also if she was gay it makes more sense from a pr perspective for her to be single for a while rather than for her to have a “beard” she’s constantly slut shamed for having boyfriends and it’s not like those men get away Scot free either…. like she was fresh out of a 6 year relationship she could very easily have gone the “taking some time to work on myself before I get into another relationship” route if she didn’t want to date men anymore but instead she went straight to matty Healy of all people (which I genuinely think is one of the worst decisions she’s made in the past 5 years but then again she’s a grown adult who can do what she likes it’s none of my business and that is an opinion for another day)

I don’t think we talk enough about her giving all sorts of easter eggs to the gaylors. If you ever hear the things they talk about you’ll notice that not everything can be just a coincidence.

The gaylor theory has appeared on rolling stone, she knows it exists, and yet she cannot avoid using an outfit just like karlie’s in bejeweled while walking a diamond runway? or the outfit she appears in on the big screen of the era’s tour, the one in which she’s inside the house before burning it down.

Did you know that the weather map in the lavender haze mv has 2 of it’s “circles” right on top of cities named gaylord? 2 gaylord cities??? and there’s also an arrow pointing right at karlie’s hometown. can you believe it? It seems just the kind of tiny thing that no one would believe she did on purpose at the same time that it’s just noticeable enough that it’ll not go unnoticed to a gaylor fan trying so hard to find the smallest clues. there’s a bunch of things like this if you look it up.

That’s evil as fuck if you ask me.

It's actually very cynical how she doesn’t say anything to change the narrative of gaylors because she knows she will lose a certain amount of fans thus profit if she does that. She takes advantage of their theories instead but then also throw them under the bus saying certain things (ex. saying betty is from a teenage boy's perspective, betty and james end up together) If you think about this more you will see the reason, she chose to name the characters after blake and ryan's children and three of them are girls. She knows james is a girl, but to turn that into a teenage boy's perspective is a very weird move. In her previous album she wrote a shitty gay anthem so there was no need for her to label james as a boy to give it a hetero narrative. She does things intentionally to raise eyebrows for gaylors but at the same time she always throws them under the bus, which is very weird and questionable I must say.
