Hello! Judging from the way you worded this - I'm gonna be honest: I don't think you know what proshipping is. I was very close to not answering this because it was sounding a bit in bad faith ( and this isn't the first time I've gotten belligerent asks on the same topic) But well, I decided to give it a shot and give benefit of the doubt.

 I know it's common ground to jump onto proshipping with the idea that it means you romanticize pedophilia, abuse, toxicity, etc. It's the typical high ground taken when people hear that dark fiction enjoyers exist. But that's not actually what it means. It just means that YOU, as an individual, understand that a drawing is not the same thing as human being. Written characters are not the same as human beings. Harassing REAL people over a non existent character because they put them into situations that make you uncomfortable says more about the harasser than the writer/artist. Proshipping is about taking personal responsibility for your experience online. Not long ago, the idea of a proshipper was just considered having fandom etiquette (ie: Don't like; Don't read type of tag lines. ) I'm a proshipper and there are plenty of things I don't like & make me uncomfortable. But I also understand that I can easily not engage. I can filter tags so I don't see it. I can block people that make that kind of content. I can refuse to click on something clearly labeled as the content I don't like. I can control what I see. And I can also understand that that if someone draws something I don't like it doesn't mean anything about them in real life nor what they enjoy in real life. Besides, a lot of people that consider themselves proshippers are victims of abuse or have had to endure traumatic events in their lives. Engaging in what you might consider dark fiction allows people to cope and navigate through complex emotion/trauma and express themselves in ways they are not allowed to or haven't allowed themselves to. I've seen some people say "I've been through trauma and I don't engage in proshipping." And okay, I'm happy for you. But not everyone copes the same way you do. And no one should be held to the same standard. If we were all carbon copies of each other, maybe I would understand that argument. But that's not the case. I should also mention, that it's become a bit standard for people to only excuse those that have been through trauma to make dark fiction. But only if they publicly acknowledge what kind of trauma they have endured. I am 100% against this way of thinking. I do not think it is anyone's right to demand an account of my or anyone's personal traumas just to validate the existence of certain piece of art. No one is entitled to anyone's abuse story. If a person is willing to share, because they want to, that's the personal decision of the individual. But look, much of the horror genre (movies, books, tv, etc) wouldn't exist if we put these high censorship rules onto art as a whole and unfortunately, I see this happening more and more these days like discussed in this post about someone's experience in publishing gothic horror.

Going back to an earlier point, you have to really understand that the characters are fake. 100% fake. If I ship Sora ( KH) and Ash (Pokemon) neither of them are going to be upset about it because they don't exist. If I draw them kissing, it is a drawing of anime looking characters kissing. That's all. They don't look anything like real human people. Wasting energy fighting over fictional characters is just that. Wasting time and energy. Who are you saving? Ash? Sora? They don't need help, because they aren't real. Fight for real people that actually exist. I have seen people outside of the Soriku fandom genuinely upset about people shipping Riku x Sora because they are underage! Mostly because they are both male but without fail, they always slap on the argument: "they are kids, you sicko!" But you know why they go to that? Because assuming the moral high ground wins over arguments quickly. People are eager to be superficially perceived as morally good. I have seen people ship Riku x Ansem SOD, which could fall into that age gap - problematic shipping you referred to in your ask. But you know what? I get it. I see people interpret their relationship as one of abuse, metaphorical SA, manipulation, etc. I completely understand and see that interpretation and where it stems from. And unfortunately, there are many people in fandom that have had this exact experience. Honestly, without me needing to ask anyone specifically, I KNOW there are people in fandom projecting their experiences onto Riku and Ansem as a means to replay it with a bit of actual control. And even if there are people who don't. I'm not going to ask, because it's none of my business. So again, as a proshipper I am completely in control of my online experience. I can block, mute, filter, and not engage with the things I don't like or things that trigger me. But as long as it is fiction, it remains as just that : Something I don't like between characters that dont exist. I don't have to harass, bully, nor threaten people over fiction. Of course, there are bad apples in every circle. But to me, whether someone is a bad person or not is expressed through action toward real people and the intentional harm done onto them, whether it be through inappropriate interactions, abuse of any kind, exposing personal information, harassing family/at work, or encouraging harm. Those are real actions on real people and engaging in these actions is what counts to me as markers of a bad person. Not someone drawing two fictional characters that haven't aged in the last 20 years kissing or having sex.

WIP Questionnaire

1. What is the first part of your WIP that you created?

Well, the Setting, probably, which as an answer works for just about any of the WIPs I could name. In theory you could argue Gustav and the Magician, individually and as a 'set' of sorts, technically predate my coming up with the 12 Worlds, but the form they took then has only passing resemblance to their current incarnation.

2. If your story was a TV show, what would the theme song/intro be?

Ooo, well, I've been thinking I'd probably see about getting something original made, or making something myself as a side thing. I mean, I kinda envision a lot of my WIPs as serial animations in my head anyhow, so I've put more thought into this question than reality is ever likely to require.

3. What are your favorite characters that you made? Why?

Well... You know how big this list could be. I love all of them, and at any moment which forces / allows me to dig deeper into any single one of them makes me love them even more. Still, my final choice is an obvious one: Gustav Johann Schmidt, who's been in it since the very start, and who's voice has by now almost become my own whenever he comments on some facet of his world in the same way I would.

4. What other pieces of media do you think your fan base would share?

Hmm, well, I've always thought this would go down two tracks. First of all being the classic 'Techno Thriller' crowd, the sorts who like tanks going boom and spies under deep cover: I'd go with things like The Hunt For Red October and Red Storm Rising, both being stalwarts of the genre which have absolutely been personally inspiring. The second track goes down the wider book / writing community, or at least those looking for 'genre fiction' and all that, who might discover the 12 Worlds more on its fantastical or worldbuilding grounds than for its techno thriller nature: I don't really 'understand' what I'd mean by this cohort myself as much, but I guess it could include series like ASOIAF, possibly.

5. What has been your biggest struggle with your WIP?

Well... If we're speaking in the past tense, as far as things that have already happened go I'd put forwards "making sure the worldbuilding exists and isn't utterly contradictory", since there's too little writing down so far to count for a big struggle. Dates are hard, and measuring things on the order of decades to a century leaves me with a lot of uncomfortable dead space on one hand, and a bunch of events clustered together on the other. Untangling this has to happen before the writing does, to me, and it's gonna be hellish.

6. Are there any animals in your story? Talk about them!

Uhh... Technically, Snake In The Sandbox (Gustav's third and least brought up WIP) features two animals! One's a snake which literally scares G's shirt off when he finds it in his tent, and the other's some sort of desert lizard the 18th Corps adopts as its mascot.

7. How do your characters get around? (Ex. Trains, horses, cars, dragons, etc.)

Oh, probably their respective combat vehicles more than anything, though long distance stuff gets done by plane / aeroship, and getting between Worlds means ships for everyone. Non military types might get their own car, or plane.

8. What part of your WIP are you working on right now?

Technically brought this up already, but the answer's worldbuilding. It's always worldbuilding. Though within that category, I'm technically supposed to be writing up a piece on the UC' policy towards Goilac / Nouvoulouis pre SSAW, but... I have been having a lazy weekend.

9. What aspects (tropes, maybe) of your WIP do you think will draw people in?

Big flashy boom booms and cunning military tactics, strategy, and leadership on the one hand for sure, but I'd like to think the depth, history, and life that exists within the 12 Worlds might have some appeal to readers.

10. What are your hopes for your WIP?

Published novel, or really a few considering how many there are already for the 12 Worlds. Then... Well, I think I've got a few ideas in me for the Setting yet.

Knives is a famous streamer in this au, known as Imperium. Known for "dedicating his life to becoming a benevolent philanthropist version of Millions Knives," he has deceived the gaming and streaming world into believing he's totally not Millions Knives.

Continuity: Vash and Wolfwood are from the anime. Knives and Legato are from the manga. Rem also is alive and well in this au and was brought to earth after the ships crashed on Gunsmoke! But she lives in a different country.

Laser tag

Reverse Isekai AU

Your ever growing Trigun group stopped at the small warehouse that had set up shop as a Laser Tag facility. Vash, Wolfwood, Knives, Legato, and you had nearly two hours to run as many rounds as you pleased. You stood back as they stood deciding teams after hearing the rules from one of the employees. 

"I love your content, by the way, Imperium! It's cool to see you have friends who cosplay Trigun with you!" The employee bobbed excitedly. 

"Yeah, we had to tone it down to casual clothes, but we always have a blast! We're gonna probably take the character play to the max today, so I need you to know everything will be okay, we're just really good actors." Knives warned the employee. They nodded, and left the room.

"What should the teams be like?" Wolfwood asked. 

"I think it should be just like old times. Me 'n Legato against you two." He pointed towards Vash and Wolfwood. 

"Sounds good to me." Wolfwood and Vash nodded, readying their guns.

"Oh, what about me? Which team should I be on?" You piped up. You worried what kind of handicap you were going to give whatever team you would be on. Maybe they should have invited Rem as an additional supervisor…

"Oh, I know exactly what you're gonna be, Pet." Knives said, wandering his way behind you, and wrapping his arm around your shoulders, "you're the hostage." His voice lowered, causing you to blush. Legato had retrieved a third team vest. He handed it to you, and you put it on.

"Here's the rules. Much like capture the Flag, the two of you have to take My Darling Pet from Us. If a shot hits their vest in a lethal spot, they're pronounced dead, and the team who shot them loses. If you two capture them, you have to take them back to your base in order to win. We win by taking the two of you out, and keeping them." Knives explained as Vash and Wolfwood seemed to tense up. 

"And if we win?"

"I'll pay for a week trip for the three of you to a destination of your choice. If Legato and I win, we get to take Our Pet on a trip with us. Wait, why do I lose money either way? Whatever, Not the point! Are we agreed on the rules?"

"Yes!" The other four agreed in unison.

"A-also remember this is just a game, okay?" You tried to remind them not to use their weapons or powers.

Legato, Knives and you went off to the left side of the warehouse, Vash and Nicholas off to the right. There were two second floor stands on opposite sides that were considered the bases.

There were various paths that led up to these bases, some by ramps, ladders and stairs. The center was all one flat open space in the form of a ring. In between, there were various walkways and small platforms that were elevated. A person could also run under these, making the whole floor available.

Littering the field were various shields, barrels, and items that could be used to advantage. There were also "med packs" that could be plugged in, and remove a point off of a non lethal hit.

"So, do I play it up, and play the hostage as they try to rescue me? Or do I just kinda chill." You asked as they walked.

"I kind of intended it to be one giant roleplay. There's no doubt in my mind you've imagined me kidnapping you, wanting my brother to save you, right?" Knives bent down to eye level with you.

A mad blush spread across your face, and you nodded bashfully, "So I want you to scream your little heart out. Beg for The Preacher and my brother to save you. Throw in a couple tears. Struggle against Legato and I. It'll be hot." He stood once more, and held his arm across your ribs, "I'll also heal you on any injuries you get, not that I think there'll be any." He said being mindful of your previously fractured rib. Before you could answer, and buzzer sounded, letting them know to begin.

"Vaaaaaaaash!!!!! Wolfy!!!!!! HEEEEEELP!!!!" You let out a blood curdling scream like you'd never let out before as Legato immediately dashed off to head off the opponents.

"Wish you'd scream like that for me sometime." Knives winced at the abrupt noise. 

"Try being the hero sometime, Stabby." You giggled before letting out another scream as Knives carried you to a tall point on the edge of the center ring to scope out what the others were up to.

Legato was taking on Vash, who was hiding behind a barrel. Wolfwood was off to the side, looking for Knives, using the quarrel between Legato and Vash as a distraction. 

"Well, Darling, let them know you're here." Knives whispered into her ear as he picked her up again.

"Nicholas!! Help!" You Screeched, and struggled against Knives' hold on you. Knives carried you to a section that had a maze. He didn't have much time to stay put as Wolfwood continued his pursuit.

You screamed for Wolfwood, only struggling against Knives' when he was in view. On a second floor walkway, Knives turned to shoot at Wolfwood, hitting a non-lethal spot. His arm slumped in faux injury, playing up the hit. 

"Give back My Deity, you fiend!" He joined the banter as he took another shot at Knives. He missed, but they were still at a standoff. 

"Do you trust me?" He whispered to you.

"I do, Knives." You nodded.

"Okay, play along. Legato will catch you." He kissed the side of your head before straightening up, and tightening his grip, "You really care about this little wretch?" He yelled louder than the music playing overhead, glancing at Legato, who nodded upon eye contact,

"This bitch is more trouble than they're worth. I'll just get rid of them." He lifted you, and threw you off of the railing, genuinely scared, you screamed, soon feeling a pull of you clothes as Legato used his threads to pull you to him, holding you over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

During this confusion, Knives took a shot at Wolfwood, hitting the lethal spot. He slumped against the rail, unmoving.

"I'll take care of them, Master! I'll leave Vash The Stampede to you!" He said running off away from the ring.

"Mayfly!" Vash yelled in his protest after Legato as you dramatically held her hand out to Vash calling for him. The other hand pressed play punches on Legato's back.

"Vash! Save me!!!" You screamed. As Vash pursued, he was cut off by Knives jumping from the balcony into the floor in front of him.

"Not so fast, Dear Brother. You'll have to go through me first." He smirked. Vash jumped back, aiming the gun at Knives and watching his moves before firing, hitting a non-lethal spot. Vash winced at shooting his brother. It was bringing bad memories from when he shot His brother back in his world.

"You can't defeat me with non-lethal shots here, Vash. You'll never save your little Mayfly if you don't shoot to kill Legato and I. This isn't your fluffy little anime, Vash." Vash cut him off with a shot, one that Knives knew his brother could do better. Knives rolled to the side, giving a warning shot to Vash, but Vash didn't move. Knives squinted, reading Vash's moves. Vash charged towards Knives, his eyes hidden behind his messy hair. Knives cackled as he dodged around, shooting Vash's shoulder plate, a ping noting he'd been shot,

"Welcome to the Manga, Bitch." Knives jumped up, giving himself a spin as he shot Vash's chest plate. A buzzer sounded signifying the game was over. Knives and Legato had won by a landslide. Like a flipped switch, the scowl on his face turned to worry and concern.

"Hey, you okay? You froze up at the end. I was trying to bring you out of it without breaking character, but it didn't seem to be working so I ended this round." Knives crouched to Vash, placing a hand on his shoulder. Vash was breathing heavily, and didn't answer at first.

"I-I guess I wasn't as ready for this as I thought. Did you have to throw them off of the balcony?" Vash's eyes were watery. 

"Vash? Vash!" You ran up to them. Upon seeing Vash's tears, you threw yourself at him in a hug. 

"Are you okay, Angel? I'm sorry if that was too much!"

"Mayfly" He hugged her tightly, "I'm sorry I couldn't save you." 

"No, no, there was no real threat. I'm okay. I'm safe. You're safe, Wolfy's safe." You held the back of his head. The two of you sat like that for a bit, before taking Vash out of the battlefield. In the lobby, Nicholas held his hand as they had a break for snacks.

"Well, we still have another hour. Want to go another round? Plants vs humans?" He asked.

"Sure, that'll be a little less heavy." Nicholas nodded. 

"I think I'm gonna sit this one out, guys. My head still hurts." You sighed. You, admittedly, were still shaken from being thrown off of the balcony, and screaming so much. I guess some things don't translate outside the bedroom. You also knew you would never be able to keep up with the sentient shooting machines that were your little harem.

"I can stay here with you, if you want."

"No, I want you to have fun this round. Let loose all of that trauma you've got. Go show 'em who's boss, Angel. I'm totally getting nerf guns when we get home." You chastised.

I WANNA KNOW THE APPLExSNAKE SHIP PLEEEEASE

I still haven't decided exactly how the ship is gonna work, but I'll try my best to organize my thoughts and explain my ideas so far for you~ I'll even add Akshaya's banner. I need to make one for the ship hahah

Akshaya definitely mets Epel through either Jack or Yuu. They're the two people she sitcks to at first and she's really bad at making friends, so she just tags along with them. One of the times when the 1st year group is together is when she and Epel are introduced, most likely.

They're just acquitances from then on, but at some point Epel helps Akshaya out with something (still undecided, but in the vibe of "catching her before he falls" or "blocking a ball that was gonna hit her"). Either way, Akshaya thinks that was a cool move and tells him "Thank you, you're so cool!" or similar. "Cool" is definitely on the "manly" side of praise (you know, from Epel's basic boy gender norms perspective XDD), so Epel gets all happy about it and boasts a bit.

Akshaya takes more notice of him from then on. She mostly enjoys when he's being "himself" and not meek for Vil. And she genuinely thinks he's cool and manly and all that. Basically, she admires what she lacks (she's so shy and meek). So she tells him. And since Epel likes those kinds of comments and attention, he'd keep showing off for her at the same time.

Little by little they'll get closer and somehow(?) they end up being a couple. I haven't thought that far ahead hahahah

And now, some little things I also have in mind for them or that make me like this ship, in no particular order:

They're a really confusing couple gender-wise. For others, mostly, they each have their own gender clear. But with Epel looking so "cute/femenine" by traditional standards, and Akshaya being more in the non-binary appearance wise, dressing in a really neutral way, it's easy to mistake who is what. And you know what? Too bad, you shouldn't judge people's gender by their appearance anyway~ But yea, I find this kind of thing fun to play with~ Also, Akshaya is 1cm taller than Epel (he'd hate that forever, maybe he'll grow taller than her in a couple of years XD). It's a small difference, so they basically look the same height 😌 It's just cute!

Kula is a bit more sceptical about Epel at first. In the end, he's the most cautelous of the two and his priority is always to keep Akshaya safe. He also doesn't think Epel is as cool as Akshaya does, but mostly just rolls his eyes at her about that hahaha. He warms up to him after, and mostly does not care as long as he makes Akshaya happy. When Akshaya and Epel are having a moment or they spend time together after they become a couple, Kula will either hide himself away inside Akshaya's clothes and sleep, or go to a hidden close-by location and sleep there until they're done. At that point, he trusts Epel, so he has no worries leaving them "alone".

I like to imagine Akshaya tagging along in the Harveston event too. I did a drawing of it for Twistober this year~ But a bit more about it. Akshaya is terrible with the cold, so even if she prepared in advance and put a lot of clothes on the day they go there, she's still cold af. They give her one of the warmest outfits later when they change, and Epel keeps checking on her to make sure she's never too cold. He even will give her his poncho sometimes to help her keep warm 🤭 And well, she'd love the part about making their own little animal plushies to help with the race! She loves cross-stitching the most, but also likes sewing in general. She'll be really happy learning about the tradition and how they're used. She'd make a snake plushie for herself, of course! She'd also be interested on how the traditional outfits they wear are made and probably chat with Epel's grandma about them for a while~ She'd be extremelly awkward around her at first, tho. Akshaya is super shy after all, and she wants to make a good impression on her. But seeing how she's really sweet (usually), and she's similar to her grandson, she'd quickly warm up to her ❤

Also, regarding the song I shared yesterday, I think some of the character developement for Akshaya will come from being close to Epel. With the other 1st years as well, but since she'll end up being closest with Epel, he'd have the most influence. Just how he openly welcomes her, always includes her and is really nice to her. He'll also be patient when she's all shy or can't quite make up her mind about something because of her fears of rejection. And slowly, she'll be a bit more open and be less social awkward~ (she's still that way, though, that won't go away completely hahah but getting better slowly 😌)

On another note, because of how you worded your ask… I realized I could even add some symbolism about the apple and the snake hahaha I never thought about it but it could be fun XD If only I knew more about religion(?). Maybe I'll ask a friend of mine who know a bunch about it if she has some ideas for this C:

INTRODUCING YET ANOTHER EPIC OC!! this one is named Enne! unfortunately i don’t have a character playlist for them just yet </3 also i will be adding the tickling related info later, as i’m not very good at coming up with tickle headcanons on the spot dhfndjdn

i couldn’t decide whether i wanted to make Enne male or female so i decided to make them non-binary instead! also the pronunciation of their name keeps switching between “enn-uh”, “enn-ay” and “enn-ee” in my head so therefore all three are correct. they’re confusing like that

another demigod baby! this time they’re a child of Hermes, so of course they’re gonna be a huge trickster and troublemaker. they honestly don’t resemble Hermes a whole lot, other than inheriting the ankle wings. though theirs are smaller with brown feathers, and they have an extra pair on their wrists.

Enne’s primary ability is that they’re a shapeshifter! they have the ability to transform into any animal/creature they want, and possibly transform into people too but that’s a bit trickier for them to pull off, and perfectly mimic the sounds they make.

even if their normal and more “human” looking form, they still have quite a few animalistic features like antlers, a long tail, cat-like eyes, fangs, claws, in-human ears and paw-like hands and feet. they also have dark brown fur on their tail, ears, arms starting right below their elbows and legs starting right below their knees. they also have shorter fur on their forehead going down to the bridge of their nose.

they didn’t inherit their dad’s ability to fly (unless they transform into something that can fly), but they are very agile and sneaky and can move very quietly, and because of their animal features they can jump very high and are very good at climbing.

they don’t really ever officially join the crew, but they’ve been secretly tagging along for quite a while now. they use their shapeshifting powers to hide somewhere on the ship just to watch the crew and all the shenanigans they get up to, cause they think these guys are hilarious.

although Melia has known about them the whole time, not just because of her own powers but because the two of them are cousins and they’re pretty close as well, so Enne isn’t too worried about hiding themselves from her. they know Mel won’t tell anybody else about them.

in terms of personality, they’re very very mischievous and playful, they’re just here to have fun and they love messing with people. they don’t really take things very seriously, but they’re still pretty nice and sweet considering their trickster ways. probably fascinated with shiny objects (the biggest inspirations for the way they act are cats and crows)

for someone who is a child of Hermes of all people, Enne is surprisingly pretty quiet and not much of a talker. they can talk but only do it sparingly, they let their actions and mannerisms do most of the talking

after their presence is made known to the rest of the crew, they’ll show up randomly fairly often just to hang out and see what everyone’s up to and join in on some of the hijinks. whenever they’re not around on the ship they’re either messing with some other random poor souls or they’re with the group of forest nymphs that raised them

   “So cute…” Miyu mumbled to herself as she scribbled in her notebook.

   Aoi’s ears pricked up whilst she read a novel from the other end of the lounge. She felt Miyu squirm, her toes scrunched up and brushed up against Aoi. It wasn’t a very big lounge. Not when Miyu was sitting in one of end of it and basically laid out over it.

   “What’s cute?” Aoi asked.

   “You are.” Miyu flirted and poked out her tongue.

   Ever easy to fluster, Aoi felt her cheeks turn a rose pink.

   “You are!” Miyu insisted. How could she not as her girlfriend looked even more adorable than she did before?

   “Am not.” Aoi denied, though it was pointless to.

   “Are too.” Miyu continued to banter. “And,” she added, she began to get up, her chest all puffed out as she happily debuted her trump card, “I have proof.”

   “Alright, then, let’s see it.” Aoi replied.

   Exactly what Miyu wanted to hear.

   She really wanted to show Aoi what she was working on.

   Back at her school, Miyu was quite well known through a few of the different faculties over there. In the sports faculty, she was known for being a shark in the water. She was a swift and strong swimmer, the star of the swim club with many accolades conjoined to her name.

   Then in the arts department, she was also known for her talent and craft with a pen and paper. She was quite diverse when it came to what she was able to draw. Everyone in her classes knew that she could draw the cutest little anime characters or the creepiest portraits. Sometimes even both at once. She wasn’t good at non-character related mediums but she would give anything a crack once. Watercolours, acrylics, clay, it didn’t matter. Miyu loved to get creative.

   Though, conversely, she was known through the other departments of the school - like science, language, history, and mathematics, for example - for being an awful student. Flaky and undisciplined, rubbish at logic and recollection but shhh. This isn’t about the grades that Miyu was failing but rather the ones she was good at.

   Like art.

   “Tada.” Miyu said as she sat up, legs tucked under her like an eccentric genius detective from a certain supernatural-mystery anime, and flipped her notebook around so she could show Aoi her latest drawing.

   It was just a sketch. Nothing too serious, pfft. It wasn’t half bad. 

   But Aoi’s jaw dropped as she felt as though she were looking into a black and white photograph of… herself. The portrait was gorgeous, thin lead lines which overlapped here and there but that just added charm to the shading, all to make a somewhat realistic portrait of her: Zaizen Aoi.

   “Wow, Miyu, this is… oh my gosh.” Aoi stammered.

   “Aww, I’m gonna get a big head if you keep that up, ma’am.” Miyu smugly replied, like she wasn’t rolling around in glee on the inside.

   “No, really, thank you, I think its lovely, I hope you’re happy with it.” Aoi replied.

   “Oh, I am.” Miyu said.

   Aoi laughed. There was the lack of humbleness that she had been expecting.

   “Do you know what my favourite part of it is?” Miyu asked. 

   “Er, um…” Aoi erred as she was put on the spot.

   “C’mon, guess. It’s easy, I swear. Anyone could tell, I think.” Miyu egged her on.

   “Alright then.” Aoi replied.

   Miyu made sure she held her notebook steady so Aoi could get an extra good look at the drawing. Her eyes scanned left to right then up and down. She held her breath as she began her assessment.

   Was it her fringe? It looked so fluffy with just the suggestion of linework and some fuzzy shading. Or maybe her cheekbones? Miyu had rubbed out the lines there multiple times to get the curvature right, Aoi could tell from the eraser work but maybe she wasn’t that happy with it if it took multiple tries. It could even be her lips. That would make sense. Miyu had drawn them extra stylistically kissable, Aoi would think anyway but then of course.

   The delight of every artist, surely.

   “My eyes.” Aoi finally guessed.

   Miyu made a buzzer noise then chirped, “Nope. Close though.”

   “I see…” Aoi murmured as her brows furrowed together. She continued to study the portrait.

   Though that made Miyu impatient. She had been totally certain Aoi would guess correctly on the first try. 

   “Aww, come on, it's totally your charm point.” Miyu gave a hint.

   Aoi stared for another three seconds and then her shoulders slumped, “I give up.” she said with a defeatist sigh.

   “Your propeller sprout, duh!” Miyu said.

   “My what?” Aoi snorted quizzically.

   “Your propeller sprout!” Miyu repeated herself to little recognition.

   Aoi’s lack of response continued to be lacklustre. So Miyu sighed and with startling precision, for not being able to see her own drawing, she pointed on the picture of Aoi she had drawn what Aoi’s “propeller sprout” was: the little pokey-outie bit at the back of her hair. The bane of her morning hair care routine.

   “Ohhh…” Aoi said. “I call it my cowlick.”

   “Well it's very cute whatever it is.” Miyu replied snidely.

   Aoi laughed.

   “It is.” Miyu affirmed.

   “It's so annoying though, it never sticks down when I want it to! So many school picture days ruined by it…” Aoi complained.

   Miyu gasped dramatically, “How dare! It’s your charm point, or so says me.” 

   Miyu’s antics continued to make Aoi smile and laugh. A bit harder now to consider it an annoyance now, she supposed. But the point, already well and truly made by now, was still not made enough in Miyu’s eyes as she scooted in closer to her girlfriend, putting away her notebook.

   “It’s so cute and fluffy, see?” Miyu said.

   She reached out and Aoi’s heart skipped a beat. Miyu toyed with the so-called propeller sprout at the back of her head, proving just how fluffy - and bouncy - it was. With just a stroke of her pointer finger, Miyu had it swaying side to side.

  “Okay… it's a little cute.” Aoi grumbled.

   “Told you.” Miyu said.

   But instead of fully retreating her hand, she ran it through the rest of Aoi’s hair. It was soft and, well, fluffy. Her bob-cut slowly growing out, she wanted it to be long again, sort of like when she was a tiny tot again. Miyu smiled as she caressed Aoi’s cheek, though with clumps of Aoi’s hair through her fingers.

   “Are your fingers stuck…?” Aoi asked, embarrassed.

   “Ah, no, just thinking about how, well, all of you is cute. I shouldn’t limit your cuteness to just one charm point.” Miyu replied.

   Aoi’s face went strawberry red. Miyu’s words were so sweet and earnest, it was hard to consider them flirting. She just said whatever she was thinking. She was that kind of person, free and open as a book. 

   “You are so shameless.” Aoi squealed.

   “I can’t help myself.” Miyu giggled.

   Though she did let go of Aoi’s hair and picked up her notebook again. She had some more ideas on how to draw Aoi now. Though, she didn’t retreat into her end of the lounge, instead she changed how she sat and snuggled into Aoi’s side. Aoi let her and placed her arm over Miyu’s neck and shoulders. She could probably read with just one hand so long as she was clever.

   Meanwhile, Miyu began to draw some cartoony takes on Aoi’s physical appearance and her cute propeller sprout.

First Ever Ship: oh boy... if we’re talking first ship when i knew shipping and fanfic was a thing, the first non-canon ship i remember reading fanfic for was will x jack from pirates of the caribbean. before then there’d been canon relationships i liked (usagi x mamoru from sailor moon) and non-canon couples i wanted to get together (tommy x kimbery from power rangers) but i never looked up fanfic of them as i was too young and not on the internet and didn’t know what those things were back then

Last Song: ‘all for the best’ from the musical godspell. came up on my spotify recommended and if i had a nickel for every time i think i won’t want to listen to a song sung by judas and jesus and then end up loving the song...

Last Movie: kiki’s delivery service, my girlfriend showed it to me a couple weeks ago and it was my first time watching it. it’s really cute!

Currently Reading: nothinggggg, i haven’t read anything in so long because feeling like i lack the free time and also some anxieties. probably the most recent book i read was peter darling by austin chant for the 5th time. i’ve read that book a lot. it means a lot to me as a trans man.

Currently Watching: still in the process of my girlfriend showing me all of adventure time as i haven’t seen it before, we’re some way into season 8 at the moment. we also need to finish watching the moomins anime and i want her to watch the rest of the sandman. i am currently wanting to watch season 2 of vox machina, the last of us, and the puss in boots movie.

last song: all I want by kodaline! I’ve been looking for songs for a Specific Character I Cannot Reveal For Fic and that song does not fit on her playlist at all (very few songs do…….) but I was thinking about it so I went to listen to it.

last movie: oh my god, I rewatched camp rock last night. I’ve been digging through a lot on disney+ lately. it was, fine? always fun to see super young jonas brothers, at least. and I think the songs were pretty good. I remember really disliking the sequel so I will probably not rewatch that.

currently reading: rereading t*witches; literally JUST finished the fifth book, don’t think twice. I don’t necessarily recommend them but it’s nice to relive the childhood nostalgia. as I’ve mentioned the dialogue is almost DISTRESSINGLY so 2001 it’s alternately painful and hilarious, and it gets me every time. my favorite book when I was a kid was the ninth one, split decision, like my copy of it got really beat up bc I reread it so much, and I’m really excited to get to that one.

I’m also like a chapter and a half into the first lord of the rings book and really looking forward to reading more and I BOUGHT THEM but sometimes like, reading a physical book is not enough to fully distract my brain from the 28 Long Years Of Rampantly Unmanaged Anxiety I’ve been dealing with, but reading on my phone or my laptop has been usually fine??? but I’ve been reading t*witches on the internet archive and lotr is also there so when I finish barreling through t*witches, I can read lotr there if I want!!

I also usually have a ramona ebook on my phone right now for when I just need something Without Any Stakes At All, Whatsoever, and the one I have right now is ramona the brave. it was my FAVORITE when I was a kid and my first grade teacher read the books out loud bc it has the story where ramona shouts GUTS! when she wants to say a bad word. THAT was intense, to a six year old. as an adult I think my fav is ramona and her father, bc it’s very sweet.

currently watching: AS WE SPEAK I am binge-watching lizzie mcguire. well, binge-watching-in-the-background. (I’ve also been working my way through my childhood disney sitcoms.) BUT ALSO I keep up with abbott elementary and animal control and I’m hoping animal control gets better? it’s okay, it’s decently funny, but I’m still not sold on it yet. abbott elementary is gold, though. (not a current watch BUT spring baking championship starts on the food network next week!!! I love the themed baking championships. also kids baking just ended on monday and every single season I cry over all the sweet tiny kids doing their baking they are so damn adorable) oh my mom and I have stalled in our murder she wrote watch with a season and a half left bc the quality has kinda, dipped. I think the first seven seasons are the most entertaining.

currently consuming: water! I never drink enough of it. it is, a struggle. I am drinking more than I was, for sure, but it is, still not really like a GREAT amount. I am……...working very hard at it………...and it’s very frustrating.

currently craving: something I can really take a bite out of. a big cinnamon bun…...a hefty piece of cake…...not necessarily craving this but some day soon I am going to get delivery from red robin and get the MADLOVE BURGER. by god, that burger.

additionally, if it's gonna rain I think it should thunderstorm. we've had a lot of rain lately but like NO thunder and you can't really hear the rain at all and it would just be nice to have a good decent NON THREATENING thunderstorm. and for a while, too!!!! the last one we got was a hot ten minutes. I want some substance.

First Ever Ship

I mean, my first EVER ship was (still is, to be honest) Natsu Dragneel/Lucy Heartfilia from Fairy Tail. Fairy Tail was my introduction to world of anime (i considered Pokemon as cartoons as they had eng dub when i watched it) and I still pray for the day they actually become canon.

My first M/M ship? That would probably be Kirk/Spock from the Chris Pine movies (AOS). They might not have had that actual onscreen romance, but their devotion to each other was simply unparalleled.

It's either that or Stiles Stilinski/Derek Hale from Teen Wolf. I started shipping them while reading fanfics of them first, then watching Sterek scenes and actually watching the show only a few years ago.

As of writing this post, the song changed to the My School President cover of Just Being Friendly so might as well add that in. Because I LOVE this cover so so much. The MSP soundtrack is probably gonna be my part of most streamed albums this year.

Matilda: The Musical on Christmas. It was such a good musical, thoroughly enjoyed watching, especially the Revolting Children sequence, it was GLORIOUS (though i still like the old movie better, this was a good nostalgic trip)

3 ships / First ever ship: imma do both so i can talk about more

first: white rose, or ruby/weiss for non rwby people. i just love the dynamic, the way they compliment each other, the aesthetic, everything really. also nostalgia because they‘re basically how i learned yuri fanfiction was a thing. no, that‘s in reverse actually, i googled yuri fanfiction and a fanfiction.net list that featured them prominently showed up and the rest is history. also the reason i joined tumblr. also have i told you about my cats weiss and—

sylvaina, or sylvanas/jaina. everyone knows warcraft and sylvanas right? the epitome of broken woman refusing to give up, which is paralleled in jaina on opposite sides of a brutal conflict. it‘s just two deeply hurt women coming together despite or maybe because of themselves, and finding healing where they thought it was beyond them. for some reason that appeals to me, don‘t read into it. also: go read sylvaina fanfiction. genuinely think there’s some of the best fanfiction period here. also also the reason i have a elven necromancer tattooed on my arm, and a cat named sylvanas, maybe—

doctor/kal’tsit. the one arknights ship i‘m genuinely obsessed with and there’s so little for it there, very cruel. there’s just so much here thematically, though. two ancient people trying their best to unfuck a world on a collision course with oblivion, and clashing over it. honestly both are too complex as character’s to break it down easily here, but arknights understanders should get it even if their obsession lies elsewhere. the next time i get a new cat (which hopefully will not be for a while) it‘s gonna be a kelshey

pricefield, max/chloe from life is strange. this one feels the most like a surprise considering my blogging habits, i think. something about telling the universe or fate or whatever to fuck all the way off just stuck with me though. also stole chloe‘s sleeve, and i‘m a bit pissed they blacked it out in the comics for some reason

Last song: alesana - the murderer, very nostalgic. sometimes you just wanna murder a room full of people and yell about it, you know? one of my favorite breakdowns, too. something about shouting are you ready to die? repeatedly is just very nice for letting loose. it‘s also part of a concept album, that in turn is part of a trilogy but let‘s not get into it

Last movie: pacific rim just a few days ago. don‘t really like movies too much but come on, giant robots versus kaijus

Currently reading: a few things. the murderbot diaries by martha wells, for one. taking a robot and letting it be inhuman and still a person and be treated as such is something we need more of. then a bunch of nonfiction, manufacturing consent first for obvious reasons and a bunch of marxist basics that i really should have read years ago

Currently watching: gundam origin. decided to work my way through chronologically, no clue if that‘s s good idea or not, but it sure makes a very big task more approachable. bunch of airing animes, too, as is tradition. cried myself through the first to episodes of frieren

Currently consuming: just had strawberry cheesecake ice cream, love that stuff

hello everyone!

this is a catchall blog for all my osc related content/characters. be it ocs outside anything, or in one of my planned shows such as bfac or bftp or That other one without a name yet. i will occasionally post osc art on here and will blog abt them sometimes. heres some rules for the blog!

WHO CAN INTERACT?

this is a catchall for planned shows. i cant control their fanbases so any ages are fine! but i would prefer you being over 13 at least as some of these shows contain darker topics and themes.

but basic dni criteria still applies, ok? and no endo systems. no opinion on mspec lesbians because i dont know anything about them.

WHAT ARE THESE/WHEN WILL THEY BE RELEASED?

these shows (or games? ;]) are things i plan to release sometime in the future. but NOT the near future. likely years from now as i do not have the time/resources/skills/etc to make them right now and i have a project that will take priority over osc things first.

WILL THIS BE LIKE SOPI?

no. youre free to ask about the characters and ask about their designs/personalities/etc but i won't be releasing any like uhh... blog canon content for this. so basically, i can tell you about planned canon things. but im not gonna be telling you the story and whatnot.

CAN I DRAW YOUR CHARACTERS?

YES!!!!!! i am always willing to receive content of them. be it art, aus, ships,* or anything else, im willing to receive art! tag me in it! send it to me! hell even ASK which ones to draw!

*dont draw anything that would be bad. no incest, pedophillia, abuse, etc. no bad ships.

IS NSFW OKAY?

of non-minor characters, yes. just don't tag me in it/send it to me. youre free to put it on like paheal or r34 or whatever though. and no, i don't have a problem with seeing it. youre free to draw it. i encourage drawing it. i do it myself. i just dont want it sent to me unsolicited or without warning. if i wanna see it, ill seek it out, ok?

CAN I AUDITION FOR YOUR SHOWS/CAN I HELP WORK ON THE PROJECT?

sadly, no. i am not near ready for any help, nor production. i cant even start the show yet, and i don't have any way to really plan it right now. i am not looking for auditions or artists right now.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THAT ONE SHOW?

[currently unnamed] is a show somewhat inspired by hfjone, lots, and the waiting room (the show, not the place in hfjone). with object characters having real human names, or going by other names (like absinthe) to conceal their identities. i haven't fully fleshed it out yet, but it will be darker than my other shows.

ARE YOUR SHOWS INTENDED FOR CHILDREN OR A MORE MATURE AUDIENCE?

my shows are not intended for any particular audience. but as i write darker content in other projects and they might stumble across them, it might not be recommended to small children without parental guidance. [currently unnamed] is not recommended for children or "potentially sensitive" audiences.

my non osc projects are not recommended for children, "sensitive audiences", or those who are sensitive to very heavy topics including heavy/extreme blood/gore, violence, death, abuse, sexual content, extreme trauma and psychological horror.

i will not be posting about these non-osc related projects here, and any mentions of osc-related projects with any themes that could potentially be upsetting or triggering will be tagged with related tags such as "blood cw" or "gore cw" or "trauma cw". if i forget to tag these, please let me know. nobody's perfect, not even me somehow (/silly)

any darker fanfics, aus, or other content will be tagged with such tags OR posted the blog .inanimatez, and be wary as these aus WILL CONTAIN DARK TOPICS, INCLUDING ANIMAL DEATH.

WHAT IF I DRAW A SHIP WITHOUT KNOWING THE CHARACTER IS A MINOR?

well, that's not very likely. and yes i know this is a weird question. but i get the feeling other people didn't realize rocky is potentially intended to be a child at first (NO I DIDNT SHIP ROCKY WITH ANYONE!!! NO I DIDNT DRAW R34 OF HIM. BEFORE YOU GUYS EVEN ASK.)

if you draw a ship with a child character without realizing i won't despise you for it, as long as you didnt realize and stop doing it, and never do it again. that is NOT an excuse for pedophilia or proshipping. i will not tolerate proshipping, pedophilia, or suggestive or pornographic content drawn of ANY child characters, ESPECIALLY not my own. not in any project i make.

(honestly that above part really only applies to when the shows first begin. once its been a while youre just a sicko cause it will have been obvious by then.)

shipping teenager x teenager is fine. its a bit weird if youre not a minor. but its fine nonetheless, i dont care. its no different than shipping like i dunno danganronpa characters or something. (i Think theyre minors?)

this being said most of my characters in this are not minors, and i will generally specify if they are. if you draw any of that shit with child characters from [currently unnamed] you are not excusable!! i will have specified characters' ages in that series and you can't just ignore that. also they literally act like kids and like five of them are toddlers. it is OBVIOUS.

CAN I REQUEST CONTENT OF OTHER OBJECT SHOWS LIKE BFDI OR II?

yes! im more than willing to draw osc content in general, as long as i dont have art block. writing, too, but it may take longer cause i have writer's block more than art block for some reason. most of my drawings are on whiteboardfox, and sometimes i might literally just give you a whiteboard. i can't draw on the device i use tumblr on. its a long story dont ask.

i can't do icons/moodboards/edits/etc though. sorry. if you want moodboards i recommend @happystar-sz and theres a lot of icon blogs out there!!

sure. i made my friends sonas. ill help you out, no problem! just know i dont know how to draw everything, so i may or may not be able to draw it if it's something more obscure. also i cant draw wings for the life of me but i try.
