Ok having learnt he’s from Philly & having listened to the Dollop podcast episode I’m pretty sure was titled crimes of Philadelphia sports fans I’m not sure but I feel like a Gritty might be the American Cyril the Swan

So if you know both Gritty & Cyril’s antics who would win in a fight?

Gritty is the official mascot for the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He is a 7-foot tall (2.1 m) furry orange creature with googly eyes who wears Flyers gear.

Our current mascot is Wander the Warhorse, pictured here in the window over our mech stables!

He's been our mascot ever since we got a few complaints about students who faced mockery at sports meets from those who didn't understand the rich history Karrakin Symbolic Traditions surrounding our old mascot system.

Gritty!

Gritty is a mascot. A creature that helps sports teams or a business. Usually, an animal or other creature, their job is to help the crowd get excited and do fun events. Gritty is from a place called Philadelphia. Gritty is more unhinged, always doing really crazy and fun things. He likes to dance and shake his butt.

Gritty is amazing and beloved, so if you make fun of Gritty *I doubt you would* his fans might get mad. There is a rumor that in Philadelphia's football area there is a court under ground because of...how passionate they can be.
