I WOULD LOVE TO

- TJ’s family tended to go to McDonald’s a lot so now he thinks going anywhere besides McDonalds is super fancy.

- I still love the idea of Tarty exes, that still lives in my brain, so I would love the idea of Buffy and Cyrus planning a double date and then TJ and Marty sit down like “what are you doing here?”

- TJ asks Andi to help him make a gift for Cyrus for one of their monthiversaries and it is about as awkward as you can expect because TJ keeps getting so frustrated and Andi isn’t the best teacher but eventually they have a breakthrough and it results in the best gift ever

- TJ keeps coyly asking Cyrus to come to the swing set with him and Cyrus is kind of avoidant about it until eventually he confesses that he saw him and Kira there and that it really hurt him and TJ gets to explain and apologize

- They stop trying to have milkshake dates at The Spoon after the tenth time it’s crashed by the entire GHC plus Amber plus Jonah plus Libby and so on and so forth

- You better believe that next costume day TJ goes all out to apologize. He makes the two of them do several costume changes throughout the day and each of them are disgustingly sweet couples costumes. There’s not a single person at Grant High that doesn’t know they’re together.

- TJ and Cyrus movie dates consist of High School Musical 1 2 and 3 just because I said so

An actual explanation as to why I think Jonah Beck from Andi Mack is autistic (by an autistic person)

Disclaimer every autistic person is different. This has become a popular hc in the fandom, and I am explaining why, based on my own traits and common signs and symptoms I've noticed in the character.

Hyperfixations:

Lots of autistic people have hobbies or special interests that they take really seriously they like to talk about it with other people even if they don't seem as interested or if its annoying them. Jonah's special interests were ultimate frisbee and guitar he would get so defensive if anyone said ultimate wasn't a sport, and he carried his frisbees with him a lot apparently even after he had stopped playing as much and when he took up guitar, he literally started wearing shirts with guitars on them bro found a new special interest and never looked back (its especially important bc it helps him cope with anxiety).

Social queues (lack of awareness)

Ik Jonah is sometimes comic relief and portrayed as oblivious, but he fr doesn't understand things like flirting like that scene from unloading zone when those girls were flirting with him and he just "Yeah uh... its free 🧍‍♂️😁". He also sometimes doesn't understand when something is really important to someone else, especially if he's concentrated on a special interest (when andi protested her school dress code in s1, for example). Also, just amber saying at some point, "If you want Jonah to not say anything, you have to be very explicit," and the fact that he accidentally got himself and the ghc in trouble in unloading zone.

Anxiety/meltdowns/sensory aversions

ofc anyone can experience anxiety, and it's not a part of the diagnostic criteria, but lots of autistic people experience high levels of anxiety in later life. Jonah canonically has panic attacks and struggles with anxiety, which (in my opinion, anywho) can be taken for a meltdown, but like I said, everyone's different not all meltdowns are out of sadness sometimes they can be angry like when Jonah flipped that board game and said "now its over". I noticed he gets them in uncomfortable social situations that are overwhelming he also said on a few occasions that he doesn't like confrontations, which could be seen as too much sensory input, which causes meltdowns

And he has food aversions from again too much sensory input when at Cyrus' grandmothers shiva he says he couldn't recognise anything on the food table even tho there was literally a bagel in front of him and he ate the fish Cyrus told him not too eat. He also says he's embarrassed of his panic attacks. I'm embarrassed of meltdowns he's so me. Also, this whole discourse of people saying Jonah doesn't have feelings he does he just struggles expressing or processing them.

Face blindness/masking

Many autistic teens and children have face blindness or facial-agnosia, meaning they don't always recognise faces they've already seen or just identify people in different ways Jonah's little line in s1 "some people never forget a face, I never forget a foot" was enough proof for me. Also, masking is when an autistic person basically hides that they're autistic by suppressing certain behaviours around certain people, and I think Jonah does this a lot in s1 to keep up this mr. popular image when Buffy said he only had 2 facial expressions could be taken as a sign of masking. I noticed it seemed like he didn't have any other friends after s1 accept from the ghc this could be because he felt he didn't have to mask in front of them (as an autistic person masking is exhausting I don't blame him) he definitely feels least judged around Cyrus and Buffy.

Stimming/repetition

Once again, it was likely for comedic purposes, but Jonah sometimes repeats things that have already been said, which is how some autistic people like to communicate whether it be repeating their words or echoing others (echolalia) I noticed Jonah do this in s3 when Buffy's talking about why she rejected Walker and he just says "I feel bad for the guy" like twice and I've noticed subtle stims when he's both nervous and happy Jonah is very expressive with his hands when he talks plus that trampoline park date must of been one fun sensory experience.

UCC honours Oguaamanhen Osabarimba Kwesi Atta II

The honorary award is in recognition of his distinguished service to the university, Central Region, Ghana and the global community, particularly his commitment to promoting peace, unity and development.

The University of Cape Coast has conferred an honorary degree of law on the paramount chief of Oguaa Traditional area, Osabarimba Kwesi Atta II. The honorary award is in recognition of his distinguished service to the university, Central Region, Ghana and the global community, particularly his commitment to promoting peace, unity and development.

The chancellor of the university, Dr. Sir Sam Esson Jonah in his address commended the omanhen for his outstanding leadership in ensuring the University lived in harmony with the surrounding communities over the years. “Osabarima’s love for Cape Coast, his contributions to the university, his role in promoting regional unity and peace, and his advocacy for local development make him an exemplary honoree. Indeed, this honour is long overdue,” he stated.

The vice chancellor of the university, Prof. Johnson Nyarko Boampong reiterated the school’s continuous commitment in recognising and rewarding individuals who contribute to the advancement of society. He further noted that traditional rulers play an important role in the lives of many Africans. “In many countries, traditional rulers play a prominent role as mediators of violent conflict and champion community development and transformation,” he added.

In his acceptance speech, Osabarimba Kwesi Atta II expressed his gratitude to the management of the university for the recognition. “What is happening today is an act of God and I give God all the honour,” he said. Osabarima further promised to continue to ensure the school lives in harmony with its neighbouring communities.

“I want to assure you that I will spend all the time available to make sure whatever it is that is bothering the smooth academic teaching and peaceful existence of this institution”, he stated. The omanhen who is an accountant by profession, further pledged to reward the best graduating accounting student each year with a sum of GHC 2,000.

Once a week the group has a movie night and one person chooses the movies I feel like it would end up being a mix of comedy, horror, action and romance and ofc the odd musical

They take turns making meals but they have to cook in pairs because Jonah let a dish rag catch on fire one time

Cyrus would constantly be on everyone’s back about washing and sanitising their hands which isn’t a bad thing but it gets annoying 

Jonah seems really down at some points and Andi, Buffy and Cyrus ask him “what’s wrong?” and he just says “I miss the red rooster and open mic nights :(” and they know how comforting the place was for Jonah when he got stressed so every 2 weeks they have their own open mic night with Bowie on zoom call

They pretty much call their parents everyday at different times and they do go back to their houses to get clothes and food and to see them but also socially distance

During summer Jonah went to his apartment grabbed a bunch of supplies and took them all camping which sounds chaotic but it went well they camped next to a lake and enjoyed the time they spent outside after being inside for so long

Mini photo shoots !! literally Andi would just clear space and they spend hours taking cool photos

They have a lot of floor picnics with candles and soft music like Bex, Bowie and Andi did in season one

Skin care evenings™

They took this chance to get back in touch with Iris, Libby and Walker who were more than happy to be friends again

When they have to do zoom school if they were in the same class they would sit together on zoom call and their teacher would be very confused

They attempt to play games but with all four of them competitive it usually ended in arguments and calling it a draw

When restaurants re-opened they lived off baby taters for 2 days and when retail shops where okay to re-open they just shopped for a day 

I think they finally went home before high school started first they got 

tested and when it came back negative they finally moved back into their own houses (Not before deep cleaning Cece’s house first to say thank you) they miss the time they miss it but they were so glad to be back home <3
