he was very busy lately so he had to cancel quite a few of your dates for the past few weeks. he was all worried that you would be annoyed and angry, thinking that he prioritizes work over you and all but when he was finally able to talk to you about the situation and you assured him that you understand, he was beyond words. he couldn’t believe his luck that had landed him such an amazing person as a lover.

now this doesnt mean that he would be all cool about the situation himself. he was thankful that you were understanding and chill but he looks like the kind of guy that would want to be the ideal perfect boyfriend so he might still beat himself up for it and promise to make up for it for sure.

Siyoung looks like the kind of guy that would distance himself from most people when he’s working. since u two had just started dating and you didn’t really know each other from before, after a few weeks of spending time in his studio being all busy and distant it would finally hit him that he might have hurt your feelings by his actions. i don’t think he would be able to bring himself to meet you face to face, afraid of how you might be feeling. he would prolly give a call and lowkey bring the topic up . after you convince him that you are cool with it and that you understand he will feel very relieved. after that he’ll make sure to at least send you  good morning and goodnight texts once in a while assuring you that hes alive.

This is actually based on a true story not with giriboy obviously…we just wanted to make our lives seem interesting   ಥ_ಥ

As you and your friend walked into Starbucks, you were hit with the smell of coffee, sugar and warm tea. We queued for a little while before grabbing our drinks and walked upstairs to the tables and continued our heated discussion on kpop. Just as we were talking about Mad Clown, Jooyoung and Giriboy (and how perfect they all are) a boy, who has been sat behind us for a long period of time, suddenly moved his cup onto our table and went back to collect the rest of his things.

Obviously, we found this quite surprising as we had been checking him out only a few moments ago. Trying not to seem desperate, we went back to our conversation and each time we mentioned a kpop idol, he’d look up and stare for a few seconds before going back to his writing. Suddenly, while we were just subtly staring at him, he picked up his phone, dialed a number and started to have a discussion in our favourite, yet slightly limited in translating, language… aka Korean. “Wait, is he… is he speaking Korean?” your friend whispers to you, slightly shocked at the coincidence that you’d been speaking about Korea for the past half hour.

After a while of just casually watching him on the phone, we decided it was time to finally go as our drinks had been finished a long time ago. While standing up and slowly, very slowly, walking down the staircase, you heard a voice calling after you. “Hey wait! You both left something!” He calls.  He handed your friend her phone and you, your purse. “Oh thanks, umm…” You stopped not knowing his name, “Si-Young, but my friends call me Giriboy.” He said as he took his hoodie and snapback off.

As you and your friend tried not to die, you both gave each other a look before turning back and trying to calmly introduce yourselves. “I’m (Y/N) and this is (Y/F/N).” You say as he puts out his hand for both of you to shake. “Well I’m guessing you already know who I am since you’ve been talking about me the whole time you’ve been here.” He cockily smirked. “Anyway I’m not going to keep you ladies any longer but here-” he said while writing something on your hand, “Is my number. You two seem fun to hang out with. Call me tomorrow and me and my friends will come pick you two up and we’ll go out somewhere.” Were his last words before he turned and walked off.

“What just happened?” Your friend says as you left the building.

“i think crunchyroll might be rank for one for that,” he admits with a chuckle, outing himself as the vivid anime fan he is. “then kkt as the obvious second but also whatsapp for pals from overseas. what else is there....” he scrolls through his phone, humming in thought. “oh- spotify for sure! can’t forget that one. i got a couple playlists that I shuffle through depending on the occasion and mood. as for the last one... probably cookierun kingdom. my brother kind of got me into that one,” he admits while waving his phone. “hollyberry cookie is just the best.”

“not to be boring but I keep my notes pretty organized actually. there isn’t a random note that I forgot why it existed or why it’s there. I mainly use the notes app to write poems or grocery lists that jinseo gives me. or gift ideas for people who’s birthday is coming up. things I’d like to get jaehwa but she won’t allow me to buy for her...,” he pouts a little, scrolling down the page. “i wasn’t able to really spend our 500 days anniversary together nor her birthday so I just want to get her something really nice... but I know she’ll hit me if I spend too much money-”

“last message was... from domi! he replied to the picture I sent him. i like to take pictures with my phone when I travel and he gives me the best reactions to them, heh. as for call...,” he moves to his phone app and purses his lips. “my mother. asking me when I’ll arrive for chuseok and if I’m bringing a plus one. i did ask jaehwa if she wanted to come but I’m a bit worried they will try to pick her apart. if they only dare to say a bad word to her I’m taking her back home right away, no matter how jinseo wants me to be civil.”

“does crystallis whole dischoreography so far count,” he chests with an amused eye smile, exhaling a gust of laughter before scrolling through his last played. “I think I was listening to my chill playlist last to help me settle down after my schedules. so lets see... majority of these probably doesn’t ring a bell to you. there’s mountains by slo five feat. chill select, dusk by lotus beats also feat. chill select- you can tell it’s a playlist i just incorporated into my own. shut eye from laffey- fabulous artist. I love them. the long night by seori feat. giriboy is there and last but not least swim away by kim sejeong. I need to bug jaehwa to record me a cover of that song, she’d sound incredible, I just know it.”

Simon Dominic: I feel like he wouldn’t agree to an entire album because his style is very particular and he does work with other people but I think he’d want a little more creative control so he’d probably do a few songs or a single with you though.

Dean: He’d gladly say yes to a collab however like Ssam D he’d probably only do maybe a single or two because he’d also very particular about his music and how it sounds as well so he needs creative control.
