So, imagine that all of us are living on Coruscant during the Clone Wars. Obviously, we would all be going to 79’s, right? Now I’m wondering what everyone is gonna wear the first time you’re going? What kind of drinks do you order? What will you be doing? Who will you be flirting with?

What to Wear: depends on what vibe I’m going for, TBH. If I want sexy, Maybe like a cute bodysuit paired with a nice pair of jeans that shows off my ass. My ass is small, but she can show off with the right pair of jeans. If I just want to feel pretty and authentically me, a nice dress, preferably one with a twirly skirt that I can feel as I move around cause it makes me feel like a princess. I know I look good in teal/green or blue, and maybe match it with a small pair of heels, because even though I’m 4 feet 11 and a half, I’m not willing to kill my feet just so I can be taller. As for my hair, I have really nice, really soft blonde hair, and it’s one of the few things that I’m rather vain about. I might just leave it down, because I like how it feels against my shoulders as I walk. Or, depending on the outfit, put it up in a nice and high ponytail because I like the way it swings. It’s just fun to me I don’t know why.

What to order: I find the taste of any alcohol really disgusting and intolerable, so probably just water. This would mean, under normal circumstances, that I’m the designated driver. However, because I’m blind, I am exempt, and I am therefore the designated viber, just here for the vibes and to spend some time with my friends. If I want to achieve the sensation of feeling pleasantly buzzed, I’ll go out and steal a few hits off of my friends weed, as that usually turns me into a social butterfly for the rest of the night, and God knows I could use the boost around new people.

What to do: as mentioned before, I’m a pretty anxious person when it comes to being in these environments. As a blind person I find them really loud and overstimulating. So if one of my friends has even successfully managed to drag me out here, that’s a feat within itself and deserves to be celebrated. I’m probably sticking really close to them, because I know that they are a group that will make sure I’m safe and won’t just leave me stranded somewhere. Don’t get me wrong, with my friends, we’ll talk and have fun and one of them might even drag me out to dance. But if a new person approaches our table, I might become a little bit more shy, and might need breaks throughout the night to go outside and breathe because of the overwhelming environment.

Who to woo: guys... this is really haaard😩 for starters, I think I’m horrible at talking to new people. Starting a conversation makes me want to crawl under the pit table and hide, and the idea of actually having to keep up the conversation makes me even more anxious. For this, I need an excellent wing woman to make introductions, and continuously push me to keep talking. If I’ve got that, then realistically, I think I’m making my way over to Echo. He’s on the quieter side, but I don’t think he’s shy. He’s got confidence and charisma that I find insanely attractive and I feel like, if we got to talking, we’d hit it off. By the end of the night, he’d be policing all of his brothers around him to respect the rules of not engaging with my guide dog, and I will have opened up to the point where we could switch from really deep conversations, to mindless chatter to just, comfortable silence that doesn’t feel awkward for either of us. When I go home, my friends will tell me about the way he was looking at me the whole night, and they’ll describe to me how he smiled and couldn’t bring himself to look away every time I spoke.

So, imagine that all of us are living on Coruscant during the Clone Wars. Obviously, we would all be going to 79’s, right? Now I’m wondering what everyone is gonna wear the first time you’re going? What kind of drinks do you order? What will you be doing? Who will you be flirting with?

What to Wear: I tend to keep my hair short, chin or shoulder length, short enough that the most I can do with it is brush it and let it do its thing. Especially if I recently had it dyed a fun color, generally blue, green, or purple. Clothing-wise, I'm not going to dress to show off, shorts, boots, and a tank top. Maybe a thin jacket if it's cool enough. I'll have some subtle jewelry on, a white gold necklace, and matching pinky ring.

What to Order: I don't drink, I don't like the taste of any alcohol, so I'll be happy as the designated driver and drink a Sprite or a Coke (or the Star Wars equivalent).

What to Do: Talk and joke with my friends. The club is a social setting, after all, so I'm watching their stuff, making sure that they don't get too drunk, and making sure that no one messes with their drinks or their purses. I'd definitely be going home alone. (I'm the mom friend, lol)

Who to Woo: Honestly, Dogma or Echo. I'm a bit quieter, and I think they both would appreciate that I'm going out of my way to make sure that my friends have a good time. Plus, I like listening to people talk, so they can ramble about anything and everything under the sun, and I'd listen to them.

What to wear: Okay, so outfit-wise, I'm a pretty simple gal. I dress for the weather and atmosphere, but I'm a sucker for casual clothes 😭💕 For me, I'd choose a basic fitted singlet, maybe something nice, like one of my embroidered cardigans and a pair of wide-leg jeans (possibly also embroidered). Yes, I'm a sucker for that cute cottagecore shit. I'm a softie, so - flower-power, bitches! 💐💐 My white sneakers, if we're doing a lot of walking/dancing! I'm also like my Nésa, Lya - I'm the mom friend of the group, so a first-aid kit in my blue leather satchel bag is a must!! Bandaids, alchohol wipes and being able to carry any personal essentials for my fellow friendsies is ALWAYS necessary. Curly hair in a messy bun or down. No in-between, besties. 🤣💖

What drinks will I order?: *slams table* LEMON-LIME BITTERS 🍋🍹. Non-alcoholic drinks for me, guys. I'm literally one of the worst people to take clubbing. But, non-alchoholic drinks literally taste better. You take me to a pub? It's gonna be pink lemonade or nothing. I need to be in control and have the coherence to make sure each person I'm with doesn't get too hammered and always has company to places like the bar or bathrooms. I also would be the perfect person to watch drinks. Can never be too careful, besties. I might just break out my cringe moves, if you're lucky 🤣💖

What I'll be doing: If you can't already tell, a club really isn't my kind of thing. Parties aren't really comfortable places for me, I'm often just fretting over drunk friends, making sure they don't hurt themselves. I love the company of friends though, so I have no doubts that I'd go just for the presence of the people I trust and care about. So I'm a chaperone and your dinner and drinks buddy. Like I mentioned before - I might bust out my cringe moves if I have enough encouragement from my beloveds 😭😂💕

Who will I be flirting with: Flirting? Me?? Same sentence??? I'm terrible at it. I can't fathom wooing a bloke, in all honesty. BUT. That being said!!! Rex, Cody and Fives my beloveds?? Who knows, I might just shoot my shot, even if it is just to make the first two go red in the face 😂💞 I love them so much, but they're duty first, play later peoples. What to Wear: I'm a very casual and semi-androgynous dresser. I'd probably go with black skinny jeans or leggings with leather accents, a black chelsea boot, and a spaghetti-strap top that shows some shoulders and back. If I were feeling more femme that night I'd a knee-length dress with an open back. Definitely a silver chain necklace with some dangly silver earrings.

What to Order: I can't drink anymore because they trigger my migraines, so right now I would order a mocktail or--they've recently started having these in bars around where I live--a THC seltzer drink. But if I were still in my twenties or space alcohol didn't give me a migraine, I'd have the equivalent of some sort of Tom Collins cocktail or a gin and tonic, or a beer.

What to Do: I'd definitely post up in a booth or at the bar chatting with friends until I was a drink or two in and felt like dancing!

Who to Woo: Literally the entire Bad Batch. When I was in my early twenties I used to woo men by being a little mean to them, which I'm certain would work on Crosshair. Based on my life experience, Crosshair and I would hook up a few times and then he would ghost me and I'd never hear from him again.

My late twenties I evolved to be nicer and like nerdy soft boys and I think I could pull Echo, for sure. Based on my life experience, Echo and I would start dating and get married. He's probably the closest to my husband in terms of personality.

I would casually flirt with Wrecker and hardcore flirt with Tech but nothing would come of it for either of them.

Hunter's a bit of a mystery in terms of my type, I would definitely be into him but it's like a fifty-fifty shot of whether he'd reciprocate any flirting I think.

What to Order: the equivalent to red bull or a hard cider.

What to do: I'd be perched at the bar where the tender can keep an eye on me. If it's not busy we'll probably be chatting if it is I'm likely to pull out a book like I usually do.

Who to Woo: Interesting question, I wouldn't be setting out to woo any one usually just out for the noise and always on the hunt for novel places to take in the scenery.

Fives would probably approach me first, it's always the obnoxious over confident one first. Then poor Wrecker might ask me why I look so down leading to an awkward explanation that... That's just my face.

"But Nix," you say, " Aren't you gaga for Crosshair?"

Based on external knowledge my friends. Also there would be no approaching there. He would be the reason I look up from my book every few minutes sure as hell I'm being watched. Garunteeeed to piss me off should I catch him which... Does get him closer to sleeping with me so kudos.

What to wear: ok so I don't have a full body picture of it, but this is what my top, jewelry, and makeup would look like:

I would also wear some black leggings and black boots to match✨

What to order: a mocktail of some sort, I don't do alcohol LOL. something akin to a pina colada or anything with caf in it. I'll take a spike of space Kahlua if they have it 😜

What to do: I absolutely would not be by myself, so I'd mostly be hanging out with whatever friends I came along with. I'd join in on any dancing though 😁

Who to woo: I'm not someone who approaches other people, especially if I find them attractive... and being surrounded by a bunch of handsome soldiers, hoo boy... buuuuut I would definitely have my eyes on certain ones. especially if there were a group of unusual looking Clones that stand out from the rest 😉 I could see myself getting fixated on the one with half a skull tattooed on his face, going back and forth between questioning his aesthetic choices and being completely overwhelmed by how handsome he is. he and I both seem to be reacting the same way to the environment, not really doing much besides interacting with friends. during an unscheduled dance party break though, we somehow end up dancing next to each other, and I'm completely blown away by how good he is. to my surprise, he's equally impressed with my dancing, and we end up casually getting to know each other while moving across the dance floor. I get exhausted way before he does, and he offers to buy me a drink so I don't pass out. turns out he also doesn't drink that much alcohol, and I introduce him to my favorite mocktails. we continue to chat the night away, just the two of us; it seems as though our respective friend groups have decided to leave us alone for unknown reasons. we end up having more in common than we initially thought. even if nothing romantic comes about from the experience, we at least each garnered a new friend... although lbr, romance is most certainly in the future 😋

What To Wear: So, I'm definitely a 2000s Emo/Scene/80s rocker. What I'm wearing is dad jeans, my checkered beat up vans, and one of my favorite button up shirts with a button or two unbuttoned at the top. I have pink/purple hair emo rocker hair haha so I'm making sure that's styled to perfection and I definitely wear makeup; thick winged eyeliner, matching eyeshadow, dark blush over my nose and cheeks. And I'm blind, so my glasses lol

What To Order: I don't usually drink? But something fruity and tasty is what I'd order.

What To Do: I'm dancing. I'm 100% a dancer and if the music is good, I'm moving! I'm enjoying that good music.

Who to Woo: Fives. I would find him as quickly as I could because I know we'd have so much fun together and he'd appreciate my look as much as I do. If I couldn't find him, I'd probably try my luck at getting Wolffe to talk to me but I doubt that'd work as well I'd want it to haha

What to Wear: so, i have a couple of options for dresses i could wear. there's my beige vintage fit-and-flare dress, it's got spaghetti straps and it's flowy and has renaissance art prints on the fabric. (my only concern is that it's very low cut, i went to watch hamilton wearing it and i joked to one of my bffs that i looked like i was 'tits out for [hamilton character name]' lololol)

the other outfit option is a short flowy and flattering black and white polka dot dress that i love a lot and feel really comfy in.

shoes wise i'd probably just wear a pair of black kitten heels, and then i'd bring a matching mini backpack.

my hair would be down and curly, and i'd have some pretty elaborate eye makeup, including eyeliner. probably a neutral lip colour. i don't usually wear a lot of hand jewellery as i have sensory issues with that type of thing, but i'd for sure wear my moon necklace.

What to Order: i'd probably just order a soda because i don't drink alcohol. if i'm feeling up to it i might have a non-alcoholic cocktail!

What to Do: much like my vod'ika i'm the parent friend, so i would just likely be sitting in the corner sipping my virgin cocktails and people watching! if a song comes on that i really like i could probably be easily coerced into getting up for a dance, though!

Who to Woo: i'm not flirtatious by nature, so i probably wouldn't be wooing anyone (though i might give rex a few sideways glances if i see him around, heh). i'm more like the terminal wingman, and i'm happy with that!

7. tell us about the plot of the first fanfic you ever wrote.

oh my god, it's so embarrassing. i was 12 years old and i was obsessed with the Dolan twins. they were huge back then on vine and YouTube. i was using wattpad at the time. and the fic i created was "the dolan twins are my bullies" 😭 IT'S EMBARRASSING EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT. i was so new to writing, so my writing was fucking horrid (bad spelling, bad punctuation, horrible plots, etc.) and it got a few hundred thousand views. i refuse to read it again now that i'm almost 22 years old 😭

10. at what point in the process do you come up with titles, and how easy or hard is that for you?

funny enough, titles are the second biggest thing i struggle with in story-building (summaries are #1). i try to build around titles to get a feel of how i want the fic to go, but then i get so obsessive over trying to come up with a title that matches the energy and vibes i want to convey. like, it's extremely hard and exhausting. because also, the title won't match the plot and then the fic won't match the title, so it gets really messy. i WANT to try writing first and then creating the title after, but my friggin' brain won't let me use that technique 💔

16. where is your favorite place to write?

in a moving vehicle 🩷 i'm a huge lover of long rides, so the gentle rocking motions of the car/bus/train calms me down and puts me in a state of tranquility and creativity. also, being out in nature helps me shut my brain off and focus on what needs to be done. i usually write in bed, alone. i've soon realized that isolation is what negatively impacts my creative processes 🥺

20. what is your favorite trope to write?

oooooo, that's a tricky one. THERE'S SO MANY TROPES I LOVE TO WRITE AND WANT TO WRITE. enemies to lovers is just *chef's kiss* 😚🤌🏼 delicious. add in some angst and slow burn ??? that is top fucking TIER. a close second is definitely husband x wife fics. especially protective, guard dog husband fics. that's a good oomph.

22. describe your writing process from scratch to finish.

- develop inspiration from a song, gif, moodboard, movie scene, etc.

- write it down in the notes app

- listen to a playlist to create a vibe of whatever fic i want to write

- write a brief summary and warning tags i want to include in the fic (this helps me build around it)

- write one paragraph

- procrastinate for a few days

- go on pinterest and create a board for inspiration

- write the next few paragraphs until i reach mental exhaustion

- don't write for another few days

- procrastinate and talk about my fic ideas to my fiancé rather than sit and write

- write the next few paragraphs

- procrastinate for a few hours

- listen to music to get in the mood

- force myself to finish the last few paragraphs

- spend another hour rereading and editing

it was so, so incredibly difficult to pick just three. just know that i had well over 15+ writers, but i narrowed it down to the three that inspired me to start writing for Pedro characters when i wiggled my way into the fandom 🩷

79. are you an over-writer, under-writer, or just-right-er?

IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE MOOD I'M IN. when i'm so excited about a new fic i want to write, i'm an over-writer. i go overboard and don't realize that i wrote well over 10k words. when i'm in a depressive, mentally exhausted state, i lose care in my writing and write just to write, not really enjoying myself, so that causes me to be an under-writer. i'm one or the other. there's no in between, unfortunately 😣

86. which season best matches the mood of your wip(s)?

[ just like that - day six - perv!stepdad!joel ] ; early fall when it's thunder-storming and insanely windy and dark outside.

[ the serpent and the crown - king!marcus acacius x concubine!reader ] ; late winter when there are blizzards and frostbite type of cold, but also sunny, warm, winter mornings.

What to Wear: I'm not a party person (not someone who could stay up pretty late either for that matter) but I guess that I would wear my favourite red dress, it's a body fitting, lacy, knee-length one that I love, with my favourite black sandals that have a little heel. Hair down in all it's length and just some black lipstick as makeup, for accessories I would wear my inseparable silver rings on both my hands and a set of matching black bead earrings and necklace. And because I'm the mom friend of the group I can't go anywhere without my black leather backpack.

What to Order: I'm also abstemious lmao, so I would just order a fruity drink without alcohol and watch all my friends get drunk and dance.

What to Do: I would have to be dragged to 79s by pure force of the universe or coerced by my friends, so following the whole "mom friend" line I would sit down, book in one hand and my fruity concoction in the other, casting occasional glaces at my friends to check that they're alright and not getting too drunk, making sure that they take some water too and that they're never alone (specially while going to the bathroom).

I'm the worst possible person to bring to 79s, sorry.

Who to Woo: This one's funny, because a lot of people had told me in the past that I'm a flirt, but I have to make a conscious effort to actually flirt with someone, otherwise I'm thinking that I'm simply being polite and friendly, so, in the odd case that the stars align and I'm in the right mood, I'll try to flirt with either Dogma (because I'm a person who loves routines, calm and rules) or Echo (because even with the above, I'm a sarcastic bastard with a dark humor that likes to be surprised once in a while).

I would love to say that I would try to woo some of my favourite clone boys (sorry to the ones mentioned before), but I have to be realistic.

What to Wear: I would wear a long tight dress to accentuate my curves. It’s sexy without revealing too much and I would wear my hair open and with my natural waves. Maybe I’d add a little bit of jewelry, but not to much. A necklace with a little golden heart pendant or something like that. And I’d wear comfy flat shoes, nice sandals or similar style. I hate walking in heels and I like that I am very small.

What to Order: I’m not good with alcohol but I’d order maybe a glass of white wine to get started and I’m sure they have some yummy non alcoholic cocktails to continue the night.

What to Do: I like to imagine myself dancing but let’s be honest I’m autistic as fuck and I’ll probably sit in the corner until someone comes and talks to me. I don’t think he is big on partying, so he might enjoy joining me in my quiet corner with a drink. I’d let him give me a taste of his whisky on his lips and slide his hand under my dress while he whispers all the dirty things he wants to do with me later in my ear. Or maybe Hunter would approach me, seeing me sitting there alone would activate his protective instinct and he would enjoy that I am small even next to him. If I get lucky either of them take me home to play with the rest of the Batch, heard they don’t mind sharing.

So, imagine that all of us are living on Coruscant during the Clone Wars. Obviously we would all be going to 79’s, right? Now I’m wondering what everyone is gonna wear the first time you’re going? What kind of drinks do you order? What will you be doing? Who will you be flirting with?

What to wear: I’d probably show up in a shorter black dress with a slit in one of the thighs (the neck line doesn’t really matter if I’m being completely honest, I’ve got no tits anyways). I’m already pretty tall, but I’d definitely wear a pair of heels to match the outfit. I absolutely adore jewelry so I’d go ham with that. Studs, hoops, thin chains, rings, and if I’m feelin extra, maybe a chain garter on the more exposed thigh. I have yet to get any large tattoos, but if I had the ones I’m wanting then those would definitely be on display 💅🏼✨ As for hair I’ve gotta say either in my usual half up half down or I’m letting the mane down (I’ve got a curly wolf/shag cut). Finally for make up I’d probably go pretty heavy on the eyes and lips (my favorite part about doing my make up). Something warm and neutral with a bit of shimmer to make it pop in the lighting. Eye liner is a must, nothing too crazy though! The lips I’ve gotta say I’d line em with something lighter and fill them with a darker shade, topping it off with some gloss.

What to order: I don’t drink much, but I love fruity stuff, so maybe something along those lines.

What to do: I’m likely there with friends because I’m not going to go do something fun alone. I can’t really dance, so unless someone drags me to the dance floor you’re outa luck (unless the wobble or another dance I actually know comes on). I’d probably be chatting it up with anyone I meet, I’m very social.

Who to woo: I am not one to flirt (intentionally), so me wooing someone is unlikely. I’d rather make friends with the guys, but if someone happens to manage to impress me then it’s game on. Apparently I tend to intimidate people at first, how I have no idea, but I’m sure in this scenario I’m outa luck with playing that card. I’d be an absolute wreck if Fives were there because I love him one, and two we’d probably just become like friends or something(leaving me heartbroken 😂💀). I’d be interested to see who I attract amongst the crowd and what we’d discuss(someone plz give me ideas). (I technically would be working alongside them in terms of military and aviation, so I’d probably be friends with quite a number there)

What to Wear: I would wear a tighter black dress with at least a slit to show of the tattoos on my thighs, my usual silver juwelry (piercings and necklace) and fitting comfortable shoes. For hair, I definetly would put some effort in making it look wavy. I don't really wear makeup, but i would put on mascara to feel like I have eyes.. and highlight my dark blue-grey eyes. My nails would be a medium sized coffin with a mix of elegant, royal blue and black design.

What to Order: Something that doesn't taste like pure bitterness.. Maybe something fruity, a bit sweeter.

What to Do: I would look imideatly for a comfort place where I can stand and observe the club. Someone would probably catch me overthinking and overanalyzing. Knowing me, I would get out after some time, regretting even getting there in the first place. Yet someone would find mestanding outside and start talking to me. They would end up ''adopting'' me, introducing me to their friends.

Who to Woo: Honestly, if a certain captain isn't there, I wouldn't be that interested in flirting. Yet having a good time with the troopers, just dancing, talking and joking around would be my idea of fun. Even though I would prefer sitting at a table in a corner, enjoying the music and sharing conversations with someone that makes me feel comfortable. I would rather have a nice chat with a certain someone, than going out of my way doing something I am not that comfy with.

I love the fact that, not only did Grian see parts of the stream at just the right time to join Tubbo and Scar's call and commiserate with Tubbo over having to deal with Scar - "Welcome to my world/I am so glad this isn't just me" - but at SOME point both Doc and Tango were also watching, popped into chat, and immediately said "Shhh, we're lurking" without elaborating. So like. Basically three separate Hermits, including the other half of Desert Duo, showed up just to enjoy the chaos with popcorn in hand. I love their friendship.

EDIT: Since making this post I’ve been informed that both Xisuma and False ALSO showed up, which I must have missed in the half hour I had to step away from the computer lol…so it was a whole Hermit party! I reiterate: I love their friendship.

YEAH it's called Thane's Death in Mass Effect 3.

The most fucking ruthless thing about Thane's Death is that no one acknowledges it. Like if you're going to kill a character, at least let the people close to them mourn. It's profoundly fucked up.

I've posted about this before but I can't express how betrayed I felt to see Garrus' standing by the memorial wall afterwards, fully expecting to hear him say anything at all about Thane. And then he says nothing. He talks about your Virmire survivor and whatever else. Idk what popular fanon of Garrus is like but I really don't believe he would be that oblivious. Garrus has endured enough loss to understand how exhausting it is. But all you get is a name on a wall.

It's bad, folks.

Like what the fuck. I wasn't expecting some mushy scene of heartfelt condolences, but since he's staring at the fucking memorial after a character dies, I expected some form of acknowledgement.

When Mordin dies, it's all anyone talks about. When Legion dies, everyone acknowledges his sacrifice. When Thane dies it's just silence. It hurts. Maybe they swept him under the rug because we already knew he was going to bite it, which is a piss poor excuse.

All it would have taken is for someone to stay, "I'm sorry about Thane, Commander."

The citadel memorial service is a nice touch but it's abundantly clear it's a reactionary addition, after the backlash from fans. I don't need to elaborate on why locking grief behind paid DLC is a problem. And when you choose the "I loved him" dialogue, your character actually says nothing of the fucking sort. Although I will admit it was a nice touch that the salarian counselor showed up. There's a lot to unpack there.

It's not Thane's fault that Kai Leng is a poorly written villain. The writers gave enough of a shit to give him a dignified death, saving the life of another, even if he absolutely kicked Leng's ass six ways to Sunday and then jumped on his sword like an idiot. The prayer by his bedside was beautiful even if I wish Shepard had the option of holding his hand.

Let me stop myself before I take this tangent off the fucking rails. ME3 is breathtaking in it's scope and care despite it's shortcomings, and now that I'm older and know more about how games are made I can better appreciate how much time and money went into it. I mean it when I say I fully believe the developers were not lazy when they made this game. They made some bad choices, but that's not the same as being lazy.

But if I had to ask for one thing to be done over, it would be the crew's reaction when Thane dies. Even if all that amounts to is "I heard Krios didn't make it."

EDIT: I'm actually shocked you don't get to keep Thane's memorial picture. For years I assumed you did. I was gutted when I learned it's only for the memorial ಠ_ಠ
