I was never a die hard but seeing a whole QUEER fandom suffering under the actions of one man makes me so so mad!

I know prime could have cancelled it completely. Making it yet another queer show ending with suffering and sad queer mains

And I know Prime only gave it a movie because they didn’t wanted to provoke the wrath the whole GO fandom

I we know they will end in the cottage and it will be a rushed but romantic mess, and I am here for it…

Still… I am so mad at NG right now. Because we already had a whole season 3 confirmed

part 1 of me trying to cope after uninstalling twitter in the meantime to avoid spoilers (AAAHAHKJKLLK 6 DAYS TO GO LETS GOOOOOOOOOOO ASKLJDALKJDADLKOP. Ok. I am now normal. for now).

What part of the future promotion for season 3 of Good Omens are you most excited for?

Sense8 at least had nearly three hours. Which was still little, taking in mind most eps were over one hours

But this here are 90 minutes. And most GO eps have one hours

So this is around six hours reduced to one and a half

They're giving it the Sense8 treatment I'm going to combust

I now y’all are angry but from a marketing POV it is actually a super clever move

They can use NGs script, let it rewrite by another author. Put a new name on it, get rid of NG completely.

Have to spend less money on a brand that is now linked with a SA case

Fans will not boycot them completely because their will be closure

Less promo needed because it is the finale anyway

It's hilarious that Catherine Tate said she had watched "Good Omens" and still she absolutely doesn't remember which main character is which, referred to them as "Michael Sheen and the one that doesn't blink" (instead of David, lol) but she DOES remember that David's character doesn't blink. Incredible!

Any description of Crowley and Aziraphale from now on should be "Michael Sheen and The One That Doesn't Blink". It should be the season 3 title, actually. Should be on every promo of the show.

The circular bookshop rug CHANGES?!

(Edit: this is the rug that rests on top of the portal, under the chandelier. I think(?) there's only one of those!)

I saw someone mention this in a comment, but haven't seen any pics or discussion about it yet, so I checked. It's another inexplicable (ineffable?) "continuity" error:

And sure, Aziraphale could have enchanted it to look more "Jane Austen-esque" for the ball, but then why did it change back in e6? It looks like Nina and Maggie's clothes for the ball stayed throughout e6, so it's not like the ball enchantments expired, Cinderella-style, or something...

Like the two different wigs for Crowley in Job, it seems superfluous to have two different rugs for the bookshop. And yet ...

It seems like it must be a Clue about something! Unreliable Narrator(s)? Another magic trick we didn't see? What do you think?

Edit 2: @rebeccasteventaylor had a good question about the rug in s1. I checked, and you'll perhaps be unsurprised to learn that the rug in s1e4, when Azi talks to Floating Head Metatron, is similar to s2e1 when they do the half miracle, but definitely not the same. The chairs also look similar but not exact:

I understand they Actually Burned the bookshop and everything inside during s1, and then had to recreate it for s2 (there's a really wild post about recreating a hand painted antique tiled sink that talks more about that), so I don't know if the similar-but-not-exact chairs, big red rug, and round rug are more casualties of that, or are meant to look different...

Edit 3: EXCEPT. They USED the season 1 rug in season 2 promo photos!

So... they didn't burn it? Or they did burn it and then they recreated it and didn't actually use it for s2??
