When the screen showed Jeno's missing the step with a confused look on his face all the members started to laugh. Including Yena. It went on for a while and Jeno started to sulk jokingly.

Later it is shown for less than one second , Jeno sitting on Yena's lap on the chair while she is probably consulting him. Even if they weren't the center of attention it blew up.

Jeno As A 'Smile' Enthusiastic

There is no need to be Nostradamus to know that Jeno LOVES the song Smile. He never said it himself or anything but there are some clues. He kept sharing the song on his socials (still does) , he dances to the chorus out of nowhere in the most unexpected moments , he even hums the song and Yena doesn't blink an eye to it. Fans love it so much. And one of the reasons is that the vibe of the song goes so well with Jeno too!

During the Regular performance Yena was wearing high heels. And that caused her to twink her ankle when she was at the centre. Of course all of the members reacted in one way or another but specially Haechan was so worried throughout the whole concert. He kept checking her during and after the performances, warned the fans not to throw anything while she is dancing, and the fans' favorite being when he signed her to took off her heels. She was hesitant at first but he came up to her and took them off himself.

NCT DREAM To Release New MV For English Version Of “Beatbox

On March 11, NCT DREAM held an Instagram live broadcast after the second night of their “THE DREAM SHOW 2 : In A Dream” concert in Bangkok. Towards the end of the broadcast, the group personally revealed their plans to release a new version of their 2022 Korean hit “Beatbox,” the title track of their repackaged version of “Glitch Mode” from last year.

Renjun announced, “On March 21, two days before my birthday, we will be releasing a new English version of our song ‘Beatbox’ at 1 p.m. Korean time. Both the music video and the song [will be released] together.”

Haechan further explained, “The music video will be a lyric-version music video, and the song will be released digitally at the same time.”

Renjun added, “Personally, I found it really, really fun when I was recording the English version of ‘Beatbox.’ Because it felt completely different [from the Korean version].”

The English version of “Beatbox” will drop on March 21 at 1 p.m. KST.

1- What is an acute incident?

Acute Incident - A Multiverse in which a disrupted balance and a glitch in the Swap au code led to [Incident]. This resulted in [____________________] and under certain conditions, the balance was upset. After the [Incident], the Multiverse lived in a kind of ghetto mode, generally being a dystopia.

The [Incident] is a kind of merger of the Multiverse(Dreamswap/Fell)

The Multiverse restarted, wiping out everything in its path. After the rollback, it underwent a major change, putting the guardians in an aggravated position. More specifically, it rolled back further than the Apple incident (Dreamtale) taking with it some of the old AU protector notes (in a notebook that "magically" ended up in Frink's possession). In general, Frink prevented the events of the Acute Incident in Dreamswap, preserving the balance of the Multiverse. The name of Multiverse changed - Acute incident.

2- What characters are in this?

The difference is that the relaunch after the mv merge changed their character towards the Fell component.

Important to the plot of the AU are characters you are familiar with:

⭐️The Dreamers: Dream in a Dream Stages and Defeating an Intruder?

A theory post about NCT Dream’s Best Friend Ever MV of how they went through the Dream in a Dream stages and possibly defeating an alien intruder in their dream.

(!) WARNING: This is a theory as it is not confirmed by SM  entertainment nor members of NCT, so please don’t believe this 100%!

Better late than never- (I’m in my one week break and finally have some theories cooking in my head) Yes this blog is still alive despite me posting late nowadays

It took me some time to finally noticed what really happened in the MV but some scenes remind me of the YearDream videos we had in 2021, so my theory is

The Neos are using the Dream in a Dream stages to defeat the green alien that was infiltrating their dreams and possibly the one that is responsible for breaking their dream machine in Glitch Mode.

If you remember in Glitch Mode, which I did write a theory about, they were attempting to control the dream. But there was an issue in the machine so it broke, and possibly, this green monster has something to do with it. Although, yes, it didn’t really do anything aside from standing or sitting around, we saw these eyes (that resemble the monsters’) and it could be disturbing both the dream and Reality.

In the scene where the Neos were walking in a city with people in it, I speculate it being the Reality. This is because of the presence of other people and the city view; while the scenes that are whimsical and colorful are the Dream world because essentially this is where this is where anything is possible unlike the Reality. But because of this alien, there were weird things happening like rubber duckies floating around the city and sea creatures going around. Soon they found out there are these eyeballs which looks like a part of the alien and they used the Dream Stages to put a stop to it.

Aliens aren’t actually a new concept in the Neos’ lore, and even in SMCU as a whole since other artists also had them as concepts. Well, SMCU itself is actually in space. We had U.F.Os in Hello Future, though it seems like this one is a different case.

Dream in a Dream Stages

Although these stages aren’t exactly in the same order in the MV, it is highly plausible that each member went through the stages on their own at different times or speed. But in the end, they were all gathered in the last stage.

Stage 0: The 7th Sense

Something that not many are aware is the actual 7th sense according to the Neo Lore is Empathy. Empathy is important in the lore, which is basically the Neos befriending or empathizing with each other. It is the main key for them to enter Dream in a  Dream as a group. One scene that represents this would be when they slept together to enter the dream world. Honestly since their friendship is deep enough, its not necessary to point it out.

Stage 1: Seeing Myself in a Dream

Though not in order, the scene that I found that fit the most to this stage is this particular one. Obviously Mark saw a tiny version of himself, this led him to sleep again to enter the next stage.

Stage 2: Surfing in Our Dreams

Just like what I explained in my Stage 2 YearDream post in 2021, this stage is basically how the Neos get transported randomly to another place. In this case, Jisung was taken into the bathroom after sleeping. He woke up to another dream in the bathtub.

Stage 3: Synchronization of Dreams

Something that I noticed in the Stage 3 YearDream video is the amount of green was there. Well you can see how bright the green was here buttt the main reason why I chose this scene is obviously how all the Neos are in it. They were all synchronized in one place and are ready to go deeper in the dream. To top it all, they are playing around together.

Stage 4: Resonance

This one is tricky but we are getting deeper in the dream world. This one screenshot I took in particular really reminds me of the actual YearDream: Resonance video where all members were laying down. But to strengthen my point, these places do look similar or well honest, they are in their dreamscape.

All the scenes in outer space signify the last part of their journey in defeating the monster, Though it would make more sense if we get a scene where they attack it? But in the end, as we all know, the monster melted in place.

“We are the two as one”

One last thing that is interesting to point out is this line in the lyrics along with these photos of the Neos. SM as a whole is obsessed with the concept of duality, which I have explained in another post. As for the Neos we have the Dream-Reality. Think of it like their NCT2018 album cover; the black and white Reality ver. and colorful Dream ver. Like I mentioned, anything is possible in the dream unlike Reality. These photos could signify this in a way. So far, we don’t have an evil villain (other than the alien here) or a member that is under the villain’s grasp like 127 and the Visions’ case, which is odd. Another confession, all of this is just a theory and I have a small hunch about how relevant the storyline in this MV to their actual comeback since its a Japanese release. But who knows, we’ll find out more in their next comeback.

ISTJ is one of those songs when it's better to not know the lyrics, heh.

I like the MV though, the concept and the clothes. It's an overload of everything (colours, details, visuals, scenes) which works towards taking the viewer by storm, going around the rational straight to the emotional part of the brain. It offers new images/looks for dreamies. Not too different from Glitch Mode/Ridin', yet fresh enough to excite and please. Thus I find the MV smart and well done.

The girl (a patient) with a Pallas' cat pillow? A rare species, by the way, worth donating for. There is also a red panda keychan on the carkey for the timetravel car. The person responsible for props seems to like animals.

-OH my god I love kpop concerts so much

-I went with a friend. We were seated so we didn't bother going before doors. She had made some cute home made photocards for freebies and we gave them out outside. It was so fun we wished we'd brought more. We also picked up some of the puzzle piece banners that were being given out

-The venue could NOT have been slower at getting everyone seated but oh well. We were in the accessible area and had such a good view of the stage it was wild. The chunk of stage that was built out into the audience was right in front of us and we could see everyone's faces super clearly

-I was in a minority of folk with an old lightstick so mine was green the whole night through lol. Nctzens are extremely unserious people and the number of silly fan signs people brought were so fun. Chenle has succeeded in making all his fans Stephen Curry's fans too. In general people were wearing lots of lime green and white with frog accessories and the vibe was just everyone there for a good time

-Before the concert even started people were shrieking at the VRs and MVs being played on the big screens

-OH my god I love kpop oceans

-We had been chatting with some of the people in our row about who our Dream biases were I was musing on whether or not Mark was my Dream bias bc he's objectively the member of Dream that I like the most but idk if I like him most within the Dream dynamic? If that makes sense? Anyway this was stupid as soon as Mark stepped onstage my jaw was on the floor. He had a variation of the messy blonde braided hairstyle he was rocking towards the end of the 127 tour but with additional blonde and pink extensions. He also had blue contacts. He looked amazing.

-First song was Glitch Mode (I am absolutely not gonna recount the whole set list in order rip). The hits started coming and they simply did not stop coming. Just tune after tune after tune.

-Dreaming is so good and I really really hope they get more discography in that kidlnd of style. Also the choreois clean as hell

-Just to say that Mark was outstandingly beautiful but everyone looked good and I will be fighting Lee Jeno in a parking lot at his first available opportunity

-Wen the mics were on they were ON but Renjun must have insulted the sound engineer's mother or smth because his mics were not calibrated properly the entire night. But yeah the rumours are true NCT singers are men who can sing

-NCT dancers are also men who can dance. Jeno and Jisung and Mark specifically

-They did their first chat with the crowd on the platform but Chenle got bored half way through and wandered off to go wave at fans lol. Haechan started his ment by sternly making us all be quiet

-Our section did NOT spend much time sitting down I should say we were on our feet dancing most of the night

-I knew Jeno's slutty backless shirt plus choker look was coming but it still did not really prepare me

-A fan group had given out lots of banners saying '7dream is our missing puzzle piece' and everyone managed to hide them until they played Puzzle Piece when we whipped them put all at once. It was a cute moment

-I have seen My First and Last live I can die happy. If you are reading this post for some reason and haven't watched the dance practice for this song pls go fix that ASAP

-There was a moment during Quiet Down (which is insane crazy CRAZY like what on earth was going on in the room when they came up with the idea to have half the group in boxes and the other half interacting with the through the glass? Super creative and looks really clean, the Jeno and Haechan pair up specifically) when Mark looked down into a camera and idk it was just... His energy man I would do anything he asked of me

-Better Than Gold was completely electric I had no idea that song had it in it. The shift from Quiet Down to Better Than Gold is really abrupt but the whole venue was shaking ass three seconds into BTG so it clearly worked. They did a 70s inspired line dance thing with prop mics before heading out onto the platform Probs my fav individual song of the night. There was a family sat just underneath us and this was the point when the parents started dancing and did not stop for the rest of the gig - pretty sure they had more fun that their kids who they had ostensibly brought out to see the boy band that night lol?

-At some point I grabbed some confetti that had been fired from a canon and draped it around myself

-Trigger the Fever is SO high energy I do not know how they manage to pull that off on the regular and come back for more tunes

-I lost my shit for Hello Future. It's simply the best NCT Dream song and I will not be taking notes

-Walk You Home my beloved <3

-People started throwing lots of plushies onto the stage towards the end of the show and before the encore and the security team were very obliging in making sure any that fell short of their mark made their way to the stage. While doing Walk You Home the group picked up some of this stuff. A watermelon bag for Mark was a highlight

-Rainbow played during the last big stage hiatus (for the group to change and presumably chug lots of water) and the cameras showed lots of fans and fan signs from around the room it was super cute

-Everyone's final mentions were fun! Everyone tried to speak English but there was a translator on hand. Jaemin is so grandma coded, he was telling us to remember to eat three meals a day. Jisung was super alarmed by us stamping our feet to make a sound like thunder and Mark tried on being British by saying 'blimey'

-Candy was the encore which I wasn't sure about but it's so high energy and fun it was a good send off

-No Dear Dream or Go (boo!) but otherwise the set list was really tight. All told the concert lasted 2 hrs 45 mins so like.. The tickets weren't cheap but we got a LOT of bang for our buck. I danced so much and the energy in the room was so good and I just had a great time.

hiiii today's reminder is i love that dream is releasing an english track and all the things that will mean for their career and future tours and breaking into western markets after Japan and whatnot but. of all their songs, they had to pick beatbox? which don't get me wrong is a pretty good song for what it was but like. hello future is right there. hot sauce even. my first and last. why pick beatbox out of their entire, very good, discography?

Hiii! It's great they're releasing their first English version and I honestly haven't listened to beat box in awhile I had to listen to it to remember what it sounded like even though you couldn't get away from the song during release. It's a great song don't get me wrong but for their title tracks last year I listened to Glitch Mode a lot more which if they wanted to do a current song Glitch Mode would have been a great choice. But Beat Box is their most recent title song beside Candy and that was just a special release. Plus the mv has an American school kind of vibe so probably that's why. But hopefully we'll get more English versions in the future. I would love an English version of Ridin. I think Wayv actually has the most English songs not just versions just lone songs in English. Which when is their world tour? I wanna see Wayv. Give wayv a world tour. Bring them to me. Miami hasn't had any concerts since 2019 not even just kpop but Taylor Swift isnt coming here. Taylor Swift. She performed at a chili cook off here in 2007 like 20 minutes from my house literally down the street from my best friend's house. and she's always comeback since. But Florida has stupid concert laws now. Stupid Florida. I wanna see all the NCTs. But maybe Wayv could bypass the Florida laws their wayv they can do anything.

1. Blue Wave

Oh boy! They weren’t lying when they said this song sounds like summer! The instrumental is so good, the flute and the whistle really make this song amazing! 10/10

2. Starry Night

Another song that got me thanks to its instrumental, it feels perfectly for a summer night! I really enjoyed it specially because it sounds so similar to Red Velvet’s “LP”, and idk why also to Chung Ha’s LEMON! 🤔

3. ISTJ

I was really unsure about this comeback, cause I didn’t want to get my hopes high like with GLITCH MODE, and I haven’t enjoyed SM’s latest title tracks! Shalala, Hard and Cream Soda disappointed me so bad! So ISTJ really surprised me, this time the instrumental was well executed by the producers! It still has the NEO sound but is enjoyable! The song and the bridge are actually good this time!! And something about the instrumental being similar to Jersey Shore’s intro it’s hitting me on the nostalgia! 🥲

4. SOS

Once again a song that captivated me thanks to Renjun’s part “I Go Round and Round like a Merry-Go” 🔥🔥🔥 this song is part of all these spicy songs like 119, stronger, countdown (3, 2, 1), fire alarm, I also feel like this song has something to do with “Fire Alarm”

5. Broken Melodies

It was a pretty good decision to choose this song has a pre-release, everything about it, is good, the lyrics, instrumental and MV!

6. Poison

Now that we can listen to the full song! 🔥🔥 I really like Jaemin’s part at the end! A pretty good song!

7. YogurtShake

Not a better way to start a song than with Renjun! The opening of the song with the instrumental combined with Renjun’s voice just hits different! I love it!

8. Pretzel

I have to admit I don’t really like the part we’re they repeat “Pretzel” it’s kinda annoying, but the bridge it’s pretty good! 🔥🔥 I really like the change of music and vocals, really good!

9. Like We Just Met

It annoys me that this song was the one all of them participated on the writing and I just can’t come to like it! 😭 don’t get me wrong, the song it’s good! But I’m not a big fan of slow “love songs”, it would be good for an sciatic stage performance.

10. Skateboard

No much to say about this song, I kinda like it (?) but it reminds me a lot to BUNGEE, I don’t know why! and I don’t like that song 🙃
