“Are you smiling?”

“Uhhhhh….no?” Says the character who is almost always smiling.

“Why not?”

This scene is very important to me, cause getting to see Jax, the character that, up till this point had put up this unbothered attitude. Only things to change when he’s on the receiving end of someone else. A taste of his own medicine you could say.

You can see how clearly unnerved he is here, he smiles as gangle wanted, but it’s a smile derived from nervousness and fear, not the typical laid back grin he always has.

He never once thought that he would be on the receiving end of something like this, and he’s scared

I think the little (funny) detail that people tend to miss is after killing Bazz B (and the regret increasing tenfold mixed with grief and sorrow), Haschwalth starts to have his screws loose one by one. He's smiling and smirking and grinning and throwing fits more frequently for someone who's supposed to be stoic and levelheaded (mind you, he's acting against everything about balance, his fucking shrift) primarily to his poor target of projection, which is none other than Uryu (why suffer in this hell alone when you could drag someone to join you in this eternal misery of choosing your god over your best friend)

It’s wild to me that in AOS Kirk is a smartass who gets into frequent brawls and goofs around whereas in TOS Kirk was canonically bulled in the Academy because he was a nerd.

I am once again overcome by the sheer magnitude of pranks Mikey and Leo could commit on the world of archaeology through their combined abilities of time and space

With enough time for Mikey in particular to be strong enough to make a small time portal - again within Leo’s portal opened in Someplace, Somewhere - they could plant so much shit just to mess with historians.

Like - Mikey wanted to try painting Greek-style pottery and Leo is like “hey hey wait…”

And now there is newly discovered evidence of Greek depictions of humanoid turtles laying around.
