Shadowclan

Taking the role of The Danes, Shadowclan resides within the pine barrens in the northernmost part of Clan Territory. They are bordered by a Thunderpath to the west and south, which separate them from Windclan’s and Thunderclan’s territories respectively. To the north resides a small but deep river with an abandoned farm on the other side. This river runs to the western part of Shadowclan territory, where it feeds into a large marshland.

Cats with Shadowclan blood can be easily recognized by their large, soft paws and bright eyes that stand out against their famously dark pelts. They are often described as aloof and secretive, with a deep distrust for any cat outside of the clans. However, in the years since Mudstar’s death, Houndstar has worked to better their relations with the other Clans by fostering strong foundations of trust between them.

Houndstar - Massive, greying long-haired dark brown tom with pale blue eyes and a lightning-like scar that winds from his right brow to the center of his chest, blinding him in his right eye

Ashear - Scruffy short-haired medium grey tom with charcoal speckles and bright green eyes, a ridge of spikey fur runs from between his ears to the base of his tail

uuuh tell me about bonestar

Ugh I love this oc so much. She started as just a warrior with her apprentice, Sablepaw, who has a shocking amount of salt for her age. The leader at the time was Lilystar who was lazy and incompetent, and the deputy was Boneback’s half brother, Scorchclaw.

 Scorchclaw and Boneback have the same father because their father, Flamejaw was a piece of shit. Boneback’s mom, Whitestripes, was Flamejaws original mate. She snapped and killed Boneback’s siblings (Nightkit and Flamekit) because they reminded her too much of Flamejaw. Boneback only lived because she sleptwalked over to Gingertail who’s liter of kits were still basically newborns. Scorchclaw and Boneback grew up treating each other as if they were actually siblings.

 But anyways, since Lilystar sucks as a leader, Scorchclaw is doing almost everything, and then Scorchclaw, Boneback, all of the apprentices, the medicine cat and most of the senior warriors have had enough. They corner Lilystar and tell them to either leave the clan or have their 9 lives revoked and go by their warrior name. Lilystar chooses to flee. But there’s a gathering that night, so Scorchclaw can’t get his lives right away from the moonstone, so he just appoints Boneback as deputy and then they go to the gathering. 

They announce that Lilystar was driven out, and the 3 other leaders (Cinderstar (TC), Froststar (WC) and Sprucestar (RC) are pretty ok with this. Goosestrike, the deputy of Riverclan, isn’t. To him, Scorchstar/claw shouldn’t be leader, Boneback should! After the gathering, he gathers his clique of warriors (they’re all fuckboys tbh) and leads a surprise attack on Shadowclan.

 Goosestrike corners Boneback but refuses to attack her, and then lets her watch as Otterpelt kills Scorchstar. Goosestrike calls for a retreat and he and his gang of warriors retreat back to Riverclan. The next day, Owlleaf the SC medicine cat takes Boneback to get her lives at the moonstone and bing bang boom she’s now Bonestar, and she makes Buzzardcoat her deputy.AND THEN, Bonestar goes to Riverclan to ask Sprucestar WHY THE ABSOLUTE FUCK he launched an attack on Shadowclan. He says that he didn’t, and Bonestar explains what happened. Sprucestar is obviously pissed so he demotes Goosestrike and promotes his sister to deputy.

Goosestrike and Bonestar then start hanging out, and it turns out that Scorchstar killed Goosestrikes original mate, Willowstream, and he felt that Bonestar deserved leadership more. Also all the apprentices are missing. Turns out that the territory is about to be destroyed by twolegs, and the apprentices are all on an adventure, so while that’s happening, Goosestrike joins Shadowclan.

When the apprentices come back, most of them are made warriors except for Bluepaw and Lakepaw because Otterpelt (who’s now the leader of Goosestrikes clique) sucks and hates them both. When the Shadowclan apprentices get back and see Goosestrike, all of them are pissed, ESPECIALLY Bonebacks recently promoted apprentice, Sablestrike. Then all the clans leave and they settle at some new territory not at all based around the Susquehanna river.

 Then Bonestar has 4 kids, Minnowkit, Darkkit, Flamekit and Smokekit. When they become apprentices, Darkpaw has made it clear that he hates everyone, ESPECIALLY his mentor, Runningshade. Rustheart is Flamepaw’s mentor, Cedarclaw is Minnowpaws mentor and Duskleap is Smokepaws mentor. Then they become warriors (Minnowpool, Darkwing, Flamesong and Smokeeye). But then Smokeeye is murdered mysteriously, and then more and more warriors are dropping dead, until Minnowpool snaps and exposes what’s been going on.

Darkwing has been manipulating Minnowpool into doing his dirty work, and he’s been threatening Flamesong who saw what happened to Smokeeye. Darkwing takes one of Bonestars lives with a slash to the throat and then is killed by Flamesong and Minnowpool.
