First time at the San Diego Comic Con! Bought tickets back in 2019 but it kept getting delayed due to the pandemic. Finally was able to go. Without question I'm the consummate geek. Interestingly enough I've never seen a single episode of "Big Bang Theory." With that being said, on Saturday, 07/23, at Comic-Con, I completely engaged in a "Big Bang Theory" moment. I came across Dr. Kevin Grazier, Ph.D. at the Sail Pavillion. Long story short, he was honored I recognized him; mask on. Dr. Grazier was the technical advisor to the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica series from the first decade of this century. We spoke at length about how his work on BSG was the inspiration of Christopher Nolan utilizing Physicist Kipp Thorn as the technical advisor on the movie, "Interstellar." I further proudly proclaimed to Dr. Glazier I know the name of many of the current Physicist much in the manner most people know the names of professional athletes. My encounter with him was very much in the spirit of Comic-Con for me. I want to move to San Diego so bad. I have a good job here in PA and couldn't comfortably make the move unless I was making $65000+

So if anyone has any leads to offer...

I'm a communications/public relations and poli sci major with 3 years in county government management and a background in sales and marketing. I work as an assistant and handle all press contacts and event management as well as scheduling, etc.

I've been trying to move out there for years and I'm so desperate. I need to get out of Pennsylvania so bad.
