It had been about a week since Ruko began to stay with Adrienne. He ended up having to tell her a little about his past since night terrors were a problem for him. He expected to be kicked out, but instead she offered to provide him help. In exchange for her help he would make sure to keep the place tidy.

He made sure to cook, clean, and shop if she didn't have time. And when he wasn't doing any of that it was training both mind and body. And if all of this meant he had to deal with some flirting than he didn't mind.

Though it was during a round of meditation that he felt someone's presence. "I know you're there. If you do not reveal who you are and why you're here than I'll have no choice but to defend this household."

Well, this certainly wasn't a forest he recognized. Turning his head this way and that, Thor plants his paws on his hips as he surveys the unfamiliar surroundings. A rustling sound catches his attention and his eyes snap to the figure... a Simisage? Thor tenses up only slightly, just in case he has to prepare himself for a fight. "Hey," he calls out eyeing the other. "Do you know where we are?"

The Lopunny pondered for a moment. Did she even know how to mix drinks? She certainly was qualified to take tips.

“Je think can work better in waitress work”, the sparkling bunny bounced on the balls of her dainty toes as she responded.

The Floramon would smile than quickly get her tea set. It was old, and some it was chipped. But it was well taken care of from the looks of it. The Floramon quickly brought it over and set it all up for the two of them. Than red circles would appear around the teapot before it looked like steam would come out through the spout. "I don't know how, but as long as I have my tea set I can make tea whenever I want. Pretty cool right?"

Flormon had a wide smile on her face waiting for her potential new friend to say something. The plant digimon had a special love for tea, and it was one thing that she was fairly good at. So, to her, it only made sense to share her tea making skills with others.

A Floramon would gently approach Suzy. The flower like digimon had seen her, and others playing, and thought it'd be best to approach whoever was left when the others were gone. "Um,excuse me, but...do you think we could play too?" She had recently gained the ability for others to see her, but she still looked like a glitching hologram.

She wasn't expecting many other kids, or at least young ones like her, to still be hanging around after she saw off her usual friends. At the corner of the playground Floramon had approached sat a row of round metal tubes sculpted to look like train cars, with an engine at the front of the line that the bui sat atop of with a juice box in her paws, having enjoyed the little breather she got while watching her buddies leave and the teenagers continue to hang around.

"Hm?" She hadn't even noticed this small one before it spoke up, and the glitching caught her eye. It reminded her of some of those computer things she'd seen on tv... Porygons, if she remembered right? "Sure! I've got time before I go home!" Was it really that easy to befriend a pokemon? At this age, probably. Not like a kid would say no to new friends.

you’re tough and a quick draw on the outside, but if we got down to it we’d see you’re acting the only way you’ve ever known how. it doesn’t make you bad, survival is natural, your loyalty and determination is commendable. i don’t blame you for the way you act when your back is against a wall, but please remember to not bite the hand that feeds.

Remember the witch's house or the crooked man? The countless other RPG horror games? Amnesia and it's endless library of custom stories that occasionally had their own unique monsters and voice acted scenes? I miss those days.

Vividly. The Crooked man was a trip. And The Witches House is still one of my favorites even now. Mostly because that one in particular got the blood pumping the most. =   =;;; Still remember being chased by the bear... Though there’s some modern indie horror that capture that spark still. Bramble, Poppy Playtime, Slay the Princess or the World Ends. Those are the few I know off hand but I’m sure there’s more.
