1) I’m left handed and I tend to be on the lookout for other lefties as a fun game with myself; my friends are used to me pointing it out when we watch stuff together lmao

2) after 22 years of not having it, within the past few weeks I’ve suddenly developed eczema. I’m so itchy. I also love hot baths and scented lotion and those can make eczema worse, so it kinda feels like I’ve been cursed, but I at least find it pretty funny

3) I’m a morning person to the point where I usually wake up around 6am to 7am at the latest. It’s honestly kinda annoying when I wanna sleep in, but I’m at least pretty quick to fall asleep so I can take naps lol

"Xenk! Look, we're drunk. I give up. What was the thing?"

Xenk blinks. Then, amazingly, he raises his hands and makes some honest to god finger guns. "My love for you."

"I'll kill the others.” 

Suddenly it's hot here. Must be the beer.

Thinking about how tragic the Madrigal triplets’ birthday must’ve been all those years Bruno was living in the walls…I imagine they would’ve thrown massive, joyous parties before, to celebrate and mythologize the first of the gifted children, the miracle. For years, it was just the four of them supporting the town and each other. Establishing tradition.

Imagine how awful it must’ve been, that first year. No one expects a party, no one wants a party. Either Alma throws a party in a desperate attempt to regain some normalcy, or the parties stop altogether. Everyone knows WHY, but no one says it—falling back on the responsibilities of childcare as an excuse. Oh, we can’t have a party, the children are too little. Oh, this party is very small and short—for the children. The wound is too raw, too new.

imagine... Bruno, alone in the walls, listening to his Mami quietly weep alone in her room, the hushed voices of his sisters holding one another, not knowing where he is or if he’s okay, Dolores—bound by Bruno’s promise—unable to comfort any of the adults in her life, unable to help at all, except for leaving a slice of cake by the painting in the hall.

They don’t talk about him, but they can’t forget him, and they’re so, so achingly close to reaching one another, if only those pesky walls weren’t in the way.
