So not only am I having severe pain from my back injury my scoliosis has decided to flair up as well so my ribs and hips are really fucking painful at the moment as well. - I took my pain meds about 2 hours ago and they’ve done absolutely fuck all, every time I move my pain spikes and every position I try doesn’t ease the pain - I have a pillow under my back hoping that would somehow ease the pain, yeah nah - Tonight is gonna be rough, my antipsychotic knocks me out for 8 hours at least, unless theres a loud noise or someone shakes me awake I don’t wake up. I either slept wrong or somehow managed to throw my back out in my sleep during a nightmare. My right hip has been bothering me a lot lately too. I spent Saturday with The Defenders, and #Sunday with #Malala #IAmMalala is #book 6 in version 2 of the #17booksin2017challenge At times I found it challenging to #read the book because so much of it has to do with the special bond Malala had with her father, and we all know I'm sensitive whenever I'm reminded of the fact that I no longer have a father. I had an interesting reaction when I was reminded of Benazir Bhutto, as I was lucky enough to have met her as a child. It would be interesting to see Malala's story unfold. Forced to take a self care day. My right hip has been giving me trouble since I had back surgery. The pain got to bad that it hurts to lay on my side and walk. My pain management dr did an ultrasound and noted tendinitis. I will be having an injection in my hip. I'm trying to be hopeful that it will help but I am skeptical. Ive had one done in 2016 and it wasn't helpful. We are trying to rule out where my hip pain is coming from.
