These grilled peppers stuffed with cheese are a tasty and filling keto-friendly dish. The mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and garlic are mixed together and then put inside bell peppers. They are then grilled until they are done. They are great as an appetizer or side dish for any event.

Ingredients: 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper, to taste.

Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add the Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a bowl, and mix them all together. Put a little pressure on each half of the bell pepper to pack in the cheese mixture. Put the peppers on the grill with the cut side facing up. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Take the peppers off the grill and serve them hot. As a keto-friendly appetizer or side dish, these grilled peppers stuffed with cheese are a treat!
