@mad_scientist_duffin 815x9 deadlift on the road for Throwback Thursday. Training on the road is always tough and you have to make things work.  Sleep changes, meetings, jet lag, equipment changes, etc. I was prepping for #GrandGoals at the time and needed to get my work in with no missed training sessions. @deadlifttillimdead repost of face melting power 👉 @mad_scientist_duffin ・・・ 885x4 Deadlift!!! After hitting 860x4 and 845x4 on the way up. And Doyle hit 860x3 today as well! We pull big at Kabuki Strength! I actually hit 885 for a double and single between the 860 and the 885x4 due to testing out some different straps. So a total of 5 sets and 15 reps between 845 and 885... Not bad for the first day back in the home gym. Got on the scale this am as well to discover that this last 3 weeks of travel has me down 15lbs on bodyweight. The monster that is @mad_scientist_duffin ・・・ (725-825)x7. While I hit a front squat PR Thursday I was unhappy with my pulls so I pulled agin Friday. This 725 off the floor and 825 at the top. I felt I had more in the tank but was much happier with this. Then I went over and reverse grip benched 225x45 cold.
