like idk if this is an aroace thing bc i don’t hear it described in a way that i relate to exactly so this might just be me but basically: i’ve always loved romance and ships in fiction but as i got older i slowly realized that i don’t think i can feel it for myself. which kinda made me sad at first because the idea of having a partner always seemed so nice, that was the main reason i didn’t think i was aroace at first because i thought i had always wanted to be in a relationship. i did some research and looked into different identities on the aroace spectrum, and thought that cupioromantic was probably the most accurate to what i was feeling, but later didn’t feel like it applied to me because i think the “enjoys the idea of being in a relationship” doesn’t fit right? ig?? idk how to describe it other than i like the idea of relationships, but it took me awhile to realize that i didn’t really want to apply myself in one if that makes sense.

most likely there’s a thing or word out there that already exists to describe that and i just haven’t been looking up the right terms, but basically this is just a very very long way of saying that i feel like whenever i get into a ship it sorta..…attaches?? to my very identity or something?? like i know people can be like “this is my OTP i love them forever and think about them literally all the time” and it’s like YES that’s me but also feels like an understatement, like all of my past hyperfixations on ships are literally ingrained into my soul even i’m not that into them anymore. and i know people compare hyperfixations to relationships and tbh that’s probably the most accurate description but again, that feels like an understatement.

okay honestly idk where i’m going with this i think what i’m TRYING to say is that i feel like because i can’t feel romance for myself my appreciation for ships feels so much more…emphasized, and sonadow is like the longest consistent hyperfixation i’ve ever had on a ship and at that point usually when something has been a “hyperfixation” for 2+ plus years i put it on the special interest display case in my brain except that display case has only ever had like hobbies and fandoms themselves, never an actual fictional relationship that i’m obsessed with but here we are. it might be the development of brain has synched up with this specific hyperfixation but sonadow is the first ship that makes me feel genuinely happy to this degree. it doesn’t make me sad to think about them and also go “aw i’m sad because i’ve never felt that way about another person and probably won’t experience that ever” in the exact same way you would go “aw i’m going to be dead someday” when you think about the fact that you’re alive right now and conscious and exist and have a mini existential crisis of the week. like sonadow doesn’t do that to me, i really just love those stupid fucking gay hedgehogs so much they’ve actually changed the entire layout of my brain and all the neurons and shit they’re everything to me.

First off, right off the bat, RIP Tim. More than ever, now I know he didn't have to die and I am so so sad he did..... Flirty boi deserved so much better u^u

Martin collected many moments of badassery throughout the 3rd and 4th seasons. Im so proud of his growth. Not him burning statements and snipping back at Elias - ahhhhhh he was so coooool, I wish someone else was there so that they could tell him! And when he made Fairchild sit back down to finish answering Martin's questions, I swear I got chills!!

Anyway. I continue being a fierce Martin fan, nothing new there

What is new is my newfound adoration for Daisy. Seriously. She's my baby now. Idc what happens or who dies, she needs to end this story okay :'))))

No, im 200% serious, if Daisy doesn't survive to the end, im def going to cry. Because i can totally see her being the "sacrifice herself so that everyone else will have a chance" type.

I swear she was the only one holding the brain cell power this season –  and FINALLY, someone who's not Martin is not being a bitch to Jon!!!

I wasn’t even expecting Jon to be able to bring her back. Much less for them to become supportive avatar besties! I’m so glad the writer decided to take that turn with her. It’s really satisfying from a narrative standpoint to have Daisy of all people do a whole 180 on her standpoint with Jon.

Idk, i just really liked her this season. She deserves all the hugs. So she gets a meme :)

Basira, on the other hand, fell a bit for me, but i think that was kind of the point. She was fierce and stony and nearly zero compassionate, – very Gertrude-ish of her –  but after everything that’s happened, i can't really blame her :/

Elias though...... I was spoiled that he was Jonah Magnus halfway through season 2 or so, so the reveal wasn't a big deal for me. I wonder how shattering it was for listeners when it first dropped though... At least he upped his villainy cred this season. Suits him better than the "unbothered neutral/evil stand-by" vibe he gave before.

And one last character thing, I fell in love with Peter so quickly. His lines were all gold and his delivery even more so. He just had that unflappable vibe to him. Like he didnt have a care in the world.

Oh, and him and Elias totally had ex-wives who spent the last 10 years fighting about who gets what in the divorce energy.

Uhhhhh yeah. I grew to appreciate Helen more and more every time they showed up. Simon Fairchild was surprisingly fun for an old man, Gerry deserved the freaking world (thank you so much Jon for burning that page) and i think that’s kinda it on my favorite “creatures and associates”

Im super excited for this last stretch. i wonder if TMA will stick the landing. I sure hope it does, and honestly trust it will.

The first character I first fell in love with: Queen C <3 The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: I truly have no answer for this question. There are characters I didn't vibe with on Buffy who I loved on Angel (see below) but I don't think anyone who stayed on Buffy rose in my estimation to a particularly surprising or impressive degree. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Oz, who is actually my least favorite Buffyverse character. He bores me and I think being boring is the worst offense a TV character can commit. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The character I love that everyone else hates: You know ten years ago I could've said Dawn and it would've been a good answer. For all that Buffy fandom on Tumblr has mutated in some ways I dislike, I am at least glad to say that Dawn no longer works as an answer to this question. ...Unfortunately that means I don't have an answer for this question lol. I like Riley okay, I think he's funny, but I don't love him and I think his arc goes to a deeply weird place after S4. The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Giles. I first watched the show when I was 14 and I enjoyed Giles's snark. But as I've gotten older and become a whole adult I find myself liking him less and less. I have serious issues with how he treats Buffy and Xander and I admit to finding the whole Ripper backstory rather dull. I understand that he isn't actually supposed to be an ideal father figure, he's supposed to be flawed, etc., but his flaws are not ones I find terribly interesting and fandom's insistence on painting him as Buffy's awesome dad deeply grates on me.  The character I’d want to be like: I admire Anya's lack of shame, willingness to call out bullshit, and financial literacy. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: ANGEL my mans I thought he was sooo boring on Buffy lol and now he is my second favorite Buffyverse character <33333 love that guy!!! (But also Darla because she truly did nothing for me in Buffy S1 but she is so amazing on Angel.) The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Okay, so, I do like Fred. There are times (like in late S2, early S3, and the Jasmine arc) when I see potential in her for a really great and interesting character, and I think Amy Acker is actually the strongest actor in the cast. But a lot of the time she is written to be, like, the generic awkward nerdy waif character you see in every Whedon property, and I don't find that archetype terribly appealing. I also think the insistence on constantly sticking her into love triangles served her character really poorly, especially since I was never particularly convinced that she and any of her suitors actually knew each other very well. The character I love that everyone else hates: Connor fans RISE!!! The character I used to love but don’t any longer: When I first watched the show I really liked Lindsey in Seasons 1 & 2. I loved his sendoff episode and thought he was a great character. ...Then he came back.  The character I’d want to be like: I'm going to steal your answer and say Anne Steele because I truly do think she is probably the most aspirational hero in the Buffyverse. The character I’d slap: Disclaimer that I do love Wesley BUT I would slap him in late S5 after Fred dies and he starts acting like he is the only person who knew her even though they went on like one date. In particular I would slap him for stabbing Gunn which. Fuck you, man. You would've signed the paper too. A pairing that I love: Cangel obviously. But also Weslah. A pairing that I despise: Fresley my nemesis!!! >:[

It is winning but after this ask, I'll post first a small theory thing that I didn't mention before :] stay tuned!

For the Bucket - I used filters! I think it was contour (layer set on overlay 23%) and stereo in infinite painter. They added a lot!

(THE DESCRIPTION FOR THIRD ONE IS KILLING ME he reminds me now of that one white dude in grassy place looking at u and I think people corelate it with 'I had to do it to them'. The fourth one is the Bucket walking with adventure line on the desert. Plot related thing >:) I hope I'll get motivation to talk about their plot like I did with Jester's overall Parable)

You'd yoink the full body around but if you try hard enough, you can yonk the Bucket off from it. For a moment, the body still will look normal and even the Bucket will be able to control it but then, the clothes would fall down on the ground.

*looks at this buckets story* I'd advise you kot to court it. Buuuuuut know it would like you courtering it. It's used to it, as the Reasurrance Bucket <3
