Surrounded by discarded gadgets and remnants of human civilization, the dog remains vigilant, guarding what little remains. highlights of yesterday:

My dad, and two older German men, none of whose English was good, my dad included, getting so salty about the baggage fines that inheared swear words formerly unknown to man.

My dads and mine navigation being either so deeply in the negatives or absolutely godly.

Asking a dutch woman unknowingly where the train station is, and almost giving her a panic attack. Not really a highlight but it was interesting.

PIGEONS.

Went to go see a distant relative whose like 90, and ended up having a conversation with his grandson about how he ended up in a DnD group, an orc/goblin LARP group, and how when he told his parents that rn that he has to go tm vermin for something relating to school, nah hes just going for a warhammer tournament. Jsbdhshdhd that was the best conversation I've had in months.

maastricher straße // köln belgisches viertel

the classic post-war modern entrance front in brass and framed with tiles. unfortunately painted, although the abstract coloured tags on the neutral white background with its grid structure really stand out in an interesting way.

die klassische nachkriegsmoderne eingangsfront in messing und mit kleinen kacheln umrahmt. leider bemalt, wobei die abstrakten farbigen tags auf dem neutralen weißen untergrund mit seiner rasterstruktur durchaus interessant zur geltung kommen.
