her friend group consists of mary macdonald, florence fawley, amelia bones and greta catchlove. marlene mckinnon hung out from time to time, but she was only really close to lily and mary

they became closer and their bond grew tighter around their fifth year, after amelia, who was a very calm and composed person, puncher mulciber in the face after what he did to mary

they dorm together, besides amelia and florence, who dorm together, but in the ravenclaw tower

mary’s quite a messy person, and her makeup, clothes and jewellery are mist of the time thrown around in the bathroom. greta always picks up mary’s mess without saying much about it; she likes cleaning up

greta is a great baker, and stress bakes. during exam season, her friends always have something to eat while studying

all of them have siblings (lily has an older sister, mary has two older sisters, florence has two older brothers, amelia has an older brother and a younger sister and greta has a younger brother and sister) and gossip about them all the time

sit next to each other in class all the time if their schedules allow it

all of them gave a stern warning to florence’s boyfriend when they first got together (they ended up leaving hogwarts as a couple, still, and getting married)

amelia is dragged to quidditch matches by them (especially florence, who is on the ravenclaw quidditch team) to show support for her house’s team (she thoroughly dislikes sports)

Ever since Greta had returned home from her book tour, she'd been on the lookout for vacant storefronts. She wanted to open her own specialty shop, but she knew she wouldn't be able to do so outside of the magical communities, selling cheese made from the milk of a dragon certainly wouldn't do very well in London.

She stood on the sidewalk of Diagon Alley, looking at a for sale sign on a door. It wasn't even a storefront, it was just a door with a flight of stairs behind it. The shop was above Globus Mundi Travel Agents, which she supposed wasn't too bad. At least she wasn't looking at a spot above the pet store. Greta stood, staring at the door for quite some time before she turned to the next person to pass by her. "Question - Imagine this door painted bright yellow like a block of cheddar cheese, would it entice you enough to go in and see what lies beyond?"

She quietly stepped out of her room, shutting the door behind her, and made her way into the kitchen where she found Greta. A faint smile lingered on her lips, hoping that they were not too loud last night, going to reach for a mug from the cupboard, her hand, with her want, waving over the coffee pot.

Aparentemente, anos após a primeira queda de Lord Voldemort, o Profeta Diário ainda escreve matérias sobre Greta Catchlove Pertencente à Ordem da Fênix, a bruxa era nascida-trouxa e, quando em Hogwarts, pertenceu à casa de Helga Hufflepuff.  Alguns criticavam seu jeito hippie, outros ressaltavam sua habilidade na cozinha.

Dessa história, você só conheceu boatos — até agora.

O que sabemos sobre: Greta Catchlove era uma bruxa que escreveu a edição original de Enfeitice Seu Próprio Queijo. Havia um retrato de Catchlove pendurado no Castelo de Hogwarts, guardando um atalho secreto entre o patamar do segundo andar da grande escadaria e a sala ao lado do Hall de Entrada. A senha necessária para obter acesso ao referido atalho era “Cheese Charmer”.

Principais pontos da personalidade: Greta sempre foi bastante animada sobre a cozinha. Os Catchlove realmente acreditam que possuem tanto amor que até mesmo em seu sobrenome está a prova disso. Carinhosa, animada e sem preconceito. Vindo de uma família trouxa bastante hippie, Greta cresceu conhecendo amor, sinceridade e felicidade e tenta expor isso ao máximo possível. Sabe que muitos serão contra ou não entenderão esse tipo de criação, mas ela só agradece.

Curiosidades:  Seus pai são hippies declarados, daqueles que acamparam em frente a movimentações de guerra desejando e pregando paz e amor. Ter nascido diferente dos demais, não fez com que os seus a achassem menos especial do que já era. Sempre a incentivaram a ser quem quisesse a maior "bicho grilo" que poderia andar por Hogwarts. Sua forma de demonstrar afeto é sem dúvidas cozinhar, e sempre a veem testando receitas. Seja a mistura de ingredientes trouxas quanto bruxos, principalmente alucinogenos. Vindo de uma família extremamente liberal, Greta nunca viu problema em experimentar as coisas. Tudo começou durante seus primeiros anos em Hogwarts, a ansiedade para ser aceita e do mundo bruxo fez com que a garota ficasse cada dia mais nervosa.

Seus pais tentaram inúmeras aromaterapias, mas somente quando ela completou dezesseis anos a introduziram a parte medicinal de algumas plantas que eram bastante proibidas.

Hoje, Greta consegue ver a parte medicinal e como melhora para tirar a ansiedade e pressão (feita de maneira dosada e conciente) e ficou expecilista em bolinhos, infusões, e todo o tipo de comestivel imaginavel.

Isso acabou trazendo um pouco de má fama a ela, mas sabe que um dia vai conquistar seu lugar com seu talento. Seu artista favorito é David Bowie.

Bicho-papão: Vê a figura daquele que não deve ser nomeado. Mesmo não sabendo seu rosto, tem escutado o que ele fará com nascido trouxas e está morrendo de medo.

BIOGRAPHY:

As a child, she hadn't realized just how different other parts of the world were. Growing up in South Korea was quite a different experience than most of her friends in England. Bo-da had been born into a Pureblood family, it was quite rare for Wixen and muggles to mingle in Asia, meaning half-bloods were nearly non-existent. On top of learning to speak Korean, Bo-da was expected to learn Japanese and English as well. Japanese so she could communicate while attending Mahoutokoto School of Magic, and English as it was the most common language in the world. Tri-lingual by age seven, Bo-da was ready to attend her first year of school.

Her first three years of school flew by in a blur, and she was excited to finally begin living at the facility for her fourth year at age eleven. However that summer came with some bad news. Bo-da’s mother had been offered a job within the British Ministry of Magic, offering a salary that was nearly impossible to achieve in South Korea. It was a very easy yes, and so the Chungsil family packed up and relocated to Northern Ireland, choosing to change their names in order to fit in better. Settling on the surname Catchlove, Bo-da had chosen Greta for her first name. It sounded just similar enough to Bo-da that she was comfortable with the transition.

Hogwarts was… boring. Her fellow Slytherin classmates were way behind, learning simple spells that Greta had mastered by age eight. She used the opportunity of being ahead to brush up on her English, and of course slack off alongside her best friend. It was entirely unexpected to see a familiar face at Hogwarts, but Greta and Kitty were attached at the hip, having similar experiences to each other, they easily got along.

Greta excelled in her classes, even as she got older and the rest of her classmates caught up with her. Magic was quite natural to her and it was easy to catch on faster than others. What a shame, considering she wasn't really planning on using her skills outside of school. While her parents had good Ministry jobs, Greta’s dream was to become a chef. It was frowned upon, it was a waste, but she didn't care. With some extra pushes from Kitty, Greta did begin to work in a high-end restaurant, learning from some of the best magical chefs there were. By age eighteen, she had found her specialty: cheese.

Magical cheese was difficult to work with and easy to mess up. Greta stayed late at the restaurant almost every evening to ensure they would have enough cheese for the following day. There were always complaints from customers on days Greta wasn't working, stating the cheese wasn't nearly as tasty as when she made it. Deciding it would be best to write down everything she knew, step by step, less complaints would come in as she taught her co-workers how to work with the cheese properly. It wasn't long before she had enough recipes written out to publish her very own cookbook. She may not be an Auror or a healer like her parents wanted, but she was a published author and that was much more important to her.

Of course Greta was aware of the war happening, it was hard to avoid it. Newspapers filled with stories of attacks and murders, friends whispering about what side they were on and who they supported, her parents even having a pair of ugly masks they only wore when there was some kind of attack. She knew it would be easy for her to fight but to be quite honest, Greta was most concerned with her career. She'd rather die doing something she loved over fight in a war that didn't have any direct affects on her. And eventually, it was over, just as she expected it would be. It was easier now for her to go on a book tour, signing copies of Charm Your Own Cheese across Europe and Asia.

Her book tour finished in winter and she returned working at the restaurant. Her father had passed away during the war, being crushed by falling debris. While visiting South Korea, Greta had spread his ashes in the Han River, mourning her loss in her home country. Since returning, Greta had plans for herself, potentially writing a second cookbook, but certainly wanting to open her very own restaurant that specialized in cheese. She always said she would do it someday, and it seems that day keeps getting closer and closer.

Caminaba por los pasillos de una de las tiendas, disfrutando del bullicio que acompañaba la temporada de rebajas. Sin duda, esta era una de las épocas favoritas de Catchlove. Después de su turno en la panadería, Greta tenía todo el resto del día para sumergirse en la multitud de tiendas de Londres que ofrecían precios irresistibles. "Oh, eso es precioso. Seguro que le gustará a Hannah," murmuró para sí misma mientras se dirigía hacia un juguete mágico, decidida a comprarlo para la pequeña hija de su mejor amiga. Al llegar al estante, notó que alguien se interponía en su camino. "Lo siento, ¿podrías darme permiso? Sun peeking in through the blinds, placing a spotlight on a very unwilling Anthony Abbott. From the moment he began to stir, his head began to pound. An unwelcome visitor after a particularly fun night celebrating his friend, Frank's birthday.

Completely unaware of where he was, but he knew that the fluffy pillow and sofa beneath him was exceptionally comfortable. Tentatively moving to a sitting position. Anthony's hands went to his head, rubbing at his eyes. Hearing movement from a nearby room, he called out to Greta.

To say that Remus was nervous about this date was an understatement. There were many reasons to be. He hadn't been on a date in six months. He was still attached to Aurora. The last time they saw each other they had kissed but, perhaps more importantly, it was his fault that she ended up at St. Mungo's. Remus wasn't sure it was a good idea to go on the date but deep down knew he had to try to move on. Aurora appeared to have. Maybe. Maybe he could appear to have moved on. Maybe he would see something good in Greta besides being just a friend. -- there were a lot of maybes riding on this date. His stomach was one giant lump. But it was to be. There he went.

Crossing the busy evening streets down Diagon Alley, Remus found Madam Puddifoot's. The place was out of his comfort zone. It was all frills and bows but there was something quaint about it. He asked for a table outside. He sat down, waiting for Greta to arrive. The lump in his stomach grew into his chest. He saw her. She looked amazing. He was surprised to see her dressed the way she was.

This is it, he said to himself.

"Greta!" he called, pulling her seat out for her.
