when we say "gender is a social construct" we don't mean that gender isn't real because as much as we would like to joke around, gender has been inrooted deep into society and has very real affects onto people.
When I say gender is a social construct, that doesn't mean man and woman is a social construct. It means "men are tough and masculine, women are emotional and feminine" is a social construct. And because these ideals are reinforced from a young age, trans people must adhere and mold around this. Because of their want and desire to be another gender, they will do typically things expected of the gender they desire (eg, trans man playing with cars as a child or trans woman wanting to wear dresses as a child).
These labels though were entirely created by society to best describe the gender of the people, more specifically cis hetero people. Since trans people who don't fit the binary exist, these labels are discrimatory and because of their deep roots in society, it has caused bigotry within cis hetero community.
So we should abolish ideas of gender in general, since outside of societal expectations, people can do whatever they want and should be allowed that freedom without the shackles of outdated ideas such as "man is masculine and unemotional and woman is feminine and sensitive". Gender is not limited to man and woman and these stereotypes hurt everyone. Including cis hetero people.
"Man" and "woman" are just labels at the end of the day society created to describe personal gender. The same can be said for genderqueer labels, but this does not mean that their perception of gender isn't real. They are used to describe SOMETHING afterall, just like the traditional "man" and "woman". Except that genderqueer labels are just less accepted.
So like uh abolish gender my dudes

Cello
Playing the cello helps with my gender comfort - which is such an interesting thing to verbalize. I feel more in tune with who I am than I ever did when I played violin or piano. I am a complete novice but I want to make this life a meaningful one, and I'm going to go on so many adventures.

“As much as I know I contain femininity in me, like my own blood and my ability to breathe, I know there’s a lot more in me than womanhood, and I am always reaching for that space — it is my true home and I don’t even know how to describe it. “
I love how this article defines genderqueerness

"I have no interest in coddling men" actually means "I'm one of the most racist/fatphobic/terfy/classist motherfuckers you're ever going to meet, and I know exactly which axis to attack you on to expose the vulnerabilities of those marginalized classes." See if they ever decide to stop "coddling" the 6'2 daddies or the perfumed and performing twinks, fucking unlikely.

after 3 centuries i finally managed to properly redesign my dumbass sona, i was gonna initially just change their hair for a more androgynous look but then i. changed their lore a bit too
basically they volunteer for various jobs like delivering mail and milk, nursing and gardening (even though that's also their hobby)
no one knows their gender or their real name but they go by various plant/nature related names (like willow or sunflower)

My worst trait is that I will simply never believe that a transmasc reading of Jesse Pinkman is inherently at odds with the text. If such a large amount of transmasculine people see themselves in him and his relationship to gender, maybe it's not bc they're all idiots but actually because trans men relate to masculinity manhood and patriarchy in a way different from how cis men do, and because there is actually a common thread to the trans experience bc men and women are not different species
