woke up at like 5:30am and couldn't fall back asleep so i spent the next 2.5 hours getting mad about gacha games

#none of the packs are worth it and the gacha rates/card building mechanics are so predatory T-T #and the devs keep shooting themselves in the foot with fake ads and never improving their game and increasing monetization #kcat talks #wish it was more like the crob fanbase where devs move 1 pixel and immediately get yelled at on discord fhskfh #(ok not that extreme but like. some accountability ^^;;)#save me crob where the only endgame p2w is legendary candies (and even then i can get those w google play points lol)#(this is about tkdb bc i'm gonna go full f2p there from all the gripes i have but probably applies to other mobile games too)

i think you could probably search for 'miku mtg cards' but not sure how much of a full art you'd get unless the artist has it on their portfolio, if you do search it with their name you can find a banner but it doesn't show the bottom half that the card text would cover anywys

it took a little bit of digging, but the artist posted this + the jp card on their twt

it's lower quality than the pic of the card understandably but im still glad they posted a version without the overlay

#save #when searching their name ironically they werent the first google result #it was a different artist named aya kato #but the mtg card artist's pixiv was like at the bottom of the first results page #but i linked their twt instead of pixiv cus i think some people are more comfortable going on pixiv than twt lmao #i dont play magic so idk if its standard practice for them to release card art without the overlay #or if they just leave it all up to the artist #so i mightve just gotten really lucky but at least i found it 🥰
