just finished 55:15 never too late and oh my god what a gem of a show!!! im so so so so glad i watched it.

i decided to give it a go just for nanon and khao but the show gave me so much more than them. idk why it took me till the last two episodes to get just how much emphasis the show was putting on the importance of friendships/ the platonic bonds in one's life, truly i can't think of the last time (probably heartstopper s2) where there was just so much beautiful expressions and forms of platonic bonds- the bonds between the 5 main leads (especially jaya and songphon, but also san and thep), songphon and mathee (from mathee's side it was platonic :3), songphon and his niece, jaruni and her father, jaruni's father and bomb, thep and his son, thep's son and san, thep and san, jaya and her manager -that you are my everything moment was really EVERYTHING to me.

as my usual practice of sharing my umpteen screenshots here's my most fav platonic moments from the last two episodes :')

one thing i've found it hard to come by in the shows i've been watching recently (bl dramas, mostly thai) is how there is next to no male interaction with women, and if there is, the bonds are very superficial or they stick to certain "acceptable" rules. so you could imagine my shock when i saw this scene of jaya sleeping soundly next to paul on the same bed. it is objectively a very normal/inane thing. but we just NEVER get representation of men and women simply being and existing as friends and doing friend things like sometimes sleeping in the same bed with the friend's pic on a frame that you're hugging (WHAT! ITS NORMAL), and so it really shook me. i love their bond so much :')

as a person who genuinely believes that friendship >>>>>>>>>> every other relationship, seeing these words uttered between two lifelong friends made me tear up and HOW!! one of the most special things ive seen on media.

also not lost on me how my two most favourite platonic moments featured jaya who is the only character who isnt given a romantic storyline/sideplot/spouse. also point to note that jaya and paul are the only two characters who didn't get a traditional "romantic ending/closure" and they ended up getting such beautiful expressions of platonic love. LOVE that for them :')

that being said i cried at the part where phiphu read paul's letter and they put that montage of them laughing over it like HOW DARE THEY

i'm sorry but the mirroring in expressions drove me insane on first sight itself

eventho i found their love difficult to fully enjoy cos of the nature of it, this scene was just too beautiful not to love and im so glad paul got to express it

also khao looked so ADORABLE here i almost burst into tears not kidding!!!!

not to end the post without a nanon face appreciation pic- he was excellent throughout the show as expected and particularly in a fantastic scene in the finale episode that very few people could have pulled off like he did, what a frickin treasure he is.

to conclude what i wanna say, i wanna reiterate once again how i really REAAAAALLY enjoyed the show through and through

and while this mostly typo free post wont probably be making it obvious but im writing through tears, it was such a wonderful thing to experience. idk if and how much i would rewatch it but i think it's right up there with some of the best shows ive watched ever.

sdnakjndl if you think the repidigit missions in en are bad then be happy that you´ve never had to play the jp tour events before. Honestly while playing the en version of the first tour event I was actually pleasantly surprised because I thought that it was way more comfortable with it´s goals than the jp version. What I did with those missions was to look how many notes the song has beforehand and then play normally until I hit a high combo with a repidigit ( I didn´t even know this was a word before plaything the tour event djnsldan) and then drop the combo. Then I just continued playing normally until the end of the song and it would work because the game only counts the highest combo you achieved while playing

In jp we instead had to have the score end with a certain number at the end of the life. Thise where the ones I usually really struggled with. What you would do there is play on easy and play normally through almost the entire song until there´s like only 10 notes left. Then you pray that the score ends in the desired number in those last few notes. If it does you stop playing immediately and hope you´ll still pass the live. It was really annoying and sometimes I would have to try this with every single songs in the day because it just wouldn´t work out. So glad they replaced those missions in the en version!

They tried so hard to come home to you so you would hopefully put them on your team and use them, but their plan seems to have backfired!

Before hacking into your mic, the characters were kind of aware if they had the honor of being one of your favorite characters or not simply from if you pulled on their banners or not. So they might have feared that you didn´t like them all that much but it hurts so much more to have the confirmation and hear you outright say it

So there are some positives and negatives to this new development. Obviously another positive is when they can hear you singing along to their songs. They feel so proud and love hearing your singing voice too! They wish they could duet with you! But just hearing your praise is already sweet enough ^^

And you´re right that Leo especially would be happy about it because he composes all the songs for Knights so you enjoying them enough to sing them makes him super excited! All his hard work paid off if you´re liking his songs! He will mention this to absolutely every person he meets snfskbf Also gets a new burst of inspiration as soon as he hears you sing. You´re his muse after all!

Okay so I finished TUA Season 3 today and none of my friends have yet so here is just, a ramble. Spoilers to follow of course.

- I mean right off the bat everything with Viktor’s coming out was perfect. It was realistic and given enough weight for, the fact it was an important moment for the character, without being a big flashy coming out arc. I loved all the siblings reactions - especially that Diego Luther Viktor moment of “Luther wants to throw you a big party so you feel loved”

- klaus. Klaus this season was everything I was missing from him last season - I loved last season don’t get me wrong but I had predicted a big Klaus powers arc that we didn’t get. Well we got it now baby. God I loved him. I do have to say that I was slightly sad we didn’t get a single Dave reference, and that we seem to have forgotten his substance abuse and the fact it was canonly to, keep ghosts at bay. Also not sure why the ghosts appeared so different in the Grave yard? Like the ghosts we have seen him see before look like normal people. But overall I loved his arc him suddenly finding himself alone for the first time since Ben died, trying to find purpose and just feeling really lost was done so well. It broke my heart how quickly he fell into trusting reggie like give the kid some ice cream and say one nice thing to him and he will, literally let you murder him. I had a sense he was being used and I was right damn it. I kinda wished he got a slightly bigger moment in the final with his powers but im so glad he got to be a key part of the solution. Also all the stuff with him and Ben was perfect Ugh my heart.

- dilf Diego was everything. I am, so mad that Stan wasn’t actually his kid but he was so adorable trying to be his father. I liked Lila last season but wasn’t totally sold on them as a couple but boy this season changed that. Giving me bisexual chaos couple energy I love it. Them calling each other sweetie etc whilst fighting in hotel Oblivion? Amazing. I also loved that we got a few little moments of Diego mammas boy Hargreaves his face seeing Grace again bless him. Also when he found out Stan wasn’t his and his stutter came out again Jesus I love Lila but man that was cruel.

- I honestly expected to hate Luther and Sloane’s relationship but honestly? It was kinda sweet. They are both just loveable idiot nerds it was cute. Luther in general has changed so much I am so glad he finally got to say his piece to reggie - even if he got stabbed immediately after.

Very happy Five got to get some sleep and get insanely drunk this season. And several outfits as well absolutely love to see it.

Allison. Look, idk if this is controversial but j kinda am here for her villain arc you know. Not in a sense of supporting it of course but just it kinda of, made sense to me. Again it’s something I had thought for season 2 before we knew any details about it - I had predicted klaus powers and Allison going off the rails without Claire. I have always find her power, terrifying, and as much as it’s horrible to see her use it against her siblings I think it was a fascinating look into how terrifying her power is. I have often thought the “I heard a rumour that you love me” we hear from her past was said to Luther, trapping him into loving her for years and years without maybe realising it. To me, this season confirms that.

I am really sad we didn’t get more of some of the sparrows, Jayme and Alphonso especially - also is it just me or Jayme definitely a lesbian? Yes? All in agreement?

That ending I just don’t know what to say really??? I’m both, scared and confused, but also excited. Like what the hell happens now? What the hell is with Ben on the train in the post credit scene?? Why did Ben stay but not Sloane?? Did Luther come back in his old body just because Tom couldn’t bare to put the Luther suit back on?? So many questions. Also I low key hate that klaus lost his tattoos he better get them back I swear.

I am a little disappointed that just as Klaus found his powers potential he, lost them? Like I really hope they get them back. And I don’t want a misfits situation no power swapping. I am concerned in the sense of I feel like this ending is the most blind I have felt about what could come next? But that’s also exciting so.

after this jaehyun can’t help but see how much jeno’s smiles around you

and how you always seem to be in a good mood around him

as teasing as donghyuck is

i think it would take him a while to become teasing about this with jaehyun

he just cares about you so much and doesn’t want to lose you

so he refuses to do anything that may give jaehyun a reason to take you away from him

literally goes to the length of acting as jaehyun’s personal slave for a week until jae feels too bad to let it continue

‘haechan, i’m not going to make her leave you. you don’t have to do this’

hyuck relaxes a bit after that

but i think he would be one to avoid talking about your relationship as much as possible

jaehyun probably has to find everything out from johnny

he probably pretends to switch rooms with johnny for a night just to mess with hyuck

after that it becomes a slight war

you act as a mediator for their arguments too

every so often hyuck forgets you’re jaehyun’s sister and makes a joke or something

im pretty sure jaehyun is jaemin’s favourite hyung

they have a v cute dynamic and have mentioned that they were close in trainee days

so i think jaemin would be absolutely terrified for jaehyun to find out

like properly terrified

like, when he does find out jaemin just accepts that the relationship is over, terrified

so you have to calm him down and talk to your brother and bf separately

jaemin would probably also do some nice things for jaehyun leading up to when you’re planning to tell him

such as buying him food and stuff

poor jaemin’s really bricking it

but after jaemin realises that jaehyun isn’t going to kill him and you aren’t going to leave him

he relaxes into the ultimate bf material that we all know he is

isn’t shy about showing his affection for you around jae

but always makes sure to keep it respectful

jaemin easily proves to jaehyun how much he loves you

and it takes jaehyun very little time to become so damn supportive of your relationship

so now you’ve got both your brother and boyfriend who are willing to do literally anything for you

Chenle:

jaehyun has said multiple times that chenle is his favourite younger brother

so i feel like out of all the dreamies jaehyun is probably most relaxed about chenle dating you

the one thing that does send jaehyun through the roof however

is that chenle doesn’t live in the dorms

he is at his own apartment

alone

with you

and little supervision

his older brother senses are tingling

expect phone calls from him so that he can check you two are being appropriate

and god forbid you miss a call from him

other than that it’s probably surprisingly chill

like even the others members are impressed with how little of a deal it is

chenle and jae don’t deliberately avoid or talk about it when they’re together, they just continue as normal

overall a nice, low pressure, casual environment

and you best believe jae is your number one shipper

Jisung:

is probably too nervous to tell jaehyun himself

makes you do it by yourself even though you wanted to tell him together

but sung hits you with the pout and big eyes while he begs you

and of course you caves because who wouldn’t

but the first time he saw jae after he found out about the two of you, jisung was contemplating moving countries

I took some creative liberities with neph in this, hope thats ok!!

Ok so i was thinking that yume and nephi fuck around with some dimension transporting tool in an attempt to get back to their own world, and get transported to the studio instead!

The first thing that Nephtali felt when they woke up was a dull, searing pain in the back of their head. At first, they thought they had passed out in Ramshackle's attic, for they were laying on hard wood, but they soon realized that everything was drastically different.

First of all, everything smelled like ink. Overwhelmingly like ink. They would know that scent anywhere, having spilled countless bottles on clothes that sweet Yumeko would try her best to clean out. Bless her heart.

Oh, shit.

Yumeko! Was she here?! Was she alright!? They paniced for a moment, before realizing that her breathing was going on steadily on their left. It was probably the only time they would be glad for their insomnia, having spent many sleepless nights staring at the ceiling and listening to her breathe. Not in a creepy way, but because with the old pipes and wood, Grim's snoring, (They should've never let him sleep in the room, but they had a hard time saying no to Yumeko) the occasional ghost, and the wind creaking and clattering the windows, it was the only slightly therpeautic thing to listen to.

They opened their eyes and shot up, placing a hand on where they were sure her chest was to make sure her heart rate was normal. Feeling the steady beat of it, they sighed in releif and gently attempted to shake her awake. Their prayers that she didn't have any injuries that would make her unrepairingly uncouncious were answered when they heard and felt her rising up beside them.

"....Nephi-Chan...?"

"Oh, Yume! Thank god!" They suddenly exclamied, pulling Yumeko into their lap by her waist instinctivly, proctectively.

"Don't worry! I'm okay!"

"I'm so glad you are. What does this place look like?"

"Well, it's all yellow and black. There's... ink everywhere?"

"I knew it!"

Yumeko wrapped her arms around Neph's shoulders and buried her face in their chest.

"Where are we? It's so scary..."

They reached to pet her hair comfortingly. "It's ok. Shhhhhhh. I'm here. I'll protect you."

Thats all i got so far, but theres defenently more to come! I rly wanna include Sammy Lawrence in this, buy im still figuring out how to incorperate him. Please feel free to add onto this! I encourage it!

ITS THE RETURN OF *checks notes* PAPILLON (🦋) ANON

I just wanted to thank you for being such a huge comfort blog during covid your posts got me through a really rough time :’) this community was so fun to be a part of and I’m glad there are still some familiar faces around

I, ON THE OTHER HAND, COMPLETELY REINVENTED MYSELF!!! I chopped all my hair off bc I decided that having sexy hair was not worth the sensory issues and also because I love the way a pixie looks on me (my head isn’t a weird shape like I thought it was) and once I started going to school in-person again I met a bunch of new people and recovered from isolating myself for an entire year and I’m WAY MORE CONFIDENT NOW

I actually took quite a large break from playing Genshin around my second semester last year and I only now started playing because Cyno came out👁 (I have been waiting for him since the trailer I LOVE HIM A NORMAL AMOUNT)

I actually joke pulled on Tighnaris banner because I wanted to get collei and umm I got collei,,, but I also got fox boy,, and then keqing so I had a guaranteed Cyno. I think this was Genshins way of bribing me to start playing again😭 it worked. I finished a bunch of quests I’d been putting off and I’m getting closer to starting the Sumeru archon quest ! !

Anyways today felt like a fitting day to come back from the dead because I literally had the most perfect day and it made me realize how far I’d come since my days as an anon in ur blog :’)

I hope everything is going good on your end as well and I’m glad your posting again (btw how’s that psychology major coming along?)

I'm now getting ready to take my board exam to have my professional license, four hours+ every saturday and sunday for 6 months hence why im quiet during the weekends but it's going well!
