Did you know how I draw Loop actually somewhat represents where they are in their AUs timeline?

Loop

This indicates that Loop is still looking with Siffrin to find a way out of the loops by looking through AUs. Loop is still a very big pushover and depending on how far exactly they are in the timeline may not even be stern with Siffrin and the Change God yet, the first two people they actually grow a nerve for. They are quite powerful, being about level 86, but that gets much higher as time goes on, it can go over 99 because I like the chaos it brings. Loop doesn't use a dagger to fight, mainly relying on craft for that, because they want to find a weapon that calls to them thats different from Siffrin's. Loop likes watching and sometimes interacting with AUs. Loop actually has quite the soft spot for most other Loop's, they feel sad and worried for them because while Loop can relate, they also can't. Loop likes to pop in and chat with looping Siffrin's and others to keep them more sane if possible, they hate seeing anyone suffer like that and in general. Loop likes giving nicknames to others! They call Siffrin Hoshikuzu or Kuzu, and call the Change God Kai. Loop may or may have not became friends with their AUs Pétronille in secret.

Loop?

This indicates that Loop and Siffrin have found the way out of the Loops but has to deal with a new problem. Loop doesn't get to spend as much time with Siffrin anymore so they tend to be visiting AU almost all the time now. While they would love to tell every AUs looping person (usually Siffrin) how to leave the Loops, the Change God doesn't let them most of the time because of "keeping balance" and all that which is a lie for the most part. Loop isn't as much as a pushover before but still is a pushover. Its very rare to see Loop being angry or stern or anything like that so you know its something serious when it happens. Loop found @kyri45's isat sky cotl AU and manged to make their green cap along with finding the yellow scarf, they visit this AU the most, they also find memories that the Siffrin here may not have found. They also found this fluffy white... cape? coat? whatever you call it and gave it to their Siffrin. Loop feels like they aren't really 'Loop' anymore and definitely not 'Siffrin', they still use the name Loop because they don't know what else to call them self for now. Loop gets a lot of new hobbies they enjoy, like gardening, drawing, cooking, flying, and clothes designing. Loop still does wood carving, but not as much as before. While Siffrin and almost all their family started making their way to Bambouche, Loop would visit Pétronille until Siffrin and everyone arrived. Loop calls Pétronille Isamu and Pétronille calls Loop Butterfly. The Change God tends to hang out with Loop more because they find them so interesting and because they worry for them. Loop somehow manged enter different fandoms at some point (Kirby, OneShot, chicory: a colorful tale, and maybe others).

Luma

This indicates that Luma has become their own person, they spend most of their time in a different AU with Bonnie. Luma can turn into their star form whenever they please but prefers to stay in their human form. Luma hangs out in an AU where everything is basically the same as canon, well if you don't included that Luma's there. Luma joins Bonnie while they were running away from the curse, when Siffrin finds Bonnie they had been separated when a strangely strong sadness got a sneak attack on Luma. Luma has nicknames for everyone here, Siffrin is called Akari, Isabeau is called Haru, Mirabelle is called Sakura, Odile is called Kei, and Bonnie is called Aiko. Bonnie calls Luma Lulu, everyone else calls them Luma. Luma tends to not fight and stay in the back with Bonnie, this is because they don't really like showing their true power, but they will fight if they think someone is in true danger, like Bonnie. They fight with different kind of firework wand from sky cotl and craft of course. Luma shows Bonnie the multiverse while they were traveling before meeting the others and Bonnie promises to not tell anyone about it without permission. Luma is the only one that actually remembers stuff through the loops, they really want to tell Siffrin about how they just need to tell the others they want to stay with them and they want to comfort Loop but can't... and it sucks. No one can see the colors of Luma's cape and Bonnie's scarf until Siffrin turns giant, its not really talked about until after Siffrin goes back to normal. Luma and Siffrin interact more, so yay!

Chapter Thirty One - Roses And Thorns

It took you and Bucky an embarrassingly long time and a very loud coughing fit from Steve to notice you had an audience. You looked up just in time to see Wade creeping towards you with his arms spread.

“What? I just wanted a hug!” He lied.

You met Tony’s eyes for a brief second before he turned on his heel and stormed away from you.

“Hug Bucky.” You told Wade and ran after Tony.

You heard the distinct sound of someone being hit and Wade yelping as you ran after your dad.

“Dad, please wait.” You begged as you caught up to him in the hallway.

He stopped and whirled round to glare at you.

“Him? Of all the people in the world Kit Kat did it have to be him?” He said hoarsely.

“I’m sorry. I didn’t do it to hurt you.”

“Hurt me? Why would seeing my daughter sticking her tongue down the throat of the man who snapped my mothers neck hurt me?” he laughed derisively.

“Please.” You begged softly.

“Is this some kind of late teenage rebellion?” He demanded.

“Dad, I love him.” You protested, very much aware of how you sounded like a Disney princess.

“You’re a kid. You don’t know what love is and he’s not the one to show you. He’s a hundred year old brainwashed assassin. He’s unstable and violent and broken.” Tony yelled.

“Who else could understand me?” You asked.

“Not him. Not him. You want someone who understands you, date Romanov for god’s sake.”

“But I love Bucky. I don’t know why or how it happened. He’s the one I need and you don’t understand how much I need him.” You insisted.

“You’re right about that. I don’t understand.”

“I’m sorry, I never meant to hurt you.”

“After everything I’ve done for you, this is how you repay me?”

You recoiled from him at the harshness of his words and didn’t see the look of instant regret on his face as you turned and ran away from him, stifling your sobs as you fled.

You had found refuge on the second floor, on a window ledge. You were perched on it, your head leaning against the glass.

What Tony had said had hurt you because there was truth in it. You did owe him everything and he deserved better but… So did Bucky. Your heart broke for Tony but Hydra was responsible, not Bucky and it wasn’t fair to punish him for what he had been forced to do.

Tony knew that, and he had forgiven the former assassin but that didn’t eradicate all the pain. Just like knowing it was hurting your father couldn’t eradicate the love you felt for Bucky.

You needed to pull yourself out of this funk. Vernichtung’s continued mental incarceration depended on you giving into the good emotions you experienced, not dwelling on the bad. You had to have faith that you and Tony could find your way through this.

You heard someone approach and saw their reflection in the window before you saw them.

“Remy?”

“I was wondering where you were hiding Ma’petite. Your lover is looking for you.” he informed you.

“I just needed a second to breathe.” You said.

Remy sat next to you and smiled softly, offering you something with a flourish. It was a single red rose.

“Remy I...”

“Ah, don’t fret. I know you only have eyes for The Soldier. Remy wants you to have the rose as a reminder of how Remy sees you.” He insisted.

“And how does Remy see me?” You asked.

“Roses can grow and flourish in the harshest of climates. The most beautiful roses have survived the worst conditions and they have the sharpest thorns. You, my dearest, are the most beautiful and sharpest Rose of all.” He told you.

You tentatively reached out and took it from him, bringing it up to your face so you could inhale the sweet scent, a small happy smile graced your lips. Good emotions.

“Thank you.” You told him softly.

Tony found you not long after when you had wandered outside to look for Bucky.

“The Professor and I have spoken. I think it’s best you spend some time here.” Tony told you.

“I do something you don’t approve of and you ship me off to boarding school, is that really how you want to play this? You realise I’m not a child? I’m an adult, at some point you have to accept that.” You raged.

“You’re sheltered, you haven’t been exposed to many people outside of The Avengers. You haven’t been exposed to people like you. These people can help you with what’s going on inside your head and all the powers that are inside you.”

“No.” You stated.

“No? You do realise I OWN the Avengers compound and the Tower. If I want to send you somewhere else, I can.”

“You realise I can call Fury and go join him, or anyone on the UN now that I’m legit. Hell, I bet I could tell Wade I’m moving in with him and he’d roll with it. You aren’t my whole world anymore Tony, and I know that’s scary for you. You need to learn to deal with it though.”

It was a rare instance where Tony was shocked into silence.

“You will always be the person I love most in the world. When I think of home, I will always think of you first. But because of you I am my own person now and I get to make my own choices. You don’t have to like or agree with them but you do have to let me make them. I guess if you’d rather push me away though… Well just know I’ll be waiting to come home when you’re ready.” You told him.

“I’ll never kick you out. You can stay in the compound but I’ll be staying in The Tower for a while. I just can’t… I can’t look at you right now Kid. I know you didn’t mean to hurt me, but you did.” He told you and walked away.

A few seconds later you heard the unmistakable sound of The Iron Suit taking off and wiped away a stray tear.

“He’s an idiot.” Logan said from behind you and you whirled around in shock.

It was a rare person who could sneak up on you, you must have been distracted.

“What?” You asked.

“Your dad, he’s a fool. Hearts not something that can be controlled or reasoned with. You love who you love, there’s no way around it.” He elaborated, somehow managing to sound gruff and sagely wise at the same time.

“Yeah but the man I love was manipulated into killing my fathers parents.”

“Nobody’s perfect.” Logan retorted with a shrug.

You snorted and once you started laughing, you couldn’t stop.

“Your friends are getting ready to leave.” Logan informed you.

“I guess that’s my cue. It was… nice to meet you?” You said unsurely.

The savage and wild man still made the skin on the back of your neck prickle. He huffed out a noise you guessed was a goodbye as you ran off to find Wade before you left. Wade was, unsurprisingly trying to sneak onto The Avengers quinjet and being hauled off it by Bucky. Bucky saw you coming and rolled his eyes, dumping the red clad mercenary at your feet before storming off to stand with Steve by the jet.

“Wade, I’m heading off now.” You told the merc, pulling him to his feet.  

“Peaches no! Say it aint so!” He cried dramatically.

“Don’t worry, I have a feeling I’ll be seeing you again soon.”

“Oooh foreshadowing!” He gasped.

You chuckled and threw your arms around his neck.

“Thank you for everything. You’re a good friend.” You whispered and kissed him on the cheek.

“Never washing this mask again. In fact I’ll keep this one safe with my unicorn!”

You laughed as you walked away, turning your head to deliver your parting shot.

“See you around Daddypool.” You purred, winking at him.

You walked over to Bucky and Steve and the latter turned to you.

“Ok, Miss Grey and I have worked out a schedule for you to split your training between the Compound and here, barring missions.” The Captain informed you.

“You did what now?” You questioned.

“You’ll be doing sessions with the Professor and you’ll have a tutor as well to help train you.”

“Tutor… I have a… Oh for fuck sake.” You grumbled.

You turned to Bucky, exhausted by the recent events.

“Remember when I said I wanted us to just be us and then a whole load of crap went down?”

“Surprisingly I had noticed. Want to go home, lock the door and just be us?”

“Oh I really really do.”

“Come on then sweetheart.” Bucky said and threw you over his shoulder.

“James!” You shrieked as he chuckled and slapped your ass.

“We are in a school!” You hissed.

“There’s a joke in there about calling him Sir.” Clint quipped as Bucky carried you onboard.

You flipped Clint off as Bucky gently set you down on the seat and kissed your forehead affectionately.

You were going home and you were ready to relax and spend some uneventful time with the man you loved.

Things with Tony were rough but you had to have faith it would work out.

“Let’s go home.” You sighed and leaned your head on Bucky’s shoulder.

Outside the school Wade Wilson formed a love heart with his hands to frame the quinjet as it took off.

“Until we meet again Princess Peach. Oh don’t worry you, yes you reading this. Deadpool will return!”

I’m having my thyroid removed in a few hours, and then they’ll biopsy it to see if I need further treatment, let’s hope and pray it won’t. Pray for me, guys. And if you don’t believe in any God, just send me good vibes, please. Ngl, I’m nervous af.

Countdown

This is the first fanfic I have ever written from start to finish. I just had this idea pop into my head, and I though it was fluffy and cute so I made it happen.

Relationship: Jonathan Crane/Edward Nygma, aka Scriddler - established relationship

Summary: Edward has been working on his latest scheme for too many consecutive days without a break and Jonathan thinks enough is enough.

“Edward,”

“HUh, What?” Edward jerked up to see Jonathan standing next to him. How long had he been there? “What do you want, I’m busy.” He said, turning back to the blueprints he had sprawled out on the table.

“So I see.” Jonathan took note of Edward’s appearance and his surroundings. Large circles under the eyes; clearly hadn’t slept recently. Apple cores hastily thrown in the general direction of the garbage can in the corner; at least he was eating. One hand gripping a green marker, while the other frantically tapped on the table. Stubble and unkempt hair; that was a big sign, when a man as vain as Edward stopped caring about his looks. Even his outfit consisted only of a white, and stained, tank top, and question-mark boxers. “When was the last time you slept?”

The tapping grew faster. “That’s hardly any of your business Jonathan, so if you would kindly leave me to return to mine-”

“When, Edward.” He said, more as a demand than a question.

“Within me I am five, though I, myself, am not. Neither am I seven, though when seven ends with me, many calI me long.” That was terrible. Terrible and too easy. If he thought about it more, he could at least make it rhyme. Maybe he should have added a biblical reference, that would at least make it more interesting… His mind trailed off to criticize the riddle he made on the spot, only returning to the moment upon hearing Jonathan answer.

“Three.” He sighed, “You haven’t slept in three days.” That would explain the poorly constructed riddle.

“I’m fine Jon, just let me finish my work.” Why wouldn’t he just leave?! The tapping grew louder.

“A person as smart as yourself should know what a lack of sleep does to the mind. You need to sleep.” As he spoke, he watched the tapping reach the point where it seemed Edward was trying to drive his nails back into his fingers. It was fascinating to see Edward reach this point of obsessive focus. As much as he wanted to study the long term effects of this behavior, he instead decided to take this opportunity to test a method of bringing him down from it. It would, after all, be more beneficial to Edward in the long run, if it worked. He slowly brought his arm around Edward’s waist and leaned in close beside him.

There was a brief pause in the tapping, before it continued at its intense pace. Edward could feel Jonathan’s breath on his neck. He grumbled, knowing where this was going, though it wasn’t like Jonathan to be the instigator of such things, “I’m not in the mood Jon.”

“100…”

“What?” Edward turned his head to face him in confusion. That wasn’t what he was expecting.

“99…”

“Are you… Are you counting?” He tried to get a read on Jonathan’s intentions, but he maintained his poker face, and answered only with:

“98…” He watched Edward’s frustration and anger melted into curiosity and confusion. The tapping lessened slightly. “97… 96… 95…”

Edward turned back to his work, trying to ignore Jonathan and his-

“94…”

-counting. What did he think it was going to accomplish anyway?

“93…”

Did Jonathan think he was just going to concede as soon as he reached the-

“92…”

-end of the count? Absurd.

“91… 90… 89…” Jonathan watched the tapping of Edward’s hand carefully. Though it no longer was as intense as it had been, it had not yet gone away. “88…” Although, he knew the counting was having a definite effect. “87…” Edward would pause his rhythm as each number was spoken., “86…”

Edward had to admit to himself that the counting was pretty hard to ignore.

“85… 84… 83… 82…”

Jonathan was keeping it so consistent, so even, so-

“81…”

-slow. He felt Jonathan’s grip tighten comfortably around his waist. He relaxed slightly at the feeling, but then straightened himself up again, “Jon, I don’t know what you’re-”

“80…”

He sighed, “What you’re trying to pull here, but-”

“79…”

“But would you stop counting for one damn, 78, min-” he stopped himself mid sentence. He had said it at the same time as Jon.

“77…”

He didn’t need to look up to know Jon said it with a smirk.

“76…” So he was counting along. Perfect.

Edward momentarily stopped his tapping to rub his eyes before continuing, the pace slightly slower than before. He was starting to feel just how tired he actually was.

“75…”

“Can you at least just hurry up so I can get back to, 74, work?” He tried not to say it out loud this time. He really did. He silently cursed his OCD.

“73… 72… 71… 70…”

He wished with everything he had that Jon would just speed up the count.

“69… 68… 67… 66…”

But instead he was met with the same consistent spacing between the numbers.

“65… 64… 63… 62…”

Edward slowly relaxed into Jon’s grip again. It was just so comfortable, and, god, he was so tired.

“61… 60… 59… 58…”

He looked back at the work in front of him. There was still so much to do. He wanted to keep going, but he just couldn’t focus on anything other than-

“57…”

-that. Every time his thoughts tried to move to something else-

“56…”

-another number.

“55… 54…” Jonathan was certainly pleased when he felt Edward leaning into him, relaxing further, “53…” The tapping had gone down to a few sparse notes, like when microwave popcorn is almost done cooking, “52…” This method was proving to be quite effective, “51…” He reached forward with his free hand and tried to remove the marker in Edward’s grasp. “50…” a bit of resistance at first, but then Edward’s grip loosened, and Jonathan was able to pull it free and place it on the side of the table “49…”

Edward felt he had to put all his concentration into just keeping his eyes open.

“48… 47… 46… 45…”

He felt Jon’s shoulder on the back of his head. Was that Jon’s doing or his?

“44…” The tapping had finally stopped, “43…” Jonathan determined that now was the moment of truth, “42…” Jon stepped away from the table but maintained his grip around Edward’s waist, “41…” Edward stepped with him. “40…” Perfect.

Edward thought about pulling away-

“39…”

-but he was just so tired.

“38…”

He blinked, and his eyes stung.

“37… 36… 35…”

With every step, he felt his legs could give way at any moment.

“34… 33… 32…”

He leaned on Jonathan the entire way to the bedroom, a touch of relief hitting him once the bed was in his sights.

“31… 30… 29… 28…” Jonathan gave him a quick kiss on top of his head before letting go of his waist to pull back the sheets. “27… 26…” to his pleasant surprise, Edward collapsed onto the bed immediately, only taking a quick second to turn himself to face Jonathan’s side. “25… 24… 23… 22…” Jonathan climbed into the bed himself and looked at the man before him. His eyes were closed, dark circles still present, but his forehead was no longer creased in his obsessive focus. “21… 20…19… 18…” a few loose strands of his messy red hair grazed his face, and his mouth hung open slightly as he quietly muttered the numbers along with Jonathan. He looked absolutely exhausted, “17… 16…” absolutely relaxed, “15… 14…” and absolutely beautiful.

Edward was just on the edge of consciousness now, barely aware of the sheets being pulled over him.

“13… 12… 11… 10…”

He wasn’t even aware that he was muttering along with the count. But at this point he wouldn’t have cared.

“9… 8… 7… 6…”

He felt Jonathan’s arm wrap around him again, and he felt a warmth inside of him at the touch.

“5… 4… 3…”

Their foreheads touched together as they neared the end of the count.

“2… 1…”

Just before sleep took hold of him, Edward felt Jonathan’s lips brush against his own.

“0.”
