as for the understuck geno route; here's a loose plot path for it!
basically, the plan would be to have a split in how the route could theoretically go; a normal version of the route following close enough to undertale's canon events with the characters given, and a secret route for speedrunners because sollux deserves to have a proper battle at the chagrin of people trying to speedrun LOL

Mia protagonist escaping the house. Focusing more on the B.O.W shit#Killing off Ethan and making that the point of strength for Mia. Making Mia and Zoe partners and focusing on that dynamic#Focusing on whatever the fuck Lucas was up to pre-game and during the main game rather then in barely played dlc#Focusing on the murders/the connections/etc rather then just. Not doing that#Actually having varied enemy designs!!!! not 2 types of goo creature are we serious bro#What happened to the creative and awesome creature designs from the 28 odd other games!!!!#Heres a better premise for you guys: Mia Winters a morally grey protagonist was abducted while pregnant. Giving birth to eveline#eveline was taken and experimented on becoming E-001 and Mia stays out of obligation and wanting to one day save her daughter#while in transportation shit goes wrong. Eveline escapes. They wash up in the bayou like in the daughters DLC. Mia at this point#Has almost given up on her daughter and tries to warn the bakers before being incapacitated by Evie. This sparks the partnership between her#and Zoe. Mia is infected and a game mechanic has you having to fight the infection with special items like healing but seperate#Clancy and the Deputy have more screentime. Clancy buys Mia escape time when shes found by margarite escaping the main house.#He gets dragged into Lucas' den and found later by her burned to ash a la og events. Mia escapes into Old house and goes to vaccine stuff#Zoe is based in the trailer and acts as a sort of merchant character slash rebecca in re1 where she heals your infection and her own#She gets kidnapped/Lucas part then you find clancy dead/Zoe captured and boss fight Jack. Then choose between zoe and you#Mia choosing Zoe is the good ending and you get rescued by JILL instead of Chris at the end#Hows this sound chat. I can add more details but I think its a better story then the clunky one in 7 that relies#Too much on troupes/fear and not enough on substance

I've discovered a treasure trove of old art...
Specifically, the years around 2010, apparently.
Thank goodness for the techy peeps in my life!
With my recent endeavors relating to my old Soul Silver team, I'd been thinking of old art that I'd drawn of them.
Well... It turns out we have the hardrive of that laptop. My first laptop. And the means necessary to poke through it on computers and my ipad.
This is the foundation of my digital art life. Back when I was drawing with a touchpad, and maybe mouse here and there. I might have had a tablet for a few of these, but I don't know for sure.
These were each drawn on one of three programs--MS Paint, Paint.NET, or GIMP.
And then some of the arts that have been floating around in my noggin for a bit now...
I'm defs gonna redraw that one with Quince on fire! Maybe a few others, too~
The one with Quince and the Tyranitar is poking fun at the sprites of HGSS being one of two sizes--human, or massive. XD

Ash and May both got growth from their nice rivalries but not what they got from Gary/Drew.#it's different types of growth and lessons and they needed both kinds from different sources. I'd argue the rougher rivalries taught more?#regardless of your opinions on the characters themselves you can't deny that Gary/Paul/Drew/Harley/etc- the rivals that pushed A&M-#had the biggest impact on their growth over the rivals that didn't push. note that 'friends' and 'rivals' are different categories for this#I'm pitting. like. gary and paul against morrison and ritchie and not against dawn or pikachu or brock or whatever. different convo.#but it was growth out of spite to be better than the jackass rival at first and then that CHANGED INTO MUTUAL BETTERMENT#AND WANTING TO BE BETTER ✨FOR✨ AND ✨WITH✨ THEIR RIVAL. OKAY.
