Part 5 - The tape - warning

Your POV....

I turned my TV on and my tape recorder. As I did that I pushed the tape inside and pressed on play. What luck I didn't throw that old thing out... I saw Bansha in front of the camera. Now I just listened...

"Is it on, Andre ?!"

God...how does she sound ?!

"It is, Bansha..."

HOW does Andre sound ?! He sounds like an old man with a voice of a Demon...

"Ok ! Heya, Destiny ! We have bad news... Morro is here. I guess the Green Ninja becoming shit made him go over the edge, over there, huh ? Well...You see...the Preeminent is changing the codes, so you can't get him and us back...I am afraid that she will manipulate Morro for her revenge... I mean he got trained by Wu and all...Morro has no weaknesses and he is powerful and an Elemental Master..."

The camera turned a little and I saw Morro...standing all alone by himself... hanging his head down...

"He is sad and misses you. He told us what happened. You warned him and he didn't listen. We are sorry...for the both of you...", Andre said.

"HEY MORRO ?!"

"WHAT ?!"

Morro stopped crying and looked at them, Thank God... They hugged and then Ghoultar came by.

The tape went on. What now came...shocked me...They were in a hiding spot close to the Preeminent.

"I will get Morro ! Destiny could never hurt or kill someone she really cares about !", the Preeminent said.

"Did you hear that ?", whispered Bansha.

"Yeah. We need to warn Dest and Morro.", Andre whispered back.

"Wait ! Look at the Ghost !"

"Cowler..."

"What is the Preeminent doing to him ?!"

"I don't know, but he warned us in the first place..."

"NO ! MASTER PLEASE ! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING !!", the Ghost, Cowler, screamed.

"You tried to warn Morro, about my plan 5 minutes ago. So I will delete ALL your memories and give you some fake ones back."

"NO ! STAY AWAY FROM ME !! LEAVE ME ALONE !!!"

All the Ghosts got now their attention there, except one...Morro. He wasn't there at all.

"NO ! STAY AWAY FROM ME !! LEAVE ME ALONE !!!"

Bansha started to panic. She held onto Andre, very tight.

"Shhh. Calm down Bansha. Nothing will happen to you...", he tried to calm himself and her.

They all watched in terror what the Preeminent did to Cowler. First she grabbed him and then she stuffed the poor, screaming Cowler into her mouth. The other Ghosts ran and flew, screaming in panic, away. Bansha and Soul Archer remained still and quiet. The Preeminent didn't notice them and flew after the others, to do the same.

I was shocked.

"They will realize it one day, that we know about that too..."

"You mean she will come for us ?! I don't wanna forget everything !! My beautiful times with you all and Destiny and Morro !! I wanna keep them !!"

Soul Archer hugged her tight.

"We can't change it...We need to tell Dest about it. So she will be prepared."

"And we need to tell Morro !"

"Bansha...if we do that...Morro will lose all his memories too. We need to remain quiet. If he knows, he won't be safe anymore."

"But Souly...!"

"No Bansha."

She hugged him still and pressed her face into his clothes. She whimpered :

"Fine, Souly...You are right. I'm sorry..."

He pushed her slowly away a little and looked her in the eyes.

"It's okay, Bansha. Just let's go to Morro, pretend like nothing happened and on our way to him we tell Dest the evil, mean plan of the Preeminent. Okay ?"

He pulled her one last time into a very tight hug. It was so cute ! They walked in some direction...No houses, nothing...They started to tell me...

"We got told that the Preeminent is planning on throwing Morro out of here, back into Ninjago and gets the Realm Crystal. You know what it is so no explanation needed there...",Bansha told.

"He needs the staff of the first one, from Wu, there are all the clues and needs marked, what Morro needs, to get to the Tomb of the first one."

"After he did that he needs to open a portal so the Preeminent can get out and he needs to take over a city, which is easy to control. She promises him to be the green one..."

"But we all know she won't keep it. After the Ninja are defeated and the 16 - well...15 better said - Realms are under her control...Morro will be fooled. The Preeminent wants to use him as a new heart. A new powerforce. His hate, anger, obsession and fighting spirit, is very much more powerful than Meroi." (Meroi = one of my own characters)

Meroi...how long didn't I hear her name again...My best friend. Banished because her beast - side that was alive...All because of her husband ! That little asshole !!

"Meroi is in a dying state...And Morro is just perfect as her replacement. You need to stop him, from doing his mission ! Or you let it happen and kill the Preeminent ! Don't send him back ! He will then be used anyway ! SAFE HIM DESTINY !", Bansha begged.

They went into the living room and I saw my cat sleeping on the couch. So there she was all the time ! Bansha stroked her.

She woke up.

Wu let him go away and seriously waited for him to come back by himself. He just came back for me. I went away with him and tried over and over to talk him this out of his head. He didn't really listen to me. I was about to give up and leave him. But I had a vision. He will die if I go now. I stayed by his side and tried to safe him. In the end he died anyways, because he didn't listen to me. I miss him and my friends so much... I loved him, damn it !! Why did he left me here alone to rot ?!"

He looked at Destiny shocked, she smiled at him. She laid down and looked at the stars, Lloyd watched her staring at one spot only, like something was there.

"Do you think about something or do you see something ?"

"And what ?"

Destiny offered Lloyd to lay next to herself and look in the same direction as her. He did. She lifted her finger and pointed to one star.

"If you focus you can see what I see."

He tried. Nope. Destiny sighed and moved her finger from star to star. With her movements he saw now one head, then another one and another one. After she fully showed him the whole picture, he saw three persons. One looked like her, the other like his Father from passed days and a other little boy in the middle between them. They all smiled.

"Who is the little boy in the middle ?"

Destiny was silent.

"Him. The person we talked about the whole time... Wu's creation. His mistake, what I am going to fix."

It was Morro.

"Did you made it ?"

"....Kinda...."

"What do you mean ?"

"You should go to sleep now, Lloyd. You have a mission tomorrow."

Lloyd looked at her. She didn't want to talk about him anymore for now.

"Why don't you tell me ?"

".....It feels like I'm blaspheming about him...."

With that Lloyd stood up, nodded and went back inside, to his room.

Your POV...

I know I was mean to Lloyd...And Wu doesn't care about me anyway... I can do whatever I want. And the thing with Morro and coming back ? I don't know what I should think of that...

On one side...I wanna see him FINALLY again ! Knowing he kept his promise to come back...I am so proud of him, that he never gives up !

But...he just could be at the Cursed Realm...or he is really out of existence...something like that exists ! When someone gets erased, out of existence, then the person did too much damage and doesn't get a second chance to change...

And on the other side...I would let him stay where he is now...He wanted to be the chosen one. Now Lloyd is it. He will probably know...Maybe he would even do something, he will regret later... I guess...I need to wait...Oh Morro...where the hell are you ? I need you now... No matter...I need to prepare a letter for one of my friends...

"Mew !"

I got startled. I turned around to see my cat, Theresa. (Sorry if it's a bad name !)

"Hey girl...what is it ? Didn't get any food ?"

The cat shook its head. So, she had her food....

"What then, Sweetie ?"

Theresa turned to a side and I saw that she was dragging a recording tape with herself around. I took it.

"What's that, Sweetie ?"

"From the cursed realm ?" (You can understand animals and they can understand you too.)
