How do you know that you got lucky with your coworkers as an apprentice?

You are alone in one office feeling really fucked up and not knowing how to get home and call the office your boss is normally in but you get the gothlady on the phone who tells you calmly that she's on her way. In the meantime both bosses come in surprisingly and tell you to lay down and make sure you're hydrated. Then the gothlady comes in sits down and says she's staying with you. Another coworker gets you a heating pad for your period pains. You lay there for about an hour feeling a little better after a while, while gothlady has psychological conversations with you to figure out what's wrong and if something going on that can be fixed. Afterwards you sit up to said gothlady on the officephone who tells whoever is in the line "It sat up" Then another coworker comes in to tell you "get your stuff I'll take you home"

Weather turning wheel turning yard harvest

The weather turned for real and I went to gather from the garden, the yard, the refrigerator...I am trying to broaden my sense of what to use now or later or sometimes or regularly...as it has been things like dried herbs get stored away so long I dont know when I should use them, and I stopped harvesting things if I didnt want them particularly at the time of harvest.

I didn't know how sweetly a paper bag of dried clover would smell and feel in 27 degree weather. Some years I have passed over clover because it is late spring and everything feels too grassy. I am now more curious about contrasting seasonal sensation in balancing my herbal practice.

I had a conversation about myself with my gothmom/bestie yesterday, explaining the fact I'm agender.Cue a 2 hour adorable talking about gender as a social construct, throwing shade on the fragility of masculinity here in Michigan, and in general, talking about shit like a couple of old coots. I feel Seen sometime by Jenn in my cryptic self, even though she's still getting used to It as my preferred pronoun. The conversation generally went everywhere and nowhere sometimes and I realize, I generally feel comfy with her, and she is generally family. I would fight for her. Found family things I guess.
