Here’s the other fanart I was hinting at! A fanart for @aninonimosstuff-blog’s guardian Turbo blog!

This was an idea my fiancé gave to me and I just had to draw it. A silly idea of me being her guardian and meeting Turbo and human on the street.

I am very very very happy with how this turned our and I had so much fun making it!

I keep thinking about how Adrien would be different if he were mister bug from the beginning rather than chat noir - here is an attempt to gather my Thoughts

You are Adrien Agreste.

Your partner, she tells you, is the opposite. Her entire life has been nothing but responsibility. It’s different, she thinks, to let someone else take the lead for once. To listen instead of command.

Different, you repeat. Does that mean bad?

No, she tells you with a smile. Just different.

The akumas you fight are difficult, of course — but in a way, you’re used to it. In a way, your whole life is nothing but a series of akuma battles.

Wait. Listen. Find the simplest way out of things; the way that saves the most people. And now, you have your ladybugs to set things right in a way you have never been able to before.

Duty makes your shoulders heavier, your mouth set. But that’s not a bad thing. Just different.

Guardian SpiritRune - Info page

My AU is back and refurbished (and it actually has a name this time)

The story follows Alice my playersona who got her Soul pulled into the Deltarune world due to one of Gaster’s experiments. Whoever something interfered causing the vessel to be lost and her to end up bonded with a local teen named Kris who is unsurprisingly not thrilled about being possessed.

(She Kinds acts as a Guardian Spirit to Kris, think Baten Kaitos only in a more modern setting)

They try and work together with Kris’s friends to figure out how to get the vessel back so Kris can regain their independence and maybe figure out what is causing all the strange happenings around town (perhaps it could be related to Dess’s disappearance only time will tell)

Edit: added the Guardian part to the name as I’ve noticed there’s another au already called SpiritRune and I wanted to differentiate)

As for my personas lore, their designs started out as an exercise to demask (I’m autistic)

Green guy represents me completely without my mask (that’s why they are constantly shrouded in darkness)

Purple person represents my mask itself (my artworks of them are usually more bubbly/cartoony)

However, growing up with the information that I’m autistic being hidden from me and being raised female (blah blah blah female autism psychology blah blah blah) my mask has become an integral part of my personality that I can’t just toss away. At first, it became a source of self-hatred, but once I started designing my two “me”s, it allowed me to accept myself fully as who I am

Green guy nor purple person fully represent me, because I am not truly myself without the two of them together

Buuut then they became more characterized and now they’re almost fully characters in their own right. But creating a new persona for me just feels wrong, so they’re both my persona! The end.

High above the streets of Paris, Mister Bug and Lady Noire talk about love.

It's a dangerous topic, to be sure; one that has to be tiptoed around with utmost care. A balancing act for Mister Bug. For Lady Noire too, perhaps, but she never seems like it affects her quite as much. Maybe that's why she's the one who brings it up.

"Are you in love, Mister Bug?"

His feet, from where they'd been kicking back and forth rhythmically, come to a stop. "Huh?"

"I'm just curious," says Lady Noire. On the rooftop they sit, there's more than a few centimeters of space between them. A gap that they're both waiting for Mister Bug to bridge. He only wishes he could. "Are you?"

Mister Bug tries to catch her eye. "Are you sure you want to talk about this? We... we don't have to--"

She waves a clawed hand in the air dismissively. "It's fine," she says, even though he knows it's not. He wonders what it is that's fine: talking about love, or talking about love when they both know he won't -- he can't -- reciprocate her feelings? "I wanna know. Is there anyone you love?"

Some more Deltarune player fanarts since I realised I missed quite a few from my last Deltarune player fanart. Actually considerably happier with this one than the first one. If people like it I might draw the players from my first drawing in this style too. (Plus lilybug’s the mad king, who was originally going ti be part of this art but I couldn’t figure draw them in a way I was happy with)
