actually being able to fight back and not giving them the chance at all, though to be fair I'm still pretty new to the trope

I gotta ask though, since the beginning I've noticed a distinct lack of a certain Meta family member, and I'm wondering if it was an intentional decision to leave him out, was he left out cus he seems like the only family member who wouldn't just go out of their way to ignore you (besides Alfred) and actually become a friend or perhaps a real sibling to you, or was he not put in because then it would give the batfam a reason to trust Metas and therefore think about trusting the Megamycete, or perhaps a secret third reason

With how the timeline's playing out, I guenuinely doubt we're ever gonna see him, with Joker dead the incident with his parents never happen, and now that that papers out you know they're never gonna be within 50 feet of a Wayne, let alone let their son dress up like a Bat with him

I can just imagine Duke stting by while everything burns around him, reading the article, sipping his tea, going "Man I'm glad I got nothing to do with that

Full disclosure: I left Duke out because I don’t know him well enough to write him. When I first got into Yandere Batfamily, all the posts I read only had Bruce, Dick, Jason, Tim, and Damian with a few of them including Steph, Cass, and Barbara. I have a few I’m reading that have Duke, but I just don’t know him well enough to have him in this series.

But, if I had to guess, I’d say he would be like the rest of the family: ignoring you because you’re insignificant (he’d never say that, but that’s the truth) and he’d go off the deep end when he realized he had forgotten you for years.

But, he would feel a deeper connection to you (at least in his mind) because you both have powers in a family of vigilantes that routinely prohibit metas from entering their city. You two are so similar that you might as well be brothers (he’d never tell Damian that for fear of getting a good look at his sword) and he wants you to come home so you two can compare your powers and stay up late playing video games.

Maybe he could convince Bruce to let you become a vigilante and patrol during the day with him— ok, Bruce said no.

But if i had to come up with something for Duke in this series, he’s living with his parents (and he’s also an avid fan of your game), who are free from Joker’s gas due to you killing him years ago.

And yes, he’s eating up the drama with a spoon, wondering how he could’ve ever admired a family who treats someone like you so badly.

Like, it was about childhood imaginary friends trying to live after thier kids forget them, I was already intrigued.

I was prepared for it to be a little light on any themes because they were aiming at kids, or the jokes to be super awkward because a bunch of comedians were trying to hard. Neither of those happened.

We are handed an intelligent, nuanced main character with real skills nessisary for the role she puts herself into.

We have Imaginary Friends (IFs) who are guenuinely funny. Like was laughing so hard in some moments. If you enjoy old style cartoon slapstick bafoonery, you will enjoy these guys.

We have clever writing. There are twists and delight you don’t see coming, heart warming moments you do and love anyway, and real use of music, lighting, and a clever bit with John Stewart’s Harvey (blink and you miss it, but it is my FAVORITE old black and white film, so I was squealing).

There was real peril, real stakes, real, true to life triumphs and sorrows. I was openly weeping for the last 10 minutes of this movie.

I do not wish to spoil more than that- just go see this film.

If you love Ryan Reynolds, you will love this film. We know him as a comedian and a clown, and hillariously, this is somehow him as the straight man while still some of his best comedy. All PG, it is for kids, but I swear, as an adult, you just feel his DONE vibes this whole film 😂

If you love old cartoons and black and white films, you will love this movie- If you are into the Toonkind race addition to DnD, you will love the hell out of this movie. There should be so much fan art around this film. There should be OCs out there wazoo.

If you were an imaginative kid as a child, you will love this movie.

If you have ever spent far too much time in hospitals, you will love this movie.

If you ever had a dream you let go of to grow up, you will love this movie.

If you still deal with stress, and anxiety, and depression, and disappointment, you will love this movie.

Like seriously? This film is so sweet and endearing and could not have come out at a better time.

Go watch IF. I don’t have words to explain any more than that.

Honestly I’ve seen some threads that questioned gender and sexuality and it straight up hurt my brain. Always leave a conversation when I realise it’s not a guenuine question, but actually they’re transphobic. But really tho how does nonbinary identity correlate with sexuality…? Like are they straight? Unless they’re with a nonbinary person? Also I can’t explain how dressing the gender you identify as isn’t enforcing gender stereotypes ?? Is it? Does it matter?

Even after all these years, Yokoyan give off more of a ANGERME vibe than a Momusu vibe to me. She wasn't a good pick for a stoic and classy group like Momusu imo, it always seems the cool concept of the group and the harsh hierarchy inside the members are draining a lot of her guenuine personality. Like for Zukki, it is definitely a shame considering her entertainment skills.

If Kagami wasn’t A Senti, Do you think Félix would’ve spared her during Emotion Or would He have quickly got rid of her?

Realizing that Marinette was a guenuine good person sincerely in love with Adrien was enough for Felix to spare her, so I think that even if Kagami hadn't been a sentimonster, Felix would also have spared her if only because she's also a kid victim of an abusive parent trying to control her, and because she cares enough about Adrien to want for him to be happy with Marinette

I love the anime for adding this kind of filler scenes that we din't have in the manga ^^ I can't help but feel content and rejoiced everytime I see prooves of Sasuke's deep affection for Naruto, and Naruto's own guenuine happiness when Sasuke is present in his life :)
