Just caz they call it tickle lipo, DOESN'T mean it tickles.😬 Better than #coolsculpting, I had very minor lipo (tickle or lunch time lipo) on my inner and putter thighs, abdomen and lower back (muffin top) 😳 This has actually been day 4 of recovery, so I'm still super swollen and sore, but I decided if I was going to spend the money on a spot weight loss treatment, I would go with a proven method and not waste my time with cool sculpting or fascias blasting. I was lucky enough to not get any stretch marks during my pregnancy, and the scaring from this process will be very minor so I'm super excited to see my final results in a couple of months.. It's weird to see what people have to do and and are willing to give up entire food categories, those that have to push their bodies SO HARD to achieve what I take for granted everyday. My weight has always stayed around 125 lbs, without dietary restrictions or really even paying attention, and I've always been around a size 3/5 but I've also had the muffin top and extra squish that makes me dislike how clothes fit on me sometimes. Now with my eating right, lifting weights and once the swelling is down, I'll have the shape I've always wanted. Mounts are going up tonight! I've got my aerial silks and a hammock, three places to mount them. In my studio, outside on my patio and now on my 14" cellings in my living room! It's times like this I'm reminded how #blessed I am! And how much I love my house. 15 foot high cellings for the #aerial win! See that fan? That baby's outta here, my mounts for my aerial silks are going right up there!
