#1 for the boxer au?
1. What inspired me to write the fic this way
Oh gosh I had JUST started this blog and I was wanting to get into writing and publishing fic, and I got an anon message iirc saying they were looking for an anarcia one shot where Anetra was a fighter and Marcia’s protective girlfriend with some fluff of Marcia patching her up 😂 and I thought it would be a throwaway one shot because that was… the point of writing it, but then I got brain worms for that universe and also people seemed to receive it well and started asking for continuations??? So now when I want to write something low stress or get myself back into the groove of writing I write for the boxer au cause it’s like my safe comfortable universe that I have a million random stories for, and being able to write random vignettes instead of doing a whole long story in chronological order takes so much of the stress off 😂

i’ve realized recently how lucky i am that i was raised in a very open-minded, spiritual household.
while we went to church every week, no one told me about God or any sort of religious theology, because i was a child. i was sent to play in the nursery rather than listen and watch people cry on the stage about different religions and how they hope God or whoever they believe in gives them a break. i’m not describing it well, it was a while ago at our Unitarian Universalist church.
Mom and Dad only told me about how our family is pagan about a couple years ago, until then i hardly knew what religion i was supposed to follow, because Mom only talked about how i am the one who will change things for myself. i am the one who has to take action, even if i’ve blessed everything i own, i have to begin the changes myself, the rocks can’t do that for me.
anyways, about a year ago i told my mom about shifting, and it turns out she actually had already known about it. before that even, my therapist asked about it because another client was talking about it. i really wanted to ask who but, i knew she wouldn’t be able to tell me. i’ve even talked to my sister about shifting, she’s a bit weirded out by it, but she’s still open to the idea. i haven’t told Dad about it though, even though i tell him quite literally everything, i’m nervous to bring it up.
mom thinks about it as a sort of timeline type of thing, which is mildly confusing, but she still encourages me. it’s a bit awkward when she brings it up when the doctor talks about hallucinations, but she clarifies that it’s not a hallucination, and it seems like the psychiatrists believe us when we say it’s real.
when i see anti-shifters say that it’s just us being delusional, i’m reminded of how literally every medical professional that i’ve told about shifting, haven’t verbally questioned that it’s real.
i dunno where i was going with this. sorry guys, another ramble. i’m not good at long posts 😕 i’m gonna go to bed now, goodnight y’all 🤍

CAN WE GET THREESOME WITH CHRIS AND EDDIE (him being sub) PLEASEEEEEE
WHOEVER SENT THIS IN BLESS YOU OMG. thinking about being between these two men rn. oh my god.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
chris and eddie would be a dream together. chris would be sitting in an arm chair in your bedroom, watching you and eddie make out on his bed. he'd have a hand around his cock, watching the two of you closely. when he's had enough of waiting, he'd tell eddie, "eat her out, eds." and eddie of course is eager to please. he slides down your body, removing your shorts and panties. he blows hot air on your pussy, inhaling you and pressing a light kiss to your clit.
eddie's got a hand under himself, hips thrusting into the hand tight around his cock. he moans into your pussy, fucking your hole with his tongue, letting spit dribble down his chin. the slurping sounds coming from his mouth are obscene, making your legs shake and chris' hand tighten around his own cock. "suck on her clit, baby, good boy..." chris directs, and eddie is eager to do exactly what he says.
when chris decides you're ready, he urges eddie to get up. walking over to the bed, he orders eddie to get on his back. chris gets you up onto your knees, urging you to straddle him, chris' own cock pressing up against your ass as you press down on eddie's cock. eddie whines, long and high. hips twitching up into you. chris keeps his grip on your hips, helping you move up and down on eddie's cock. "she feel good, eddie? i bet she does. so tight and wet. make it good for her." eddie is thrusting his hips up to meet yours, but chris isn't satisfied with the job he's doing.
he lifts you off eddie, "go sit at the edge of the bed for a sec, eds." and then chris is leaning up against the headboard, helping you straddle him and then fucking up into you hard and fast. eddie comes over to the two of you, rubbing up behind you and kissing up your neck, massaging your tits in his big hands, beard grazing your neck.
suddenly, chris once again picks you up and flips you around, letting eddie fuck you from behind once again. chris comes up in front of you, tapping the tip of his dick to your lips, wet with your slick. eddie presses down over you as you moan around chris' cock. his thrusts get sloppy, hand reaching under you to rub at your clit as you scream for the both of them.
"oh fuck, i'm cumming, chris.. can i cum?" eddie asks, and chris nods to him. eddie immediately blows his load inside you, hips stuttering wildly as he presses down on your clit even harder. chris takes your head in both his hands, pushing you down on him all the way, as he cums down your throat with a loud groan. "atta girl... swallow it all. so good... you gonna cum too?"
you spasm around eddie's over sensitized cock, electricity shooting up your spine, legs trembling.
when you are all spent, chris does a little dash to the bathroom, getting a warm cloth while you wait with eddie, laying on top of him. chris would wipe you both down, and then himself, before getting into bed with the two of you. telling you how good you did for him, how good you made him feel, eddie and him pressing kisses all over you<333

Hello! If it’s not too much to ask Can I request Aemond x fem Lannister reader please like his family is not approved of their relationship but he still wants to marry her . Have a good day :)
you’re the only thing worth taking
Tumblr media
aemond targaryen x lannister!reader
synopsis: aemond had to have you
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
the minute he set his eye upon her golden face, he knew he had to have her. a lannister sent as a contender for his brother’s hand, aemond didn’t expect himself to fall in love with her. but the gods took a mercy on him, for his mother had rejected her, and aemond knew his chances had just gotten better.
she was sitting across from the one eyed prince. pushing her food around her plate nervously, she was under the scrutiny of alicent hightower. “she’s a lannister. lions who thirst for power, what’s to say she won’t subdue our aegon’s rule?” alicent tried to make it seem like she were whispering, but she could be heard across the table and down to y/n’s ears.
she swallowed thickly and stood up suddenly, “lions don’t fall for dragons in disguise.” she sneered at alicent and aegon, who having just talked with him once, y/n knew he was evil.
y/n picked her skirts up and sauntered out of the room without hearing another word of alicents deception. she was embarrassed, utterly embarrassed and over something she had no decision in?
y/n couldn’t help the tears that threatened to fall as she walked down the hall. footsteps were heard behind her but she continued, not caring for the embarrassment of her sniffles, she had enough for the day to kill anyones spirit.
suddenly she felt a hand on the small of her back. she stopped walking and turned around, seeing aemond looking down at her. “y/n. i-“ aemond couldn’t find the words as he noticed her tears, and the anger set upon him.
how could someone be so cruel to such a beautiful creature? aemond could break under the ache of it, and he held her, wiping her tears away with his hand.
it had been some time now since she and aemond had an established relationship. she met aemond in the dark of the night where he read her stories of the targaryen history, or just vented about his princely duties.
she had extended her stay at kings landing, welcomed by the king as her father was a dear friend, and for some court exposure.
but as much as y/n knew she had failed her house by not securing a marriage to the kings firstborn son, y/n knew she wasn’t just settling for the second.
she kissed aemond passionately as his hands drove into her golden hair. he was devoted to her, he wanted to marry her, have children with her, be one with her.
“i wish to marry y/n lannister.” his voice echoed as he announced to his mother and father, his siblings sitting next to alicent.
“what?” alicents voice echoed, and her confusion clouded her as she shook her head, “no. no, no.”
aemond looked at her and frowned, “i wasn’t really asking. i was letting you know.”
alicent stood up and walked towards her son, “no, aemond. she’s doing exactly what i said she’d do! she couldn’t have aegon so she settled on you, tell him viserys!” she turned to her husband who was looking intently at aemond. he recognized the look in his eye. he had seen it once on himself, when he was with aemma, the look was of pure love. whoever this lannister girl was, she was the love of aemond’s life.
viserys waved a hand, “let him marry her. i give them my blessing.” he looked at his son, whom he was never really close to but aemond had never caused him such a headache as aegon, so he wanted him to be happy.
alicent was enraged, and she looked at aemond, “leave us.” she turned to aegon and halaena, “all of you. now.”
aemond met with you later that night, and as he made love to you, he kissed you, “i promise, you’ll be my bride, my targaryen queen.” he whispered.

Letter to Ovadiah the Convert by Maimonides
Thus says Moses, the son of Rabbi Maimon, one of the exiles from Jerusalem, who lived in Spain: I received the question of the master Ovadiah, the wise and learned convert, may God reward him for his work, may a perfect reward be bestowed upon him by the God of Israel, under whose wings he has sought cover.
You ask me if you, too, are allowed to say in the blessings and prayers you offer alone or in the congregation: “Our God” and “God of our Fathers,”
“You who have sanctified us through Your command- ments,” “You who have separated us,” “You who have chosen us,” “You who have inherited us,” “You who have brought us out of the land of Egypt,” and more of this kind.
Yes, you may say all this in the prescribed order and not change it in the least. In the same way as every Jew by birth says his blessing and prayer, you, too, shall bless and pray alike, whether you are alone or pray in the congregation.
The reason for this is that Abraham our Father taught the people, opened their minds, and revealed to them the true faith and the unity of God; he rejected the idols and abolished their adoration; he brought many children under the wings of the Divine Presence; he gave them counsel and advice, and ordered his sons and the members of his household after him to keep the ways of God forever, as it is written,
“For I have known him to the end that he may com- mand his children and his household after him, that they may keep the way of God, to do righteousness and justice” (Genesis 18:19).
Ever since then, whoever adopts Judaism and confess- es the unity of the Divine Name, as it is prescribed in the Torah, is counted among the disciples of Abraham our Father, peace be with him. Therefore, you shall pray, “Our God” and “God of our Fathers,” because Abraham, peace be with him, is your father.
And you shall pray, “You who have taken our fathers for Your own” for the land has been given to Abraham, as it is said, “Walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give to you” (Genesis 13:17).
There is no difference whatsoever between you and us. You shall certainly say the blessing, “Who has chosen us,” “Who has given us,” “Who have taken us for Your own,” and “Who has separated us,” for the Creator, may God be extolled, has indeed chosen you and separated you from the nations and given you the Torah.
For the Torah has been given to us and to the converts, as it is said, “One ordinance shall be both for you of the con- gregation and also for the stranger that sojourns with you, an ordinance forever in your generations; as you are, so shall the stranger be before Adonai” (Numbers 15:15).
Know that our fathers, when they came out of Egypt, were mostly idolaters; they had mingled with the pagans in Egypt and imitated their way of life, until the Holy One, may He be blessed, sent Moses our Teacher, the master of all prophets, who separated us from the nations and brought us under the wings of the Divine Presence, us and all converts, and gave to all of us one Law.
Do not consider your origin as inferior. While we are the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, you derive from the One through whose word the world was created. As is said by Isaiah: “One shall say I am Adonai's and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob” (Isaiah 44:5). -Translation from A Maimonides Reader, edited by Isadore Twersky (1972).

Familia mea mea est domus – My family is my home
I loved @mistydeyes medical checkup thingy here and got a little inspired, so thanks for that, hun
Unedited because I wrote this on a whim
Tagging my usuals that asked, just because: @glitterypirateduck @letsreadallday @jamesrifftapes @sofasoap @mmyrrhh
A soft knock on his office's door made Price look up briefly.
''Come in''
The door opened swiftly, even before the last word was uttered, and Riot stepped inside, closing behind her hurriedly. Then, without asking, she all but collapsed on the chair in front of him.
''Oh, good you're here, I need clarification on what this means, my German is a bit rusty...'' Price leaned back in his chair, leaving his fountain pen and looking up again, but the slight grin on his face disappeared when he saw her eyes.
Her haunted, wide eyes.
''Kid''
Riot's blue-gray eyes - no, Christine's - looked straight into his, unblinking, and he noticed that just as she sat down, her right knee had started bouncing wildly.
''I have my physical checkup'' Even her voice sounded lower than normal, strained, controlled. ''In half an hour''
''I know'' Price nodded, still lost about what could have happened. ''What's the matter, kid?''
''Can you come with me?''
''... what?''
She moved slightly in the chair, visibly uncomfortable, but her eyes didn't waver and still stared at him, desperate, pleading.
''In my file there's specifications that say I only want female personnel in the physical checkup'' When Price nodded again, Christine tried to overcome the knot in her throat. ''I was just there. There's only male personnel working at the moment. They told me Dr. Benítez was on break and wouldn't be back till noon''
''Can't they move your appointment to when she's in?'' Price was already shutting down his laptop, knowing where this was going, and feeling the exasperation boiling inside. Fucking idiots everywhere.
''They said I could either do the checkup now with the personnel that was in or they would put in my file that I refused to do it'' Christine's voice was even lower now, her fingers tapping furiously on her thighs, and her right knee still bouncing. ''Price, I can't...''
Half an hour later, Price was sitting uncomfortably right in front of the door of the room where Dr. Benitez and a female nurse were performing the physical exam on Sgt. Vega. It had cost him only five minutes of raising his voice at the incompetent idiot in charge of the clinic for the day, and a personal call to Dr. Benitez's phone (who had been appalled by the situation and cut her break short, God blessed that woman, and told off herself the idiots at the reception).
''I know. I'll fix this'' Price stood up and walked around his desk to offer his hand to her. ''Come on, kid, we're gonna give them a piece of our minds''
*
To pass the time, he had sent a text to Heather, explaining the situation, and her answer had been almost instant, and indignant.
I personally put in her file she was NOT to be examined physically by any male presenting person. I'm going to raise hell at whoever is ignoring the personal notes in people's files.
Great, now Heather was in the warpath too. Sighing, Price was about to put his phone away when he got a message from Nikolai, some stupid short video of something he had found on the internet.
For a second he considered telling him, but decided against it. There was no need to have an angry Russian mercenary storming into the base demanding to behead someone for upsetting his solnysh... solhn... his sunshine.
Price also wondered why she hadn't asked Soap or Gaz, or Ghost, but was still musing over it when the door opened and Christine stepped out, talking with Dr. Benitez.
It was like night and day. Now she looked her usual self, or at least her usual masking self, chatty and bright, confident and brilliant. Dr. Benitez nodded at Price and then went back inside, and Christine walked over to him as he stood up.
''All set, kid?''
''All set, sir'' She smiled, and then offered him a lollipop. Price stared at it for a second and then at her eyes, unable to avoid grinning when he saw the usual mischief in there. How in the world he had ended with two Soap in the same unit was beyond him, but it made him feel thankful everyday.
''Really? A lollie?''
''She gave me one and I asked for another one for you'' Christine shrugged, with a cheeky grin. He noticed with sadness how the left corner of her lips was uneven, twisted due to the scar, but he admired her 'fuck it all' attitude about it and her refusal to wear her mask most of the time.
''Oh, thank you then'' Price accepted the lollipop and both unwrapped them as they walked to the exit. ''I'm glad I was still around to come with you. I bet if Ghost, Soap and Gaz had arrived sooner from the drill with the rookies they would have been happy to accompany you''
Christine hummed quietly, enjoying the lollipop, but when he finished talking she looked up at him.
''They were already back when I asked you''
Price opened the door for her, and stared at her hair as she stepped out. She had gone to him, for support and safety, even when she could have chosen any of the other Sergeants or Ghost. Price was well aware of the something brewing between the Lieutenant and her, and that her and Soap were practically siblings, and that Gaz and her were thick as thieves too... but still, she had sought him out instead of them... His heart swelled.
''Alright, sunshine'' Price ruffled her hair playfully, grinning when she protested. ''I think we've earned a coffee. Let's go find the rest of the muppets. My treat''

Obsessed with the idea of Molly being terrified of Lucien, wanting nothing to do with him and insisting that that person is dead because he was scared that Lucien just naturally desired to be cruel and that was something he never ever wanted.
But then Lucien comes back and Molly realising that Lucien largely doesnt WANT to be cruel. But he's been so warped by pain and fear that he thinks that control and possession and manipulation is the only way to keep people from hurting you.
And Molly is like "Oh honey no.... let's get you some therapy."
Molly never wanted to be cruel, ever. But helping someone in pain learn to open up to gentleness and vulnerability? To show kindness? That scares him a lot less and it's what finally leads to their peace. To Kingsley.
Acknowledging and healing Lucien's pain and fear allowed them both to be better
yES!! Mollymauk is so haunted by the little glimpses he sees of Lucien's past, lives in constant fear of those terrifying moments when another life bleeds through. "Whoever it was came to that end, and I want nothing to do with that. Whatever it was, it doesn't feel good when I--when something creeps through, I don't like it. I don't want anything to do with it. I was happy! I liked the circus! The circus was great!"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He crawled his way out of an unmarked grave and woke all alone in the world, reaching for a red moon in the dark. He's always been aware just how fragile his life is, afraid that he'd be sent back to the grave, that his charmed little life at the circus could be torn away from him at any moment--as could his loved ones, like Lestera.
Mollymauk always seemed to believe his time was short, so he always tries to make the most of it. Which involved running away from the past--from anything that could shatter the tentative peace he tried so hard to keep. Whoever Lucien was, Molly knows just enough to instinctively fear him, to believe that all his loved ones would abandon him if they ever knew the truth. During the Zone of Truth, he confesses that, "A lot of this was in the hopes that maybe it would never happen; keep moving, keep quiet."
So I can't agree more--watching Mollymauk face his greatest fear, seeing him finally confront Lucien after all this time--and he's still kind and compassionate enough to try and help him? After everything he did? It's such a pleasant surprise, and just a testament to his character and bleeding heart. I don't think there's many people who'd be able to look at this dark mirror of themselves and have the capacity for love and forgiveness that Molly does.
But of course Mollymauk still wants to help him, still genuinely cares for him. It's, "That's not how we are, Lucien. We love broken things the most." And, "I know what the others think, but the truth is...How do I put this...The world is harsh and cruel, and I don't seem to be able to just walk on by. You see a wrong? You fix it." He saw how much Lucien was suffering, he saw just how painfully alike they are--that they were both "broken," shattered souls--and he couldn't just leave him. He couldn't. Mollymauk just can't bear to abandon someone, and it breaks my heart.
Tumblr media
And I think a big part of Lucien's fall also stems from just how much self loathing and disgust he wallowed in, how he clings so desperately to the idea he has this "glint." That he was meant for bigger, better things, that he's somehow fated for so much more--that there's an escape from his painful, bloodstained past in Shadycreek. I think Beau really struck a nerve when she asked, "Do you think you're special, Lucien? I mean, someone who wakes up every day, and thinks they're different, blessed." Because god, he wants to be. He wants to be someone capable and powerful and worthy, craves it more than anything, even as he keeps running away.
He holds onto a stack of letters from his sister that he absolutely treasures, yet he doesn't dare answer any of them--too paralyzed with fear at what she'd think, terrified she'd see the person he'd become. He thinks he's not good enough to go back to her, has nothing at all to offer her. And I think that's part of why he bought into the Somnovem so quickly; he was desperate for a way out. A chance to be more. He needs to have this glint Cree mentioned, because then there's still hope. He can still be someone fortunate enough to take care of his sister, to get them away from Shadycreek forever. He can still be one of the heroes in the little plays he used to perform. He can still change his fate. And, most tempting of all, he can bring his family back.
And it's so sad that his self-depreciation and guilt started so young, that even as a child, he was tormented by all the atrocities his parents forced him to be complicit in. Until Lucien couldn't bear what they'd turned him into anymore, and he makes sure they can't hurt anyone else ever again. "After a while I couldn't let it go on, couldn't look at myself or live with myself, so I burned the caravan with all three of them inside, took my sister, and that was that...No more little songs. No more farces."
Mollymauk is fascinating, because he's another facet of Lucien. He was born from the very same soul. So in one sense, I think Molly reconnecting with Lucien is so beautiful, because it really does feel like a kind of self love and acceptance. But in another way, I think they're almost like family too. It really struck me that Kingsley called Molly a "brother;" just the way that he said, "Everyone should have a brother." It's such a sweet sentiment, especially considering that Lucien had a brother--someone he lost so long ago.
A corpse left buried in the snow. An empty puppet. A hollow, ghastly reminder of the person he once knew. Lucien had a brother, and they were killed, their body desecrated by their own parents. He had a sister, who he was willing to sacrifice everything for, and it still wasn't enough. In the end, even she doesn't trust him anymore, and he's entirely alone. So then here's Molly, and he does the one thing that Aldreda and the rest of his family never did. He decides to stay with Lucien. To reach a hand to him when he needs it the most.
In many ways, Molly is the family that Lucien always wished for. Ironically? If they actually were siblings, I think Lucien would've been very protective of him. Even as things are, Lucien still starts to grow a bit fond of Mollymauk in spite of himself. Starts to slowly regret the life he'd taken from him, as loathe as he is to admit it. "Nothing about this has been easy, and our hard work is at an end. Our chats have been...edifying. Goodbye, Tealeaf. You won't survive where I'm going."
I do think the end of the novel really did reassure me about a lot of why I found C2 heartbreaking, because I like that Molly and Lucien both decided to come back together. That it was a choice they both made, and they both live on as Kingsley. It's Molly getting another chance and yet deciding to bring Lucien back with him, because Molly thinks he deserves it too. It's neither of them being alone. It's both of them returning to the Nein, hand in hand, and deciding to try again--

Truly Hearing
MEMORY VERSE OF THE WEEK
========================
+ Jeremiah 17:7: “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord.
=========================
VERSE OF THE DAY
========================
+ Hebrews 2:1 Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it.
=========================
SUBJECT: Truly Hearing
=========================
** SAY THIS BEFORE YOU READ; HERE’S SOME CHRISTIAN TRUTHS **
I AM HEARING GOD
I AM NOT SPIRITUALLY DEAF
I AM WALKING WITH HIM
I AM NOT CONFUSED
********************************
THOUGHTS:
=======================
We can listen to 2 hours of a podcast, 30 minutes of YouTube, and 1 hour’s worth of Instagram, but when God speaks, when do we give him the time? And if he spoke right now, would you know it was him or your thoughts? When we don’t give him the time to be in our lives and the time to hear him, how will we know he speaks its classic verse that the Holy Spirit keeps saying to me,”
“John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:”
If we truly know Jesus when he speaks, could we say that’s him, follow him, or would we be lost? We are often lost on our journey because we don’t listen to him; we are too busy to stop and see what he has planned for our lives. The disciples followed Jesus around, listened to his teaching, and saw he was the Messiah; they followed and were eager to learn because they knew if they followed him, he would lead them to where they wanted to go, which was on the right road to heaven they wanted to be sure they wanted to follow they wanted to hear. They wanted the world to know about him because they had the greatest opportunity on earth: to follow Jesus.
Verse 42-43 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. 43 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.
If we love Jesus and say we want to do what is right if we say we are Christians and believe him, we will follow him and do what his word says; his word and the message are clear, but we don’t understand. We can’t hear because we are spiritually deaf to the things of the light. I remember listening to a song I loved at one time, and I was singing and snapping my fingers, and my dad looked at me; he said have you read the lyrics to that song? And I said no, I just love this song, and he said go back and listen to it and read the lyrics.
Later that night, I went online and found the lyrics and listened to the song and what I thought it was saying it wasn’t, and the reason why I thought it was saying one thing was because I wasn’t listening; I was so fixated on what I wanted to hear that I ignored the original lyrics and that some of us now, some of us are so blinded by having things our way and doing things our way that when we hear the words or read the words we don’t hear it because we are making it fit our lives instead of allowing the words speak to us and change us.
John 16:13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his authority, but whatever he hears, he will speak, and he will declare to you the things to come.
We can't hear the truth of God or his voice because we are not ready or care enough to hear it. The Holy Spirit asks us to hear him when he speaks and applies the word to our lives, and many of us won't do it. We won't make time, but we have time for what we want to hear and what we want in our lives. To live a Christian and holy lifestyle, we must hear him when he speaks so he can mold us into holiness.
The word tells us whoever has ears, let them hear. We must hear, use our ears, and truly hear him speak; we allow only the good things to apply to us, but what about the hard things? What about the things in our life we shouldn’t have, and the word is saying to remove? What about the things holding us into a sinful lifestyle or living a dead lifestyle? If we are living in sin, we are dead, and until we allow the Word to enlighten us, we won’t come into the light of God.
*** Today, we learned about hearing God's voice and letting his truth come to us, and his truth has guided us. He is truth and what he wants us to love is the truth. Everyone thinks they know the truth of God, and some don’t because sometimes we allow our standards to be what we think God's standards are, and it shouldn’t be that way; our standards must align with God’s word, and sometimes God won’t speak in an audible voice he will direct us with his word, or he will allow the Holy Spirit to unction us. Still, we must be open to allowing those cues to be visible.
We do this by asking God to give us ears to hear when we pray because we can hear, but do we hear him? Do we fully embrace what the lord is trying to tell us? Sometimes, we ignore him because it’s not what we want to do, but when we are stuck in a season, maybe the question we should be asking is, did I miss the sign? Did I miss your voice? because God isn’t making us hear him; he’s not going to set up caution signs to slow down us down , because hearing him and feeling the unctions and reading his word is his CAUTION SIGN , but he will speak and wait for us to do as he likes; it’s up to us to follow him.©Seer~ Prophetess Lee
========================
PRAYER
========================
Heavenly Father, thank you so much for everything. Lord, forgive us of the sins we have done; help us to stand with you and to hear your voice. Lord, give us strength not to waver. Help us to hear you precisely and not what we want to hear. Lord, we desire to follow you but sometimes we allow fear to overtake us. We stall because we aren’t sure, but we ask you to help us trust in you and help us believe in your plan and your will for our lives. Lord, we claim peace in our lives; we claim victory over addictions and sins in our lives; in Jesus Name, Amen

Greetings, to prevent myself from sounding repetitive I will be using a Thesaurus to state my opinions of your blog. *insert throat clearing* Vis record is guilelessly prodigious! (that is to say, your blog is simply amazing!) As well, (im pretty sure requests are open...) could I get some SnV/RoR Aphrodite relationship headcanons with a human reader? Like they're just a normal person. If not that's fine, no hard feelings, your blog is still killer! Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Thank you for your kind words ♥️
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Human or not, Aphrodite loves and loves whole heartedly. Depending on what era, Aphrodite wants to bond with her human lover any way she can.
If they like hunting, she wants to go even though she’d rather not in a ancient era. Modern era, going shopping or to a football game she wants to go. (She knows about sports but plays innocent so her human lover can explain it to her and she gets to be close.
If the gods are planning on sending an earthquake near where her lover stays, she warns them. If the gods are planning some divine retribution she warns them. She also tries to stop this from happening if she doesn’t send the gods wrath somewhere else and she tries not give away that she has a human lover.
Which brings us to, she tries to hide that she has a human lover since (most likely) having a human lover is not a good thing, especially in the modern era. (The gods really don’t like humans) but! It could be a blessing! If she sees the good side in her lover.
It’s a 50/50 chance someone knows Aphrodite has a lover, they may not know they are human but they she has one as she always smiles and talks about how lovely the day is and it’s raining. (She’s got sunshine on a cloudy 🌥️ day)
This only pertains to Valhalla, once she comes to earth/Midgard she wants or would want everyone to know who her human lover was with. 🎀Her🎀 shes going to pout if her human lover doesn’t want to show her off, she’ll think her human lover might have someone else. Which brings us to…
Aphrodite is the sweetest lover, but don’t make her jealous. She’s very scary when she’s jealous or made and whoever is in the way…will be dealt with if someone doesn’t intervene. She means no harm, but if her human lover is paying attention to another good looking human more than her she’s not happy. Don’t get Aphrodite wrong, she wants her human lover to be happy and to be freely about just if she notices a good looking person is hitting on her human lover her claws come out.
Aphrodite! Could also pout about the situation, she may not show her claws it just depends on her mood. Aphrodite could be extra cuddly with her human lover and ask why they were so nice to so and so. (She’s also very, very cuddly in private if her lover isn’t into PDA) example; she’ll wrap her arms around their arm and lean in all sweet like while giving her human lover those sweet eyes of hers and ask why they like another human more than her, a goddess.
I do believe, once Aphrodite loves she loves truly and she doesn’t want to be away from her human lover, so sometimes she’ll try and see if she can somehow make them cheat death. (Even though they go Valhalla) I believe it’s just the overall thought of her lover dying one day that makes her sad and so she spends much more time with her human lover than she would if her lover was a god or goddess.
Sends letters to her humans lover all the time, it’s a wonder no one in Valhalla doesn’t notice all the doves being sent out to earth/Midgard. Because she writes all the time. This is why it depends on the era her lover is in, if it’s before the time of the cellphone she’ll write her letters as she doesn’t want the other gods and goddess to find out, if it’s after then she probably text and write letters (as they have that romantic connection) but she’ll lean towards texting her human lover.
Before she leaves back for Valhalla she always gives her human lover a kiss, whether it’s on the lips or cheek or forehead. It’s mandatory. No fuss. When she comes back from Valhalla she’ll have a gift ready to give her human lover. ♥️

GIVING: A MOTIVATIONAL GIFT OF GOD THE FATHER 3
5 SO WE, BEING MANY, ARE ONE BODY IN CHRIST, AND INDIVIDUALLY MEMBERS OF ONE ANOTHER. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if PROPHECY, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; 7 or MINISTRY, let us use it in our ministering; he who TEACHES, in teaching; 8 he who EXHORTS, in exhortation; he who GIVES, with liberality; he who LEADS, with diligence; he who SHOWS MERCY, with cheerfulness. 9 LET LOVE BE WITHOUT HYPOCRISY. ABHOR WHAT IS EVIL. CLING TO WHAT IS GOOD." Romans 12:5-9 (NKJV)
Tumblr media
Major areas of Giving: (i) Tithing (Deuteronomy 26:10).
When you tithe, you lay the foundation for financial success.
Tithe is a tenth, ten percent, of your income that you give in the church you attend. You do it with love for God in your heart; in righteousness, faith, and cheerfulness (2 Corinthians 9:7). (ii) Offerings (Proverbs 3:9,10). a. Giving of offerings to the Missions. If you are not inclined or felt compelled to go, then send or support those who are sent with your money. The work of the Kingdom is the most productive, the solid business, that you can and should invest IN. THERE is no business investment as solid and certain as the work of the Kingdom, to be invested in (Matthew 6:19-21; Luke 8:1-3). b. Giving to the ministers of God (1 Corinthians 9:9-14; Galatians 6:6; Philippians 4:14-19). WHEN you give to your pastor, prophet, or whoever minister had been used to bless you, you had allowed God to release His blessings on you through this act. YOU provoked the anointing of God on a minister; your prophet or pastor, for blessings, through Giving. c. Giving to the Needy or the Poor: "IF YOU HELP THE POOR, YOU ARE LENDING TO THE LORD—AND HE WILL REPAY YOU!" (Proverbs 19:17 NLT). WHEN you give to the Needy or Poor, you have given God an opportunity to work with you on your finances—given Him the opportunity to bless you and also to help that person or people in need. BELIEVERS who are blessed with abundance are meant to serve as a hope for the Needy, Poor, or the Hopeless or Helpless: 12 BECAUSE I [Job] DELIVERED THE POOR who cried out, The FATHERLESS and the ONE who had no helper. 13 The BLESSING of a PERISHING MAN came upon me, And I caused the WINDOW'S heart to SING for JOY. 15 I WAS EYES TO THE BLIND, AND I WAS FEET TO THE LAME. 16 I WAS A FATHER TO THE POOR, And I searched out the case that I did not know" (Job 29:12,13,15,16 (NKJV). d. Giving as Praises to God.
Give as a praise to God for whatever you expected Him to do in your life. Do not be need consciously, but be seed consciously.
If you had a need, think of what to Give for the need in your life to be met. Not to be thinking or to devise in your own way, how the need would be met.
This is a spiritual principle, It could only be understood by those who are spiritual. If you asked an unbeliever or a natural person, or a carnal Christian or body-ruled believer, to give to have his or her need met, such could say you asking them to bribe God before they could receive from Him: 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. 13 THESE THINGS WE ALSO SPEAK, NOT IN WORDS WHICH MAN'S WISDOM TEACHES BUT WHICH THE HOLY SPIRIT TEACHES, COMPARING SPIRITUAL THINGS WITH SPIRITUAL. 14 BUT THE NATURAL MAN DOES NOT RECEIVE THE THINGS OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD, FOR THEY ARE FOOLISHNESS TO HIM; NOR CAN HE KNOW THEM, BECAUSE THEY ARE SPIRITUALLY DISCERNED" (1 Corinthians 2:12-14 NKJV).
But the principle of sowing and reaping, sowing in order to receive does mean you are bribing God to receive from Him: "GIVE, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE. YOUR GIFT WILL RETURN TO YOU IN FULL—PRESSED DOWN, SHAKEN TOGETHER TO MAKE ROOM FOR MORE, RUNNING OVER, AND POURED INTO YOUR LAP. THE AMOUNT YOU GIVE WILL DETERMINE THE AMOUNT YOU GET BACK"" (Luke 6:38 NLT).
No one can bribe God! (Acts 8:18-22). Giving is a biblical principle, like other principles that govern the world. There are natural principles, laws of nature, which If you decided to go against, you might have a dirge to sing.
The principle of Giving, sowing and reaping, is meant to give what you have as a seed and expect it to germinate, and produce the fruits to be harvested (Genesis 8:22).
The Kingdom principle to get your needs met is, God what would You want me to Give or Sow that I may have my needs met? (Luke 6:38).
You have a function in the body of Christ. Truly, some have the Gift of Giving as a motivational gift. However, every believer must be a Giver.
The major key to material or financial prosperity in the Kingdom is Giving.
The thought of prospering financially or materially without a genuine commitment to Giving could be a mirage or an illusion—hope or wish that cannot be realistic.
If you see someone who claims to be a believer in Christ Jesus, thriving and prospering in what he or she does, and such is not committed to Kingdom investments, Givings; the source of such a person's wealth or prosperity could not have been of God.
Because the pattern through which the person is being blessed, as a believer in Christ Jesus, does not agree with the Bible—is not consistent with the Word of God. And no experience can negate the Word of God!
Note: there are Teachings against the biblical principle of Giving, financial success, and this subject is being criticized now across the social media platforms. SINCE this piece is not taught that we might collect money from you, I want you to meditate or ponder on it before you discard it. WHATEVER you are giving, I want to encourage you to do it in your local church or to the ministry you had been blessed through.
You will not fail in Jesus' name.
Should there be any ailment in your body, receive your healing now in Jesus' name.
An end comes to that sickness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. And the affliction will never rise again in Jesus' name. Peace!
STEPS TO SALVATION
Take notice of this: IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15). a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20). b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10). c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!

Saint Joseph the Worker.
Wednesday, Fifth Week of Eastertide
(Liturgical Colour: White. Year: B(II))
First Reading Acts of the Apostles 15:1-6 They decided to go up to Jerusalem to the Apostles and presbyters about this question.
Some who had come down from Judea were instructing the brothers, “Unless you are circumcised according to the Mosaic practice, you cannot be saved.” Because there arose no little dissension and debate by Paul and Barnabas with them, it was decided that Paul, Barnabas, and some of the others should go up to Jerusalem to the Apostles and presbyters about this question. They were sent on their journey by the Church, and passed through Phoenicia and Samaria telling of the conversion of the Gentiles, and brought great joy to all the brethren. When they arrived in Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the Church, as well as by the Apostles and the presbyters, and they reported what God had done with them. But some from the party of the Pharisees who had become believers stood up and said, “It is necessary to circumcise them and direct them to observe the Mosaic law.” The Apostles and the presbyters met together to see about this matter.
The Word of the Lord
R/ Thanks be to God.
Responsorial Psalm Psalm 122:1-2, 3-4ab, 4cd-5
R/ Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord. or R/ Alleluia.
I rejoiced because they said to me, “We will go up to the house of the LORD.” And now we have set foot within your gates, O Jerusalem.
R/ Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord. or R/ Alleluia.
Jerusalem, built as a city with compact unity. To it the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD.
R/ Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord. or R/ Alleluia.
According to the decree for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD. In it are set up judgment seats, seats for the house of David.
R/ Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord. or R/ Alleluia.
Gospel Acclamation John 15:4a, 5b
Alleluia, alleluia. Remain in me, as I remain in you, says the Lord; whoever remains in me will bear much fruit. Alleluia, alleluia.
Gospel John 15:1-8 Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit.
Jesus said to his disciples: “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower. He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and everyone that does he prunes so that it bears more fruit. You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you. Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you. By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.”
The Gospel of the Lord
R/ Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.

(Readings for the memorial)
(There is a choice today between the readings for the ferial day (Wednesday) and those for the memorial. The ferial readings are recommended unless pastoral reasons suggest otherwise)
Either:
First Reading Genesis 1:26-2:3 Fill the earth and subdue it.
God said: “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and the cattle, and over all the wild animals and all the creatures that crawl on the ground.”
God created man in his image; in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
God blessed them, saying: “Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all the living things that move on the earth.” God also said: “See, I give you every seed-bearing plant all over the earth and every tree that has seed-bearing fruit on it to be your food; and to all the animals of the land, all the birds of the air, and all the living creatures that crawl on the ground, I give all the green plants for food.” And so it happened. God looked at everything he had made, and he found it very good. Evening came, and morning followed–the sixth day. Thus the heavens and the earth and all their array were completed. Since on the seventh day God was finished with the work he had been doing, God rested on the seventh day from all the work he had undertaken. So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work he had done in creation.
The Word of the Lord
R/ Thanks be to God.
Or:
First Reading Colossians 3:14-15, 17, 23-24 Whatever you do, do from the heart, as for the Lord and not for men.
Brothers and sisters: Over all these things put on love, that is, the bond of perfection. And let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one Body. And be thankful. And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Whatever you do, do from the heart, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that you will receive from the Lord the due payment of the inheritance; be slaves of the Lord Christ.
The Word of the Lord
R/ Thanks be to God.
Responsorial Psalm Psalm 90:2, 3-4, 12-13, 14 and 16
R/ Lord, give success to the work of our hands. or R/ Alleluia.
Before the mountains were begotten and the earth and the world were brought forth, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.
R/ Lord, give success to the work of our hands. or R/ Alleluia.
You turn men back to dust,
saying, “Return, O children of men.” For a thousand years in your sight are as yesterday, now that it is past, or as a watch of the night.
R/ Lord, give success to the work of our hands. or R/ Alleluia.
Teach us to number our days aright, that we may gain wisdom of heart. Return, O LORD! How long? Have pity on your servants!
R/ Lord, give success to the work of our hands. or R/ Alleluia.
Fill us at daybreak with your kindness, that we may shout for joy and gladness all our days. Let your work be seen by your servants and your glory by their children.
R/ Lord, give success to the work of our hands. or R/ Alleluia.
Gospel Acclamation Psalm 68:20
Alleluia, alleluia. Blessed be the Lord day by day, God, our salvation, who bears our burdens. Alleluia, alleluia.
Gospel Matthew 13:54-58 Is he not the carpenter’s son?
Jesus came to his native place and taught the people in their synagogue. They were astonished and said, “Where did this man get such wisdom and mighty deeds? Is he not the carpenter’s son? Is not his mother named Mary and his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? Are not his sisters all with us? Where did this man get all this?” And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his native place and in his own house.” And he did not work many mighty deeds there because of their lack of faith.
The Gospel of the Lord
R/ Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.

The book of Carol and Ezekiel 38-39 - The war against the Louvre.
Okay, let's talk about the book of Carol.
I've made reference to quite a few different things in the title to this post, all of which are connected.
First, I want to show you a few snippets from the Carol scene we saw at the end of DD6.
This clip in the GIF below can be found on the official amcthewalkingdead insta page for anyone who wants to see it in full.
We have already seen the content of Carol showing up in DD6, but it's what the official page added in between that's important.
We see this painting of an Angel holding a sword. I'll come back to that...
Tumblr media
We then see the page burn, and Carol's face appears with her name.
The caption at the bottom reads: Will we get the reunion we've all been hoping for?
In this post here, I talked about how Carol and Isabelle are Beth and that they all slip into each others roles. The self-portrait of Marie Gabrielle-Carpet used in the opening credits of the DD spin-off is a great example of this.
Tumblr media
We all quickly recognised the Beth resemblance in the painting. Once I found the artist and name of the portrait, i discovered that Marie actually lived in the Louvre. I was not at all surprised by this because the word “Louvre” comes from the Latin lupara, meaning wolf, due to the presence of wolves in the area in previous centuries.
Beth's song from the end of Still connected her to being a wolf, with the line "There's gonna be a party when the wolf comes home." The song connects wolf with a reunion, and the official account is asking about a reunion also.
So the Louvre would be a very fitting place for Beth to be reintroduced.
And if that's the case, then Marie's self-portrait definitely does have a hidden meaning that points to Beth.
Tumblr media
We know, thanks to @frangipanilove they have already been filming at the Louvre for season 2 of DD, you can see the post here. So it all seems to be linked and lining up.
Now, they very deliberately placed Clémence Poésy's name with this self-portrait in the credits because, as I mentioned, Isabelle is pointing to Beth, and the self-portrait is pointing to the Louvre. The Nest is a representation of the pyramid of the Louvre. The Louvre has an inverted pyramid inside.
Tumblr media
It is also surrounded by water on one side, which is mirrored in the water of the Nest as seen in this shot below.
Tumblr media
It's a VERY deliberate shot to capture the mirror pyramid, pointing us to exactly where Isabelle aka Beth is...
And just as Isabelle is pointing to Beth, so is Carol. After the angel painting, we see the page burning 🔥 like we see the Marie Gabrielle-Carpet self-portrait burning, and then they show us Carol's self portrait!. Carol's story is reverse to Beth because Carol has already been "with the Wolves" in season 6.
See how it's repeating, inverted, and reversed? ♾️ The upside down pyramids are on her forehead.
Tumblr media
Now, back to the angle painting and what it means.
Tumblr media
The painting is of Balaam's donkey, which is a biblical story found in the book of Numbers. Balaam, a diviner, was sent by the King of Mo-ab to curse Israel, but God sent an Angel to intervene and stop him.
God makes it clear to Balaam through the angle that whoever blesses Israel will be blessed, and whoever curses Israel will be cursed. If he were to try and curse them, the angel of the Lord would kill him.
Now I said that the Nest is a representation of the Louvre, didn't I? Here's where it gets fun.
The Archangel Michael is the protector of Israel. That's one of his main duties.
Tumblr media
Well, the place where they filmed the Nest is called Mont Saint Michel, and it's named after?... you guessed it, The Archangel Michael!
Tumblr media
So the Louvre and the Nest actually represent Israel, and the flag of Israel indicates the double pyramid.
Tumblr media
And Emily? Well, she knows...
Prior to the name of Mont Saint Michel, the commune was called Mont Tombe. Fitting for the representation of the place where Jesus was buried and Beth will be "resurrected."
She's acting out laying dead in a tomb, a tomb that's blue and white, and represents the pyramid of the Louvre/wolf near the water.
Carol, having Balaam's donkey attached to her, is seemingly pointing to her making a choice that will direct her path. She will either bless or curse those at the Louvre, and the results could be deadly.
Now, I've talked about how the book of Carol is a play on the book of Revelation as it's a template of the last days, which the show is following.
The main focus of this book is Israel. The book describes a 7 year period of devastation worldwide, where a false messiah will rise, deceiving many, before the real messiah returns (Jesus)
God says the Israelite's will eventually recognise Jesus as the true messiah.
That's a very short summary of it, but here's we're the symbolism branches out.
I'll eventually get a post out on the false and real messiah and the difference between the two. Since the show has been pointing to it, it's going to be addressed.
Now, in the show, we know Carol had a relationship with Ezekiel. We'll...Ezekiel from Old Testament was a biblical prophet who also wrote about future last days events and specifically about a war where Persia (modern day Iran) allied with Turkey and Russia would come against Israel trying to destroy them.
It's called the war of Ezekiel 38 and 39.
God says he will come against the Iranian coalition and destroy them just as he promised to Balaam.
The theme of the story of Balaam and this prophesy in Ezekiel are the same. I will bless those who bless you and i will curse those who curse you.
Obviously, Carol and Ezekiel are linked due to their relationship in the show, and now they are link due to their names and end time events.
Carol has been given the bless or curse Israel symbolism, which is interesting because in the scene where Carol puts the guy in the trunk of the car, we see this writing on the truck in the background 🚚
Tumblr media
It reads Mansouri and Co, which is a direct naming of Persia (modern-day Iran) and Coalition.
Tumblr media
The name is literally pointing to the ethnic people group of Iran. And it's written against the very colours of Israel.
Which means Carol is heading to the Louvre (a representation of the people of Israel) and depending on what she does, will determine if she lives or dies.
Now there is one other book from the bible Carol is linked to, and again it revolves around the same theme of 'I will bless those that bless you and curse those who curse you'. That book is called The Book of Esther.
What is the story of Esther in the Bible?
In the biblical book named after her, Esther is a young Jewish woman living in the Persian (Iranian) diaspora who finds favor with the king, becomes queen, and risks her life to save the Jewish people from destruction when the court official Haman persuades the king to authorize a pogrom against all the Jews of the empire.
We know that Carol already had a past story of finding favor with the King (Ezekiel) and becoming Queen.
Here's where Esther's/Carol's story now switches to Beth.
The term Persian (Persian\Iran) can be interchanged with...
A Parisian is a person who comes from Paris. Dun dun dun!
Queen Esther = Beth
The Book of Carol = Queen Beth.
Below is a painting of the ancient Louvre.
Tumblr media
Which was originally colored in the same blue and white as represents Israel.
Tumblr media
Carol has already been inverted Queen Esther and we were actually shown her version of the Louvre at the Kingdom fair, where she eventually fell out of favor (Separated) with the King because he didn't save her people (Henry). Carol and Ezekiel at The Kingdom hosting the trade fair was in turn pointing to Paris and the World trade fair of 1889 for which the Eiffel tower was built.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now with the current state of the world, global pandemics and wars in Israel and what this show is putting out about the end of the world. It might be worth asking yourself? Are we them? Are they us?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Despite world events lining up in a scarily similar manner (and i know everyone has a different take on the wars it so don't at me) but i wanted to open your eyes a little and show you why Beth is without a doubt linked to the Louvre and that she is very close to her long awaited return.
One additional thing before i go, there is apparently a leaked script floating about for season 2 of DD (now, i haven't been able to verify this) but apparently Carol thinks Daryl is dead when she runs into a walker that looks like him in episode 201. She later finds out he is alive and can't believe her eyes.
If this isn't pointing to a Beth and Daryl reunion then i don't know what is.
@bookqueenrules Thanks for the ask, i was halfway through this post when you sent it which was perfectly on topic with your question, so I'll just tag you here as a response.
Tumblr media
If you got this far and managed to follow all of this, my word you deserve a Beth and Daryl reunion and let me tell you, it's coming!

I’m the anon from a few days ago - I was really stressed and having some problems with family and relationships.
I’m still having those problems, but I decided to give it all to Jesus and let him guide me. Lots of things have fallen into place exactly how they were ‘supposed’ to as soon as I did that.
I’m still stressed and I still have to make several decisions which aren’t going to make everyone happy - but I feel a lot calmer and a lot more sure I’m where God wants me right now.
So thank you for the prayers! And if I could ask for just a few more in the coming weeks.
I hope your Sunday is calm and blessed so far.
<3
Hi anon! Thank you for stopping by again and giving me this update! That’s always the best thing to do, to give all our problems to Jesus. I know from my own experience we think we can solve all our problems by ourselves but in fact, we can do nothing without God. From the littlest problems to the ones we find impossible, we be sure God will always hear our prayers when we ask for help. When He answers it might not always be yes or no, sometimes it’s a “not right now” or He has an even better plan already working it’s way to be revealed that you can’t see the whole picture of yet. One of my favorite prayers is so simple… it’s part of the surrender novena (which I highly recommend):
O Jesus, I surrender myself to You, take care of everything.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30
-
Our decisions, especially the closer we get to Jesus, will not make everyone happy. Jesus knew this would happen so do not be afraid when you see it. God has a plan for each of us and never leaves us even when we suffer. He stays right at your side:
“Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven. Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to turn “’a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law—a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’ Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it. Anyone who welcomes you welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. Whoever welcomes a prophet as a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward, and whoever welcomes a righteous person as a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward. And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward.” - Matthew 10:32-42
I’ll absolutely keep praying for you. God will show you the way He has planned for you, in His timing. So as St. Padre Pio says: “Pray, hope, and don’t worry”!
My Sunday was very good, thank you! I started training for a new ministry.
