Mallory perses her lips, "They're your children. Or at least, the children you will have," she passes him over a packet of papers, "We took DNA tests,"

As Butcher would flip through the files, he'd see the results. They were very clear. The two brunettes shared 50% of their DNA with him. They were his kids, all right.

The other shocking thing, however, is that they also shared 50% of their DNA with Hughie. These twins were Butcher and Hughie's kids.

"The blonde one is adopted," Mallory says, flipping to the last page, "It's Ryan,"

The last page showed the DNA comparison to this man and their Ryan. It was a 100% match.

And, as if to drive the message home, the cell comes alive with chatter as the girl fires pale green lasers at her twin, who teleports out of the way. All three kids laughed, clearly only playing.

"They're also supes," Mallory adds as an afterthought, "Most likely a side effect of the Temp V you and Hugh took,"

Mallory led Billy down the halls of the base. The makeshift prison being used to hold Solider Boy.

"Reports said that the three new supes had appeared in a flash of blue light. My men quickly apprehended them and brought them here. They told me that they were from the future and needed to get back," Mallory was saying. She clicks a button to a cell and the windows open.

The three supes sit there, in the cell, in scrubs. They don't seem to mind it, as the male blonde was playing a hand game with the brunette male while the girl smiled and watched.

"We ran tests," Mallory says, "They weren't lying, they're from the future," she looks at Billy, "There is something else,"

"They're your children, William,"

"Wha's this abou', Colonel?" Butcher hates the pomp and circumstance of it all. It was a real throw back to his days at MI6. The crisp hallways, the secret doors, the dark stair cases, the pristine holding cells like every priosner they had was the next Hannibal Fucking Lecter.

He's seen plenty of shit in his life, and seen twice as much as he bargained for since he started hunting out of line Supes. Nothing should be impossible, nothing should be a surprise.

Yet the whole from the future bit had one brow tipped up in disbelief.

"Mallory, come the fuck on. The future? There ain' a bleedin' supe out there that can control time- an' if there is, 'e needs ta be handled yesterday." Maybe it was possible, and that twisted his gut into an unsettled knot. The sort of shit a time bendin' supe could do... He shook his head as if that could stop the possibilities spinning around his mind.

Butcher already had an attack plan for cornering this potential time jumpin' cunt, but when Mallory opened the window to a bunch of kids, his stomach knotted again.

"What the fuck is this?"

Then Mallory drops that next bomb and Butcher's brow sinks, eyes cutting to her like he could kill her with a look. "I beg your fucking pardon?"

UK Tour cast are fine, their covers actually fit the actress’ voice type and aren’t needed that often, so it wouldn’t really matter (literally though, nat has done aragon like 3 times on tour, grace boleyn has happened like 5 times, leesa one parr, leesa 5 seymours)

BROADWAY can definitely be adjusted, and this may or may not fuck up their entire security system but yolo

completely unsolicited thoughts on Grace and Frankie so I can get them out of my brain (contains spoiler-ish stuff!!)

I know the prevailing theory is that Grace is actually a lesbian or bi - and I would love that for her - but something about her story reads more aromantic to me? Her relationship with Frankie is very close, certainly could read romantic, I just don't personally see it that way. Honestly, I'm game for any plot line where she isn't with Nick anymore, however that happens. Frankie is clearly the primary relationship in her life now AS IT SHOULD BE.

idk if it's just that I'm coming to S7 with fresh eyes or what, but Briana is bugging me WAY more than usual. She and Barry were never great, but they really stopped making sense to me after she took the San Francisco job in S6 and he rightfully called her out for not thinking of him. Barry is a fun character and I like him, but I don't know how they can justify him staying around anymore. I'm also not seeing a great endgame for her and Mallory's dynamic as well, which is really frustrating. Mostly I'm just frustrated that her arc every season is "maybe think of anyone that's not you for 5 seconds please" and she can't move past that.

Joan Margaret continues to be my favorite little old lady, second only to real life queen Mary Morello (look her up, she's a fucking icon, Tom wishes he was as cool as his mom)

I hope Frankie gets a win this season. All we've seen so far is her screwing up a lot and while her antics are funny I feel like she has had some genius moments in the past, rather than only blunders. The season isn't over yet, though, and I doubt they'll leave her hanging for long.

Coyote will always be my favorite of the kids. I won't pretend Ethan Embry isn't a major factor in that lol but he has definitely had the most growth as a person and I can't help but root for him!

Sol and Robert were there? Certainly didn't dislike what we got from them but nothing really stood out, either. Except for the casserole dish, which was terrifying but not wholly inaccurate as far as roommate disagreements go xD

Okay so off the bat I’d put Vicki and Courtney and Collette/Grace as the Gotham City Sirens. Vicki would obviously be Harley Quinn. She is so good at acting feral but shes also the softest person alive, and she’s good at switching between acting childish, about-to-square-up and being vulnerable. Courtney would be Poison Ivy. Courtney’s queens always came off as slightly done with everyone else and a little aloof but also slightly insecure and caring deep down inside (I love her Aragon and Cleves for these reasons) and that’s exactly what’s needed for poison Ivy. I obviously don’t ship Courtney and Vicki (because they’re real people and that’s disgusting) but just the friendship that these two have is so iconic both in real life and as the queens on stage. They always had this amazing rapport, IRL and on stage, and I think they’d bounce off each other really well.

Collette or Grace would both make good versions of Catwoman in my opinion, but they’d play very different versions of the character. I think Collette would play Selina as actively and openly enjoying Harley and Ivy’s company (think new 52 version of Selina) while I think Grace would lean more into the aloof version of Selina who actually loves Harley and Ivy deep down inside. (Obviously Grace openly loves Courtney and Vicki just as much as Collette, I’m sort of using her versions of the queens to base this off). I can see Collette!Selina joining in with Vicki!Harley’s antics while Courtney!Ivy has seven heart attacks, while I see Grace!Selina saying she’s not going to take part but then taking part anyway.

(Plus the time that Grace, Vicki and Courtney played knock door run at BGT? Absolute Gotham City Siren behaviour)

I briefly considered Millie as Zatanna...but I don’t think she fits very well, aside from maybe the black hair. I think Karis would actually make a good Zatanna, but like...young justice Zatanna.

Okay hear me out...Sophie Issacs as Circe. I don’t actually like Circe that much anymore (she’s way too one note as a villain for me, even though I used to love her) but I think seeing tiny, sweet Sophie Issacs play one of the most powerful villains from D.C. would be amazing. It could totally work as a plot twist if they wanted to. Zara or Cherelle or Hana could also all work as Circe for the same reasons (because all of those alts are all soft as hell and so sweet and seeing them play villains is interesting to me).

While I don’t think Mallory has the hair for Kara...I think she’d make an amazing supergirl. She’s such a sweet person and I don’t know, ginger supergirl amuses me. I also think that Nicole could make a good Barbara, and again these two have an amazing rapport that would work for those characters. On the other hand, you could swap them so Mal is Barbara and Nicole is supergirl which would also work really well. Either one could work and be really interesting. Alternatively, Alicia as Kara.

I was trying to think for people to play Talia but I can’t think of any. Wonder Woman is also drawing a blank for me. Maybe Danielle as Wonder Woman??? But like the softest, most babey version of that character to ever exist.

Courtney Bowman would make such a funny Hawkgirl. She’s absolutely got the dry wit for it. You know that bit from JLU where everyone is saying this man is crazy for implying aliens built something, and Hawkgirl says with a deadpan expression “because we know that aliens definitely don’t exist” before glaring at superman? Iconic moment and something Courtney bowman would do, although she’d maybe be less deadpan.

I want Loren Hunter as Stephanie Brown for some reason. Loren is so chaotic during all the megasixes and it’s just pure Stephanie Brown behaviour. Hazel could also make a good Stephanie imo.

Huntress and Black Canary are stumping me, not going to lie. I think Jaye’J could make a really good version of Black Canary (although she’d be more in line with the comics rather than Canary from JLU) and while I think she and Lexi have an amazing rapport and bounce off one another really well...I genuinely cannot see Lexi as Huntress. Lexi is far too nice of a person and way too outgoing/friendly to be Helena.

These are all just my opinions and they’re a bit all over the place, not going to lie. I also completely forgot the name of every D.C. character for like ten minutes 😂
