Unused Mike portraits from 100th Black Market

The following portraits, compiled in the collage below, do not seem to be used anywhere in 100th Black Market, despite existing in the game files. The top row from the collage are also unused portraits from Unconnected Marketeers, but the bottom row are only unused in 100th Black Market.

Moreover, in the game files there was also the faceless base of the defeated portrait, but no defeated expressions, so I haven't included that in the collage.
