“What, no raving monologue for Bones?”

“Shut it, McKinnon.”

“And how would you describe the relationship between Black and Bones?”

“What is this, Twenty Questions?”

“I hope I won't need twenty, no. Answer this one please.”

“A rivalry. Or, well, a one-sided rivalry, that is. I don't think Black ever wastes much of his time on Bones, but Bones is obsessed with outdoing Black.”

“Like how?”

“Well, when Black wants a motorcycle, Bones wants a motorcycle, when Black gets his ears pierced, Bones gets his ears pierced, when Black starts a band, Bones starts a band. Basically, Bones wants everything Black wants.”

“Exactly. Now, how would a clever boy such as yourself combine this information with Bones asking you out?”

“Gods, you're so smart, and you read so many books, while I hardly ever read, and you have such an amazing dry sense of humour, with all those sharp, sarcastic remarks, you make my pranks seem juvenile, and I wear leather jackets and band tees, sure, but you can just wear cardigans and sweater vests and still look so unique and cool, and you have this calming presence over you, like when you're reading and you're chewing your lip in that way that you do…”

“You… you've noticed me.”

“Of course I have. You think I would fancy you without knowing anything about you?”

Sirius’ face was the picture of solemnity. “To lay down one’s sword is to lay down one’s honor.” He unsheathed an imaginary sword from an imaginary scabbard. “I shalt not leave until I have freed the fair Arwen from thine evil imprisonment, foul orc! For not even fear of death can stifle the longing of my heart.” He grinned, winking over to the corner of the room where his boyfriend was slumped behind imaginary bars.

Remus sighed heavily and crossed his arms, trapped in a stupid imaginary cage. He should never have introduced them to Lord of The Rings.

Sirius Orion Black being the tallest, strongest, smartest, most powerful, and most attractive Marauder. Everyone in the castle wants a piece of him. He’s slept with most of the people in their year, along with the ones above and below theirs. He is, quite literally, the Casanova of Gryffindor Tower. He doesn’t study, but he still gets straight Os in every single class. He takes every single course for his NEWTs and gets Os in all of them. He’s one of those people that’s good at everything he gets his hands on. He’s friends with most people in Hogwarts, and has all sorts of connections with all sorts of people in every single social circle.

Enter Remus John Lupin, his geeky, awkward, kind of ugly, virgin, dork, studious, average height boyfriend. His idea of a wild evening is sitting in a corner, reading a book with some mildly sexual content with a cup of tea and a bar of chocolate. He clings to Sirius’ arm in social circumstances, twiddling his thumbs and silently watching everyone.

Hello! Can I request a matchup for Marauders era hp, mcu, criminal minds, and hunger games? (Sorry I couldn’t decide)

My pronouns are she/them and I’m bi (although I prefer guys). I’m an INFP muggle born slytherin and my moral alignment is chaotic good. I’m about 5’1”. I have thick black layered hair with curtain bangs, dark brown almond shaped eyes, and tan skin. I have youthful features, flat eyebrows, button nose, and a slightly crooked smile. I'm a bit quiet at first but once I trust you enough to open up I’m very sarcastic/witty and tease. I don’t trust easily, but once I do I’m very loyal and care a lot about my friends. I’m also a very passionate person who feels emotions very deeply. I like doing adventurous stuff and exploring and feel especially connected to nature, space, and the ocean. I’m a dreamer with a big imagination who’s always thinking. I LOVE music especially rock, indie, and soul. I like to read, write, and watch movies (fantasy, action, sci-fi, or mystery). Marauders Era

Remus was probably your only exception with the you don't trust easily. There was just something about him, maybe it was him being shy, or his smile or even seeing his scars and thinking 'he needs a friend'. Obviously being Remus' friend and then girlfriend means you're friends with the marauders and eventually once they and the others that hang out with them (Frank, Alice, Marlene, Mary, Lily and Dorcas) accept you, you all get along pretty well. You'd already known Lily for a while though as Snape had been once of your only friends in Slytherin. He'd also told you about his home life and the way James and Sirius were bullying him. That put a little dent in yours and Remus' friendship for a while until you'd finally told Remus why and the group had left him alone for a while. When Lily found out she and you grew a lot closer and even started sharing a couple clothes. Of course some clothes were too big or small depending on who was wearing them but with magic you could always adjust them. You never adjusted Remus' jumpers or shirts though. He and you both love how big they look on. He is practically a foot taller than you, remember.

MCU

Oh, you and Wanda Maximoff would be perfect together. She would constantly be complimenting your style and sometimes stealing your clothes and rings, she loves the feeling of your rings on her by the way. It's a sort of comfort thing for her. The two of you love doing any kind of duets together and she loves looking through your art as well. After Sokovia you did a picture for her of her and her brother with the rest of the Avengers, including Vision. It's what brought you two so close. You would also be her trainer so if something happens to her powers she can still fight and handle herself. Natasha would train her too if you couldn't but it would mainly be you.

Criminal Minds

Okay, Spencer wasn't my first pic but I don't know how you feel about Hotch and Rossi so this is who I'm going with. Spence loves your button nose, when the two of you are on cases and Hotch tells him he has to stay at the station and you're leaving or it's the other way around he goes up to you and kisses your nose before one of you leaves. He would definitely rely on your help with prank wars between himself and Derek. You were the one that came up with Spencer screaming in Derek's ears with his headphones on this phone when Garcia called. Obviously you have to wear more... _ clothes because of work but when you get home he loves your style around the house. And he loves when you curl your hair as well to match. He also loves when you leave it straight though. You for sure got him into different music than he's used too and the same with books and TV. He once started humming a Bon Jovi song and Emily nearly lost it, thankfully Derek wasn't in the room. That time. Oh, and when someone insults or makes a comment to/about Spencer, Hotch and Derek both have to hold you back and calm you down before you make a scene. They learned their lesson after the first time when you 'nearly chopped a guy's head off.'

Hunger Games

Finnick was quickly drawn to you when you were chosen in the quarter quell. You had been a part of the games maybe five years after him. You were two years younger than him at the time and when he was watching you in the games, he quickly admired your aim with the daggers. You had about ten different designs and two of each design. By the end though you only had three daggers left. You had gotten most back but some of them you just didn't have time too. When the two of you were chosen in the quarter quell both of you had been admiring each other's skills and techniques. When there was clips of you in your free time he could see your artwork and he was amazed by it so when he got to actually meet you he had practically begged for for tons of pieces from you that you were quite happy to oblige. You were a part of the 8th district so textiles which included clothing and accessories so it kinda explains why you would be so good at art and have steady hands.

Cant win in life because the extrovert in me wants a hot, intelligent, book-loving and calm but slightly geeky (in a hot way/grandpa way) looking boyfriend like Remus Lupin who can ground me and stop me from having a bitch fit over the slightest thing.

Another part of me, the introvert, wants to work in a bookstore and sit in my peaceful bubble until my loud, clumsy, golden-retriever of a boyfriend like James Potter comes and ruins it but in an endearing way. He’d follow me about and love me and be all cute but slightly irritating.

That's one of my favorites--I'm glad you liked it! There is no violence here, just some realizations from the mind of an eighth-grader with an attitude problem. SW credit goes to @lumosinlove!

Luke was having a shit day. He was pretty sure that he bombed his science quiz the day before and wasn’t looking forward to seeing the disappointment on his mom’s face when she saw the score, even though it was only worth 2% of his overall grade. Just try harder, she would say. I know you can do it. Just try.

And he did. He just sucked at science, and that was the way the world worked. Luke kicked a pebble and smiled as it pinged off the signpost. In his head, a goalhorn lit up red and his picture appeared on the jumbotron.

If I could play hockey all day, I would, he thought as he rounded the last corner to the school building. It was one of the only things that made him happy—he itched with the need to get out on the ice at every minute of the day. In the real world, where his pads were unstrapped and he wasn’t good at things, he was…bored. Really, really bored. There was nowhere to put the big feelings he got sometimes, and nothing to do.

His friends were already standing in a circle outside the side door, talking and laughing. They never seemed to need him much, anyway. Frustration flared in his chest and he kicked another pebble, harder this time—it smacked into the curb with a satisfying clatter and he felt a lovely bit of vindication. He didn’t need them to have fun.

Gasps broke out to his left and he craned his neck to see the source; as one of the taller kids in his class, he didn’t need to stretch very far. His heart skipped a beat. Joy soared, then came crashing down like a broken plane. Oh, shit.

Remus Lupin was at the other end of the parking lot, looking as normal as any parent dropping their kid off while he ruffled his little brother’s hair and ushered him away from the car. Remus Lupin, who was one of Luke’s absolute heroes; Remus Lupin, whose little brother he had been pushing around whenever he got bored or frustrated by life.

Shit, shit, shit. Jules’ eyes landed on him and narrowed. Luke forced a sneer, even as his pulse skyrocketed when the kid marched over with his hands balled into fists. He was scrawny, built a little like a scarecrow, but he had the same set to his mouth that his brother got just before beating the crap out of an opponent on the ice.

“What do you want, Loony?” he asked, crossing his arms.

Jules’ jaw ticked at the side. “Leave me alone.”

“You’re the one who came over here.”

“And don’t talk to me anymore.”

“Why not?”

A beat of silence passed before Jules drew himself up to his full height. His chin passed Luke’s chest by less than an inch. “My brother told me to be nice about this and report you, but if you fuck with me again, you’re gonna wish I just told the principal.”

Luke barely held down a smile. Hearing cuss words from an eleven-year-old who barely cleared five feet was more than a little funny. “Sure thing, shrimp. Hey, why don’t you—”

He faltered the second he glanced over Jules’ shoulder. Remus was still standing by their ancient car, glowering at the pair of them with those unsettlingly bright Lupin eyes. The sudden realization that this was Jules’ way of ‘being nice’ struck him like a runaway train; Luke was sharply and terribly aware that he would probably be on the ground with a busted nose if Remus hadn’t reined his little brother in.

Shadowhunters

Most YA lovers know The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. It came in the late 2000s which was basically the time of the YA revolution, featured a host of interesting characters, and was set in an urban fantasy world with warlocks, vampires, werewolves, seelies, demons, and Shadowhunters. Cassandra launched a whole universe with this first series. She later wrote The Infernal Devices trilogy, The Last Hours trilogy, The Eldest Curses trilogy, The Dark Artifices, and a few random spin off novellas/anthologies all set in the Shadowhunters universe.

I think I read the entirety of TMI when I was eleven, maybe ten, and I remember little else besides the fact that I loved it. I have so many books on my TBR list that when I tried to read the series again to fully comprehend it I only got to City of Ashes before Carry On caught my attention. I had watched the movie with my mother in maybe 2017 and started the tv show in 2018. However I similarly got drawn away from the Shadowhunters show. Recently I returned to it and I. LOVE. IT. I know it’s very different from the books, but I love it so much.

Katherine McNamara is fantastic as Clary. I love Kat, she seems like an amazing person and I love her in everything I’ve seen her in. Dominic Sherwood is a great Jace and besides his very unnatural looking blond hair, he is exactly as I imagined Jace Wayland-Lightwood-Morgenstern-Herondale to look like. Alberto Rosende’s Simon may turn into a vampire prematurely but his geeky ways are accurate as all hell and he delivers every line to comedic perfection. Emeraude Toubia looks just like I imagined Izzy! She smart as hell, kicks ass, and does it all in heels. Isaiah Mustafa is not at all like I initially imagined Luke. I knew right off the bat that Luke was going to be a wolf so I imagined him as a more scraggily and lanky Remus Lupin esque figure, but now I can’t picture him any other way. I knew Harry Shum Jr from Glee but he absolutely slayed it as Magnus! And Matthew Daddario as Alec Lightwood is my favorite casting. Alec is my favorite character and I love Matthew’s portrayal so freaking much!!!

I’m on episode two of season three and am in that spot all fangirls know where I want to carry on with the story so bad, but I also don’t want to finish it so I’m procrastinating. I’m devastated that the #saveshadowhunters petition didn’t work especially since even when I wasn’t watching the show I knew of it. The fandom was so clearly still invested in seeing the story progress and crushed by the fact that the show was canceled despite their best efforts.

- horror unfortunately sorry love he isnt a fan of the genre he often cowers and gets traumatized at times due to all the gore and spooky things. You comfort him through though if it's hard for him you hold his hands and recommend a better movie.

Well, if Milo Thatch was the Disney nerd that inspired Danielle, then this other favorite Disney nerd would be Jacob's biggest inspiration:

Jacob is similar to Doctor Doppler's brand of geekiness. He tries to act cool and collected, though he fools no one. He is more snarky and sarcastic than his little sister, yet he can be very gentle and kind at the same time. Jacob is also a bit more outgoing and energetic than Danielle is, since he is a hat-stall between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. (A lot of people have asked this one, so I will add more about this plus artwork in later answers).

15. What is your Jacob's fashion style?

One word: sweater vests. (Okay, that's two words...) But just as Danielle loves over-sized sweaters, Jacob likes nicely fitted sweater vests. Slacks and ties are usually what he pairs them with, with the occasional scarf and overcoat.

17. Which Marauder is your MC most like?

This is very interesting one. I will have to say, out of all of them, Danielle is more like Remus Lupin. Like Lupin, she is mild-mannered, pleasant, kind, and scholarly. She is generally forgiving and good-natured. On the flip-side, Danielle can also habor deep insecurities. She also can tend to cut a lot of slack for her friends' crazy antics, even if she heself isn't confortable with it. Danielle may also feel too uncomfortable confronting obvious problems, and may try to ignore them or fail to act on them...

Now i need your help to pick what you would read about! I have different concepts i will write about and you can vote by using the Number associated with the one you would read about. 3 Wizard World, 3 Non Wizard World! Writing this i know which one Id do but i want to do one you’d read!

1) Pen Pals- Hogwarts and another wizarding school decide to try a year or so of pen pals for Muggle Studies. Remus gets paired up with the OC and when it’s time to finally meet can Remus do it?

2) Secret Admirer- Remus falls for the OC and keeps leaving her letters. What happens when she starts writing back? Will she ever find out who it is?

3) Fake Dating- Remus and the OC have been best friends for years! When the Marauders say Remus could never get a girlfriend he lies and says he has one. He brings the OC into the mix. Will the plan fall apart or will they fall in love?

4) NO MAGIC- Based on the the Big Bang Theory- The OC moves across the hall from James and Remus. Remus being the geeky guy that is afraid he won’t find love and James is the best friend that will turn him in the right direction

5) NO MAGIC- The OC is a geeky film student who texts her study buddy but texts the wrong number. She texts Famous Supernatural Actor/Director Remus Lupin. (not based on the show but based on the genre. Remus is a werewolf and plays one in movies/or tv)

6) NO MAGIC-Zombies!-Based on the Walking Dead. Reader is just trying to find her brother and his family when she comes across Remus. Will she find her family? Why is this man the cutest, most innocent being ever! (Basically Remus would be Glenn)
