Watching this week's episode was fresh hell, having to relieve our best girl Nobara's death. But I'm still holding out hope she's alive. I'm hoping she did something to herself to carve out that piece that Mahito touched.

Because Nobara might be essential in the fight against Sukuna. Her technique Resonance touches the soul. It worked on Mahito. It doesn't just do physical damage.

And that linking-voodoo ability might be able to damage Sukuna without harming Megumi. Nobara could theoretically hammer Sukuna's finger, and hurt or even kill Sukuna's main soul. We saw that a battle of pure power can't take down Sukuna, so the best option would to be clever.

Nobara coming back after nearly dying to help kill Sukuna would be absolutely amazing. Or even to deliver that final blow. Just like all of the battles she fought with Itadori before, where Itadori fights full on, and she comes up behind with that kill shot.

Our girl is a strong one. Her technique is using nails to kill people. Her soul is made of iron. She will be just fine.

ok i actually think maybe…gojo might not be dead. not because i’m a stan or whatever but mostly because of the amount of time it took him to master “red” and the even shorter amount of time it took to master “purple.”

and he spent a while in that box but he came out ripped as fuck. either he spent that time trying to figure out another technique or he’s just a victim of human arrogance and hubris. but given his track record and how he mastered “purple” in like…what, a week? a day? i don’t think it’s as insane to believe we can count him out just yet.

that on top of the fact that i still haven’t seen anything about what the anti-sukuna’s group’s plan actually means. either way i’m interested to see where things go, and i think it’s kind of dumb to drop a series when your fave character dies UNLESS it gets worse afterwards. it hasn’t even been long enough yet.
