Hi! Do you guys have anything for 24 hour livestreams? Like the ones you see on Twitch?

That we do!! We weren't sure what type you were looking for specifically, so here's a spread:

What was supposed to be a simple 24 hour gaming livestream for charity turns into something completely different at hour six when Character A sees a massive influx of alarmed messages in their chat. Their viewers seemed to be freaking out about something they saw in Character A's webcam, but upon further inspection, they don't see anything...yet. Each hour brings new horrors as Character A attempts to navigate a large charity livestream, their unsettled chat, and a new entity that seems to have found their way into Character A's home.

While gaming during a 24-hour livestream, uber-popular gamers Characters A, B, C, & D do their best to complete large event quests in their favorite open-world RPG. This, however, is easier said than done when they realize their viewers are more than capable of stream sniping them and sabotaging their progress.

Popular 'Just Chatting' streamer Character A has an amazing idea: they'd do a 24-hour charity livestream where they host their three friends at their apartment for a sleepover simulator. The four prep all the necessary games, food, sleeping bags, etc. for an incredible 24 hour cozy event. They streamed multiple POVs, did prank calls, made sickly sweet snacks, played Truth or Dare, etc. Needless to say, the viewers seemed to like their games of 'Seven Minutes in Heaven' the most.

"I wanted to spice up my usual content from the rest during my 24-hour charity livestream, so I decided the best way to do that would be to rent out a barebones storage pod and lock myself in for the 24 hour period while completing dares from my chat. It was going well until something happened...now, I need to follow my untrustworthy chat's advice or I'm going to die." AU

Swatting was supposed to be a thing of the past, but Characters A and B realize that their viewers were more immature than they expected when they heard someone rapidly knocking at their door and yelling to be let in. They both swallow thickly before unlocking the latch and see four fully-rigged officers pile into the room. It was easy to explain the misunderstanding, but the animal bones scattered around the apartment from their occult arts and crafts activity from Hour 4? Not so much.

"Doing a 24-hour charity livestream was always a dream of mine, so my best friends and I decided to make it a reality. We hooked up a few devices for the stream and took to the streets for a 24-hour city experience livestream where we went to all our favorite places within 24-hours, no stops, no breaks -- in fact, we even locked the devices to continue streaming no matter what. We had an amazing first four hours with our chat, but then upon further inspection, we realized that we were missing our main device, the one that houses the charity accounts and would automatically transfer the funds once the 24 hours were up. Most of us were sobbing uncontrollably because we hadn't just lost a device, but the thousands our viewers had donated too. Upon further investigation, we realized that we had a stroke of luck: the stream was still locked on. With the help of our chat, we set off in the remaining 19 hours to track down the device and save our charity livestream." AU

I've been thinking about what one of my next fics should be- actually I've already chosen what the next one is but I'm planning it to be short so I'm wondering what I should write after. This is for Miraculous Ladybug btw:

1. Actor au- Marinette is a rookie actor and Adrien is pretty well known but the director (master fu) sees Marinette as the perfect person for his main role or something along those lines.

2. Gaming/ esports au- I really like e-sport type of dramas, comics etc. Probably because I really like playing games. I was thinking maybe either Adrien is the captain of an e-sports group (kind of like one of my fave Chinese dramas Falling into your smile) or maybe it could be the other way around and Adrien is the one who is scouted. Another idea I had was that Marinette was part of the group who made a pretty popular game- her roles being co designer and beta tester- and she is a legendary player in the game. Adrien just so happens to be another legendary player and they have known each other online for ages but not offline. It just so happens that Adrien hears Marinette talking about the game one day. Not gonna lie, out of the two, I'm kind of leaning to the second gaming idea.

3. Childhood friends au- where they drift apart due to circumstances but by chance Marinette meets Gabriel one day and he asks her to help him bring Adrien back to his old self whilst also become his protégé so she can be the designer for Gabriel one day- obviously in this Gabriel is nice.

4. Another fantasy au- this time a more western type dnd feel (because the current fantasy au im writing has a more Eastern feel to it) where Marinette is a witch and Adrien is the Prince and they go on an adventure to look for something.

5. Revenge au- Gabriel is the reason Marinette's parents died and so she wants revenge.

6. Time reset- in which Felix used to be Chat Noir but when Bridgette died he wished for time to reset and decided he would be nowhere near the miraculous. That is until he realises that his cousin is the new owner of the cat miraculous and he decides that maybe he should do something about it.

OK I'll only list these up for now because they are the ones I most want to write but don't know when I would be able to because I write slowly, especially when I have other things to do.

Anyways please choose which one you think you would like to see the most because it may motivate me to write that certain trope more. Though currently I'm leaning towards the gaming au. It might change in a few months time.

what about sasaki and miyano gaming streamers au……lots of projecting here so ofc they primarily play genshin impact, a little valorant and miyano likes horror games and otome games, and sasaki will try anything but he’s mostly known as a genshin streamer (he gives me big lore player vibes)

they would meet through hirano who’s a more lowkey gaming streamer, plays valorant and horror games with miyano, and genshin sometimes with sasaki if he’s really bored. other than that he joins his friends calls on streams so everyone just kinda knows him. he’d probably be on a call with miyano once, playing phasmophobia and ask if he could bring a friend on, and ofc it’s sasaki. chaos ensues between the three of them and they play for hourssss. literally sasamiya hit it off so well (why wouldn’t they) and hirano almost feels like a third wheel.

“so do you play other games, mya-chan?” sasaki would ask.

“of course i do. i like a lot of different types, but mostly genshin.”

“oh same! we should co-op later.”

from then on, there’s rarely a time where they’re both streaming and not playing together, or at least in each other’s streams. miyano gets sasaki to try otome and bl games (and manga), and sasaki gets miyano to join his genshin lore streams, just talking about theories and how deep it goes (if you know you know). off stream, they def video call a lot, and they play casually together, and watch movies.

PSA for those writing coffee shop AUs, bakery AUs, etc.

I have worked in the food service industry for 20 years and I just wanted to make an informational list of common mistakes or misconceptions I see in writing about said industry. Not trying to be a jerk, just thought I would try to make a helpful list! I will add more if I think of any and please feel free to ask any questions you may have!

- it's cookie dough, not cookie batter. Doughs are for thicker stuff, typically something you can pick up in your hand (cookies, bread). Batters are more liquid and pourable (cakes, brownies, muffins)

- one person cannot make all the products from scratch and bake everything themselves unless they are a very slow business. Most of the time someone has a specific thing they do weather it's focused on specific products or split up like one person does the batters/doughs, one person preps and bakes, one person decorates. Sometimes one person does multiple things but generally not every single thing every day by themselves

- Front of House = people interacting with customers like barista, waiter, person at the register. Back of House = people making the food (line cook, baker, etc), dish washer (the worst job in the world, I salute all dishwashers everywhere)

- if they're doing stuff like bagels, doughnuts, breakfast pastries, cinnamon rolls, bread, etc they are there EARLY. Depending on the product some people start working at 2 in the morning. I saw a published book that had someone making dozens and dozens of cinnamon rolls from scratch in like one hour. Not possible even though I wish it was

- frosting, icing, and glaze are all different things. Frosting is the thicker stuff you see on cakes and cupcakes. Icing is typically for cookies, especially the decorated cut out sugar cookies. Glaze is thin, like what you get on doughnuts

- 99% of people who work in the food service industry will immediately go home and shower. I've seen lots stories where the character gets done at work and goes out. You are covered in various substances with powdered sugar in places you didn't know it could get, a shower before Literally Anything is a must

Streamer Eddie who plays exclusively horror games and makes it his mission to terrify himself and his audience, but sometimes there's a knock at the door and Eddie pauses his game. Eddie. The guy who once played through the whole night and didn't even stop to pee.

But whoever knocked must be important because Eddie doesn't think twice about pausing his game.

Streamer Steve who reviews games for kids and rated them on how suitable they are, makes sure they won't cause nightmares, or if they're appropriate to play in the presence of toddlers. And sometimes he gets up in the middle of his stream and only says "Hold on, Im spooked, Ill be right back." And he leaves, for just a second, and comes back with a blush on his face before resuming what he was doing.

And their fans think both of them are single.

Until Eddie tries to stream for 24 hours straight without leaving his room, and even his chair. And suddenly there's another person, and viewers can only see their hands when they reach across to feed Eddie. Some fans think it's cute, some think that Eddie is a monster for having someone feed him.

And Eddie reads that chat message to Steve who gets absolutely offended, and ruins the unintentional hidden relationship by moving into frame, his angry face looking like this " >:( " and he looks right into the camera, "Hey! It is a privilege to be able to feed him!" And he's mostly joking but he volunteered to do it because Eddie was planning on just not eating the whole time and he wasn't having that.

And the chat goes wild because Steve? steviereviews is corrodededdies boyfriend?

And suddenly it makes since why after that certain knock Eddie lowers his volume on the game and has a soft smile on his face. And it definitely cleared up who Eddie was taking about when he'd say "Sorry guys, gotta turn it down, it was scaring my baby." (Once his viewers learn that he's talking about his boyfriend and not an actual baby they are conflicted. How can this guy be so soft? And if we're talking about that, how can Steve be with a guy who loves horror? Steve who jumps every time the lights merely flicker? But some how it works).
