They are unprofessional, disorganized, rude, and incompetent and you absolutely should not trust Massachusetts General Hospital for your oral surgery needs because they have demonstrated they cannot be trusted to give good medical care.

Just saw a video showing a dog repeatedly knocking a cat down as it tried to escape over someone's low fence. Clearly the dog was playful, but the cat was hella annoyed, and kept swatting at the dog. Plus it's a cat, they are much more delicate than dogs, and it kept being dragged down bodily from the fence.
