I've decided to challenge myself with the 75 hard. I'm not pleased with how my body has looked this year and I decided i just want to improve my appearance overall and after a bit of research i decided the 75 hard would be a good way to achieve these changes.
Id like to work on keeping my stomach flat, I have a relatively small waist but I bloat really bad and I don't really like how it makes my outfits looks so I want to find out what causes my bloating and also workout more to keep in shape.

I've also been drinking more water so I want to keep that up as well

I recently did a big chop and my main focus id keeping my curls healthy while also retaining length.

I'm also working on reducing the scars left behind from pimple popping (I have an aunt who is always in my face).

My morning routine
Idea by @girlyjourney 🤍
• 4:30am - Wake up
• 4:36am - Journal
• 4:41am - shower
• 4:59am - skincare
• 5:14am - get dressed
• 5:40am - coffee ☕
• 5:55am - Make sure everything in my bag for school and all assignments are done
•5:58am - leave for school
My morning routine changed so this is my new one that I've been using for a month now.
I have a private car that drops me to school and brings me back home hence the reason being I love reaching in school early so I can study for any upcoming exams.

Workouts ive done this week <3
1 hour walk on the treadmill at a speed of 2.5 and incline of 4.0
1 hour walk on the treadmill at a speed of 2.5 and incline of 5.0
I went a stroll with my family but I didn't track it or anything so I'm not sure of the stats
Walk with my mom no stats this day either
20 minute walk
30 minute walk
I didn't do much this week but since it's been a while since I've done a full proper workout I wanted to start slow.

75 hard week one updates
Workouts:
30 minutes on the treadmill at incline 7 and speed of 3 with 5lb weights, 15 minutes on the elliptical, 40 10lb weighted squats. 15 10lb dumbbell chops on each side, 15 10lb standing side bends on each side (2 reps), 15 10lb dead lifts.
20 minutes on the treadmill at incline of 8 and speed of 3, 40 15lb weighed squats, 15 minutes on the elliptical, 10 10lb dumbbell chops on each side, 35 10lb dead lifts, 15 10lb standing side bends on each side (3 reps)
15 minutes on elliptical, emi wong standing workout, 20 15lb weighed squats

Sooo sorry I haven't been updating I recently got a job and now I'm sick. Will be updating as soon as I've perfected a new routine that fits around my work hours and also overcome this cold, flu or whatever it's is.
