So i always wanted to write smt like this
small east town gothic:
• Something happend in the forest nearby. No one wants to talk about it.
• Your dog barks at something but you dont see anything, its normal.
• Abandoned houses, something happend but again, you can't get any informations about it.
• Someone was mu4d3red nearby. One, two, three times.
• Empty, abandoned places everywhere, nobody knows what happend.
• Don't go to the swamps.
• Very religious people, some are too religious.
• Everybody have at least one real ghost story to tell.
• Theres probably an cult in the forest.
• You know random rules to survive here, you don't even know where did you learn this

Good morning/evening everyone! I have some exciting news to share. A little while back, I had commissioned the wonderful @khazaaddum to recreated the cover of my first novel, Va'Sith Arithis, and what a beautiful job she had done! With the creation of the new cover also came the official 2nd edition copy, which includes an updated author bio picture that some of you might recognize, and also a whopping 35 page preview of the upcoming book two: The Winter King. But also, something even more exciting is that the audiobook narrated by Ella Lewis is complete! I submitted it to Audible a couple of weeks ago and am awaiting their approval, which could be any day now. I will make a post to let you all know when Va'Sith Arithis is live on Audible, but until then if you want to get a head start on reading the book, you can find this beautiful new 2nd edition copy on Amazon, or simply by following my linktree. If you are interested in having a personally signed copy of this book, send me a pm! Thank you all! #fantasy #fantasyfiction #fantasyhorror #symphonyofelliandor #vilsindris #vilsindrisallivstar #vampire #vorseth #story #gothic #goth #gothicstories #digitalart #digitalillustration #digitalpainting #painting #characterart #characterillustration #fantasyart #fantasy #illustration #books #novel #adventurestory #vasitharithis https://www.instagram.com/p/CklTE3qNxt-/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

"This was not butchery. This was justice..." Vilsindris Allivstar: Year 257, First Age. I want so much to leave more of a qoute, to explain the situation of this picture but it would only spoil large portions of the plot. I should say that Va'Sith Arithis is finally coming to Audible, hopefully in the next few weeks. I have been listening to the complete audio files and this scene came across. My narrator, Ella Lewis, did such a beautiful job with the characters that they feel real. When this scene came across, I pictured it more vividly than when I had wrote it because of Ella's narration. I instantly stopped playing Skyrim, pulled out my tablet and, began drawing. I originally wanted to do a more detailed background, but I kind of like the calm gray to black gradient. I was worried that if I did anything else, it would pull away from Vilsindris and Simothis. This might be the first drawing that I've done that has actually captured emotion in characters faces. The sorrow, the rage, the horror. I wanted to go for something beautifully tragic, and I believe I did that. I should also state that I think this is the first time I captured Vilsindris' age in appearance. Usually she ends up looking much older in my drawings than she really is. She was turned into a Vorseth (vampire) at the age of 17, and is 24 in the first book, which means she retains her more youthful appearance. But she always ends up looking more late 20s, mid 30s whenever I draw her lol. If you want to read my stories, "Symphony of Elliandor: Va'Sith Arithis" can be found on the link in my bio! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and a great start to Inktober! #symphonyofelliandor #soe #vasitharithis #vilsindris #vilsindrisallivstar #vampire #vorseth #story #gothic #goth #gothicstories #fantasy #fantasyfiction #books #artistsofinstagram #digitalart #digitalillustration #digitalpainting #painting #characterart #characterillustration #fantasyart #fantasyillustration #sad #horrorart #horror #lovers #art https://www.instagram.com/p/CjI2LoROLd4/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Abigail (Year 8)
Miss Sanchez was deeply affected by the carefully crafted simplicity of Abigail's story, and its unwavering focus on the nameless and voiceless protagonist's sense of confinement.
She woke up to the sound of the piano keys being played softly from her father’s room. She checked her clock: 11:56, 17/05/2020. She sighed. Every morning Leila was greeted by the same scent of vanilla and orange, the same beige walls encircling her.
She kicked off the covers and quickly changed into a silk floral dress that had been placed on the end of her bed. After finding it, she slipped on her ballerina shoes and walked soundlessly out of the room and through the same corridor, passed the same family heirloom paintings, and into the same kitchen. She closed the door behind her quietly, leaving her and her mother inside. She sat down without a word, her mum doing the same, and they ate the English breakfast in front of them.
Snapping back into reality, Leila took the last bit of her egg and left the room silently, leaving the plate on the table. Opening the back door behind her, she stepped outside, and then closed the door behind her and started slowly strolling passed the hiragana flowers. She was deep in her thoughts when she noticed darkness engulfing the sky. Leila made her way back into the house.
Walking, walking, walking through the corridor, passed her ancestors’ paintings – she got distracted studying their soulless faces - she felt a broad shoulder push into her. Father, she thought, and turned around to look at him. He kept his head looking forward, his arms moving in sync with his legs. He acted as if nothing had happened, as if Leila wasn’t there. She walked to her room, picking up her pace, with her head hung low. As soon as she walked in, she shut the door behind her, her breath becoming heavy and unsteady. Leila sat on the end of her bed, anxious thoughts buffeting into her head and consuming her. No matter how hard I try, time won’t move any faster. She was stuck on the fence separating life and death and no matter how hard she tried to pick one side, time was holding her down.
A man’s deep voice replayed in her head. ‘Tomorrow won’t come until you disappear.’ What did that even mean? Leila felt like all the negative emotions had taken over her. She was trapped, trapped in time, trapped in this routine, trapped in these walls…
Eventually she calmed down, kicking off her shoes, not bothering to change into her night clothes. Leila took one more deep breath before tucking herself in and closing her eyes slowly.
She woke up to the sound of the piano keys being played softly from her father’s room. She checked her clock: 11:56, 17/05/2020. She sighed…
