decided to do more raven headcanons bc i cannot stop thinking abt this concept

while he's generally on good terms w all of the ravens in the Zones, xe has befriended a particular flock in Zone 6 that have made their home around the diner

and yes this causes absolute chaos at the diner, especially when Ghoul is around

this flock will bring her all sorts of random trinkets, from mechanical parts to bottle caps to particularly round rocks. and he'll always repay them with what little Power Pup they can spare

xe almost always finds a use for the things the ravens bring, typically making it into something that he'll gift to someone else like a bracelet or beads

when she first made their way out into the Zones, xe followed several ravens before finding the gas station that they later met Jet and Kobra at. so he quite literally owes the ravens xir life

he followed the ravens because of the stories that her sibling would tell xem about how ravens would guide lost souls when they needed it. this is also why their sibling chose the name Raven

kind of felt like she was following their sibling in a way, even though he knew they were long gone

while he doesn't directly believe in the Phoenix Witch, they still strongly associate xemself with ravens and believes somewhat in their guidance

they're just generally really good with animals and she's very patient with the birds. not so good with people, but xe always have had a better knack with befriending the birds

the birds are relatively defensive about Ghoul, seeing her as part of their flock in a way. this leads to some quite funny scenarios (mainly to do with Kobra) where the ravens will cause a ruckus if they see someone mess with him. makes it easy for Ghoul to win an argument when no one can hear the other side

several of the flock have learned to mimic simple words and phrases. this is both hilarious and unfortunate because there's no real way to keep a bird from yelling "FUCK" directly in front of the Girl
