وَهُوَ الَّـذٖٓي اَنْشَاَ جَنَّاتٍ مَعْرُوشَاتٍ وَغَيْر�� مَعْرُوشَاتٍ وَالنَّخْلَ وَالزَّرْعَ مُخْتَلِفاً اُك��لُهُ وَالزَّيْتُونَ وَالرُّمَّانَ مُتَشَابِهاً وَغَيْرَ مُتَشَابِهٍؕ كُلُوا مِنْ ثَمَرِهٖٓ اِذَٓا اَثْمَرَ وَاٰتُوا حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهٖؗ وَلَا تُسْرِفُواؕ اِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفٖينَۙ ﴿١٤١﴾
وَمِنَ الْاَنْعَامِ حَمُولَةً وَفَرْشاًؕ كُلُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِؕ اِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُبٖينٌۙ ﴿١٤٢﴾
En'âm Suresi - 141-142 . Ayet
﴾141﴿ Çardaklı ve çardaksız bağları, değişik ürünleriyle hurmaları, ekinleri, birbirine benzeyen ve benzemeyen biçimlerde zeytin ve narları meydana getiren O’dur. Her biri ürün verdiğinde ürününden yiyin; hasat günü de hakkını verin; fakat israf etmeyin; çünkü Allah israf edenleri sevmez.
﴾142﴿ Hayvanlardan yük taşıyanları ve tüyünden sergi yapılanları da (yaratan O’dur). Allah’ın size rızık olarak verdiklerinden yiyin; şeytanın ardına düşmeyin; şüphesiz o sizin için apaçık bir düşmandır.

To achieve this record-breaking creation, Cellato sourced a highly coveted white truffle from Alba, Italy, which costs approximately $6,905 per pound. Additionally, the ice cream includes Parmigiano Reggiano, a renowned Italian cheese, and sake lees, a byproduct of sake production.
Collaborating with Tadayoshi Yamada, the head chef at Osaka restaurant RiVi, Cellato aimed to blend European and Japanese flavors to create a truly unique culinary experience. The development process took over 1.5 years, involving numerous trials and errors to perfect the taste.
The recognition from Guinness World Records has brought well-deserved validation to Cellato's tireless efforts. Despite the eye-watering price tag, the company's representative expressed their satisfaction, stating that achieving the record made all the hard work worthwhile.

Ensalada Aragonesa, mi aportación a la expo colectiva de Huescómic 2024, en la que en esta ocasión nos han propuesto dibujar platos de la gastronomía del Alto Aragón. Y en este que me ha tocado, siendo uno que tiene una receta distinta según a quién le preguntes, pues he decidido homenajear al cartel de las piscinas de Aragón, hecho por el pintor y dibujante Emilio Abanto hace años ya y que sigue siendo a día de hoy un símbolo del verano aquí <3

Bolo de Cenoura

Ingredientes
Massa
3 cenouras médias
3 ovos
2 xícaras de açúcar
1 xícara de óleo de canola
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
1 pitada de sal
1 colher de sopa de fermento químico
Modo de Preparo
Massa
1 - No liquidificador, coloque 3 cenouras médias, 3 ovos, 1 xícara de óleo de canola e 2 xícaras de açúcar. Bata até ficar homogêneo.
2 - Em uma tigela, coloque 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo, 1 pitada de sal e 1 colher de sopa de fermento químico. Misture.
3 - Em seguida, adicione a mistura do liquidificador na tigela.
4 - Com um fouet, misture até ficar homogêneo.
5 - Transfira a massa para uma forma untada e enfarinhada.
6 - Leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 180 graus Celsius por 40 minutos.

5 colheres de sopa de açúcar
3 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
2 colheres de sopa de leite
Modo de Preparo
Cobertura
1 - Em uma panela, coloque 5 colheres de sopa de açúcar, 3 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó, 2 colheres de sopa de leite e 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal.
2 - Mexa e deixe cozinhar até levantar fervura.
3 - Assim que a mistura soltar do fundo, está pronta a cobertura.
4 - Espere o bolo esfriar e derrame a calda ainda quente sobre ele.
5 - Espalhe a cobertura e deixe esfriar antes de servir.
