bg3 men of your choosing and kinks?
Notes: Yummy!!! I got you dear anon xoxo
⟡ Characters: Halsin - Gale - Zevlor - Haarlep - Raphael - Wyll - Rolan
⟡ Content: NSFW - Kinks - Lots Of Kinks
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Zevlor loves a good creampie. Like, please let this old man cum deep within you!!! It will literally make him go insane, his tail thrashing around behind him as he fills you so full of his seed. Especially if you let me do it after only just meeting. It’s been so long since he’s felt such warmth envelop his cock. Gods, and when he sees the way his white milky substance leaks out of you afterwards… it’s enough to keep him hard and wanting to go at it again. Maybe it’s part of the breeding kink he has, the dire need- of wanting a family to call his own. And you just look so pretty like this- with your legs spread and his cum spilling out.
⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Haarlep is an incubus, a demon- a chaotic being so of course dacryphilia. Whether you’re crying from his cock stretching you or crying from the way this creature overstimulates you- he relishes in it. Haarlep adores taunting you, always adding a hint of mockery to his coos, “Awh my little Dove, does it hurt?” Before leaning down to lick away the tears running down that pretty face of yours he loves so much. “Or is it simply too much for your mortal body to endure?” As he lets out a wicked laugh, flashing you his infamous smirk.
⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Rolan not only enjoys overstimulating you, but also craves being overstimulated himself. This grumpy tiefling wizard has more depth than meets the eye. He’s so pent up from studying and perfecting new spells that when he finally gets his hands on you he’s using your body as a means of release. He unleashes all his frustrations on your tight little fuck hole, pounding you relentlessly with his cock. Bullying that body of yours until you’re nothing more than a babbling mess with your tongue lolled out, until his body gives up on him, collapsing on top of you, gasping for breath. The slightest touch sending his body into shock.
⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Raphael is a cocky bastard, and everyone knows this. Gets off on denying you your orgasm. Loves being in control of your body, mind, and soul- the devil will wait until you’re begging for him to give you your release- begging for his cock acknowledging that only he can bring you such intense pleasure. Telling him that no one- nor anything matters, only him. Once you’ve pleaded enough, he’ll express how satisfied he is with your obedience and will hint at granting you that long awaited release.
⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Wyll adores praising you, worshipping you in your intimate moments. He genuinely worshiped every aspect of you, even finding all your imperfections incredibly beautiful. Especially if you have a scar, no matter how small or large, he’ll lovingly kiss along it. And he takes such delight in receiving the same level of adoration from you, as you worship his cock, the very cock that causes your toes to curl and your body to writhe beneath him.
⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Listen, Halsin sometimes involuntarily shifts into a bear, and he always apologizes for it. But if you accept him for who he truly is, Gods he’ll be utterly smitten with you. As things start to get a bit more steamy his body begins to glow as he transforms into his bear shape. But, if you playfully giggle at him and start to run, enticing him to chase you by wiggling your finger, oh yes, it will not only arouse him further to chase you, but also show him you’re open to some unconventional foreplay. Being a bear he’ll eventually catch up to you and pounce on you as gently as he can. It’s so endearing to him how you softly plead, “oh no~ plllleeeease~ someone help~” as your fingers run through his fur.
⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪ Gale is so cute, he just absolutely craves the sensation of your fingers tugging at his hair while you ride his face. He always smiles while probing you with his tongue when he feels your nails digging into his scalp as his stubble tickles between your thighs. And when it comes to your hair, well you best believe this man takes joy in giving a gentle tug here and there. Not too rough, but enough to crane your neck back so that he can lock eyes with you before capturing your lips in a passionate kiss.

and they shouldn't have 😠.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I never hoped for this. this is a mess.
x
if you recruit both, give me back the datamined dialogue of Halsin asking the player to choose between him and Minthara. the way she kidnaps and tortures him in every timeline, and the way she kills him in one of the outcomes. is he supposed to just forgive her that? she slaughters his Grove and he's supposed to just forgive that?
man, I wish Larian would have stayed true to what they originally planned. again, it's great that they support the game, lots of things were improved (that should've been done in the first place before the release but alas), but we're getting an entirely new game from what it's been when 'fully' released. at least stay true to your ideas, since it directly affects the plot and its conflict.
give me the ability to play as Halsin before the ship crashes, then. make him the original companion and let me be captured as him and tortured before our party arrives and saves Halsin (us) (or, you know, betrays us). let people learn about his very similar to Astarion trauma that is being treated like a joke and hidden behind a very optional dialogue that is very easy to miss, even if you try hard to see as much of the game as possible on your first run.
we know Minthara is in a cult and is being manipulated (which is its own topic because of the damage that she still does) and she verbalizes it. we learn about it from her and it's not a joke. we know about everyone else's trauma. why the hell is Halsin's being portrayed like this?
(and yes, I know that his comments about his slavery and abuse are victim blaming and that's he's repressing those memories, trying to convince himself it was all fun and mutual. but it wasn't!
Astarion went through a similar experience, but he knows it wasn't his fault. he knows the horrible things that he's done and that he was (still is sometimes) an asshole, but he's done those things to survive.
Karlach went through slavery, but she knows it wasn't her fault.
Wyll became a demon due to Mizora's trickery, yet it is very clearly treated like it's not Wyll's fault, it's Mizora's, his abuser.
Gale is not 100% innocent, but Mystra is clearly his abuser, too, due to the chronic pain that the orb is causing him and how it's a danger to him and everyone around him. Mystra tells him to blow himself up and treats him like he's her puppet. live or die, he's nothing to her.
like, what! the! hell! why is Halsin the only one who gets this kind of treatment of his trauma? why doesn't he get a chance to heal, the same way Astarion does? where did all the plot for Halsin's arc go, too?
Halsin deserves fucking better.)
upd: thought I made myself clear, but apparently not: this post is about Halsin. his personality, and trauma, and how they are portrayed compared to other characters. if you want to talk about Minthara, make your own post. also might block me/the anti tag while you're at it.

Okay . She mass on my gate until the Baldur is effected . Is this Anything .
Like I said b4 … Wyll is a human Spectre with artificial biotics that Mizora funds and controls . Hidden face of the Alliance he probably doesn’ t have any identifying symbols but he’ s . He is the Omniblade of the Frontiers . You feel me ? He would be a Sentinel honestly … the class just fits him the best … Rarely gets actual assignments but always has access to a ship , aid , evac , etc due to being a spectre and also … Mizora … she is not letting him go he is her magnum opus .. like I also stated b4 the artificial biotics definitely have very Adverse and Dangerous side effects , so he has to keep up with a lot of medication and routine hospital checks and medical testing , but he also cannot have it removed unless Mizora willingly removes it , because she is the only one that really can ..
Karlach . Okay . So . She has to be like a Cerberus Super Solider Test right . Like she was under Project Zariel and the whole point was to make an extremely powerful and unbeatable soilder , leading to still having her heart replaced with a mechanical replacement . That is still killing her because it’ s not like it was anything more that a prototype , and she escaped before it was fully fixed and updated so she could live without needed it monitored and constantly tweaked 24/7 .. now I know that this would make her human but the vision of Krogan or YAGH KARLACH is also fucking dope .. sorry Yagh Karlach is like cocomelon to me right now . Honestly I think that’ s gonna be the only way . Yaghlach …. Full solider class , something like a Dragoon without biotic whips
Astarion is Ardak-Yakshi . Look me in my eyes and tell me I am wrong . I am not . Um I think huntresses are like . The asari term for infiltrators … he kinda has to be that . When he was being transported to the Monastery , the ship got attacked and Cazador was the one to “ save him “ . Now , here’ s where I am pondering . Cazador can be another Ardak-Yakshi , targeting others when they are being transported to the monasteries , and is trying to like . Set up his own personal army of them . You know how Morinth says that Ardak-Yakshi are the perfect future of the Asari race ? Yeah . He’ s taking that to heart . OR . Or . He can be a scientist . Human , maybe , or whatever . But he is a non-asari Fully fixated on Ardak-Yakshi and trying to understand how it develops and how he can utilize it . Can he somehow develop something to mimic this power , can he work backwards to recreate it … etc etc
… Lae’zel should be a Prothean survivor . I was kinda going back and forth between Quarian or Batarian , but she would be a fucking Prothean !!!!! Avatar of go fuck yourself . She would be similar to Javik and be an avatar of something very similar . Revenge , I think . I think she would choose Revenge to be what she represents. I mean , Protheans and Collectors echo Gith and Mindflayers to Be Clear and Frank .. Prothean born near the end of her original cycle and was forced into a cryopod .. ohh wouldn’ t it be fucked up if Voss gave up his pod for her ? Like he knew they would need her and her youth and her ability to adapt for the next cycle and made sure she would survive .. ORPHEUS . Ohh okay . She thinks that he was a betrayer and ratted out Prothean resistance groups but she learns through having access to the archive and with new research that he was the last standing against indoctrinated groups trying to betray a save zone … yeah … Vlaakith is like . Sovereign . And keeps trying to speak to her through the collectors and trying to convince her to join them . She also probably preys upon her fear of being forgotten or failing her duty .. Ohhh fuck yeah
Gale is . Okay I have Two Ideas . The most ‘ correct ‘ one is that he is a Drell biotic who would be like . A wandering scholar ? Like his purpose is to gather knowledge and experience and bring it back to Kahje . Mystra could be the one he serves in a Compact , alongside other drell like Elminster .. he’ s been sent off world after getting too cocky and overstepping in the eyes of Mystra , and he needs to go learn humility before he can return back . He’ s an adept .. trying to translate the orb … either it is Kepral’s Syndrome and he’ s gone without care for it for a concerning stretch of time , or it could be related to biotics in some way … how ? Good question . But honestly it would make the most sense if he did have Kepral’s Syndrome in place of the orb . Okay second idea that I won’ t go with but i like . Geth Gale ( chose the name Gale based on the definitions of both a strong wind and an outburst ) who is now an outlier Geth .. MYSTRA was like . A group name for his collective mind until he was cast out from the group . YOU GOTTA ADMIT YOU GET THIS VISION TOO
Shadowheart . I really like her as a Quarian .. Quarian who was taken away from the fleet and raised outside of it .. being told all her life her family gave her up and traded her so they couldn’ t be exiled from the fleet .. So she lives in full resentment of them and the fleet and other Quarians she sees on pilgrimage because of how cruel it was for her to not have that , that her family gave her up and never tried to contact her , that the fleet would be so cruel to her and allow such a trade off ... but that isn’ t actually true . She was forcefully taken and raised by non-quarians , mostly because they saw her as a chance to try and understand the Quarian immune systems and responses and use that research for riches … if they can reverse engineer a way to artificially boost immune systems and make Quarians pay a random for it , then.. project SHAR . That is what I’ ll call it . That is also why her hand is constantly injured they’ re running tests and using that wound like a controlled variable . Aylin and Isobel are Quarians too , and Aylin has been on a hunt to find Shadowheart since she learned of her kidnapping .. she’ s the team medic but also the engineer … spirit guardians are still a thing they are drones that shoot rockets at you

I find it very frustrating that Wyll and Karlach leave no matter what if you side with the goblins. Which feels particularly fucked up that the non-white and non-white coded origin characters are the only two who get this content cut off from them. Gale is the other morally upstanding character and although he's a bit more morally grey than the two of them he's certainly not okay with genocide by any means and yet he still stays.
I get it they are the two most morally upstanding characters and are very emotionally tied to the teiflings but they are then totally exempt from the story and loose a lot of content and depth. They both already have the least amount of content out of the origins characters from Karlach's late addition and Wyll's re-writes and cutting them out of the evil storyline just adds to this. It's especially frustrating with Karlach because she's so easy to miss as well as having less content. According to the DEV's this is on purpose bizarrely too "I would've missed Karlach if I hadn't been reading guides...
AS: That's common, I think.
SV: But it's also on purpose, because the replay value is much stronger if you've discovered things..." from https://www.ign.com/articles/baldurs-gate-3-final-interview-game-of-the-year-2023-characters-endings
I feel also that they could very easily stay for the evil route in multiple ways without sacrificing their characters.
For Karlach she could have a speech at the goblin party post slaughter about how she thought she was free but this is just like Avernus. There's really nowhere where she can relax, nowhere where she can do good. No one that she can form a connection to that won't betray her. But if that's how it's got to be fine she's put up with it for ten years she can do it a little more to be rid of the tadpole.
Wyll could stay if he kills Karlach. This causes him to go through a Shadowheart like change. I think choosing to save or kill Karlach is his biggest and most dramatic moment (partially because he's annoyingly passive so much of the rest of the story but still) like choosing to save or kill the Nightsong is Shadowheart's. And thus should bring about a similar change in him like how Shadowheart shuts herself off if you kill Dame Ayelin.
There's dialogue that I assume is from early access because otherwise it makes no fucking sense like "I fear your lust for power could get the better of you. You are a hero not a politician." that you can say to Wyll. But with this route we'd actually bring out this side to him. At present his reaction to finding out he did an honest to god murder with Karlach is pretty lack luster (I blame the writing as they reuse so much of his saving Karlach lines instead of giving him a properly new scene). Instead of being upset I say he goes through a change and tries to justify himself instead. Like "I had to do it, you don't know what Mizora would have done to me" "I can still be a hero" "it was a one time loop hole who else are we going to find who is heartless". Something like that. We play up the dichotomy between the Blade and Wyll too. Now he only refers to himself as The Blade. He's less willing to hear feedback. He's more defensive. He isn't so much a person but a symbol.
However, he still wants to do good and should still definitely be upset at the goblin party. At the party he should say something like "These people trusted me! Trusted us! I was to be their hero! This isn't over. But I can't have the people seeing me as any more of a monster. So I'll stay with you since you hold the only thing stopping me from growing tentacles." He's still concerned with heroics but it's more selfish now.
When he made the pact with Mizora he gave up his home, only family, friends, previous career plans, everything! This is him desperately trying not to have to loose anything else. He would argue now that at the very least he should be able to keep his reputation, be allowed to keep his secret (which would add to how powerful it is that he grows horns in the other path). He's scared and so young and so the "good" ending would be keeping his pact with Mizora and dooming himself to an eternity of torture. Doing the scary thing anyway and becoming a lemur, a monster. I do consider breaking the pact to be the "good" ending at present but maybe it's just the "good" ending for the other version of him on that path. Because the other version of him is unendingly selfless and so should prioritize himself.
The other option is Karlach and Wyll both live. Get very angry at you for killing the teiflings. Say they'll stay because they're not strong enough to kill themselves and can't risk transforming without the Prism and inflicting that on people instead. So they say they'll stay but are secretly planning to kill you if you don't change. They pull a Minthara . Much like after revealing to Minthara that you can stop the Absolute's voice she'll try and kill you if you destroy last light inn Wyll and Karlach try and kill you. It would at least give them a bit more time with the party and maybe even stay entirely if you change.

I love the Big Choices in baldur's gate because of how many of them have parallels and yet are different in such specific ways (both the choice itself, the character making it, and the context) that you can make the entirely opposite choice from one angle, but the simultaneously be making the same choice from another (spoilers for Act 3 companion quests - Wyll and Shadowheart in particular)
Like, I just got to the end of Shadowheart's personal quest and have progressed Wyll's past his decision re: Saving His Dad with Mizora's help (I've not gone into the Wyrmway yet, so no spoilers for that please!) And the ways the choices for both of them overlap and differ, and the way I chose to act during those decisions, they're both so interesting to me so I wanna pick it apart!!
For reference here's how both played out:
I convinced Shadowheart to free Dame Aylin in Act 2, thus betraying Shar, then in Act 3 at the House of Grief I essentially let her do all the talking/decision making whenever applicable, outside of backing her up or being supportive. I let her chose between curing her curse and saving her parents (and she saves her parents).
For Wyll, we'd got Mizora out of her pod in Act 2 and his contract was on that "over in sixth months" wait (which Symon - my Tav - was openly pissed about but not much he could do about the T&Cs). When it came it Mizora's offer about re-instating his contract to save his father, it was clear that he would pick to do so without intervention. So I convinced him not to do it. (I ended up saving his father despite this choice which was a relief).
Now when letting Shadowheart choose for herself I did have this moment of "wait... even if the choice with Wyll worked out, I had no way of knowing it would so why did I assert my own opinion on him and not Shadowheart" which I think was a good question to ask myself. I was looking at it from the angle of "saving their parents" - I let one choose to save her parents (despite their protests) and live with the physical and mental torment of Shar for the rest of her days, but the other I'd pressed into not saving his father (& gaining the positive outcomes from that) at the cost of his immortal soul.
But then I was thinking further and I realised that's entirely the wrong way to frame it. It's not just who they're saving and what they're giving up, it's what their choice ultimately is. The choice I made with Wyll wasn't to not save his father, but to not accept the conditions and desires of the demon that groomed him - which is the same choice Shadowheart was making on her own re: the goddess that groomed her (Shar wanted her to end her parents lives - uh, fuck that! Fuck you, Shar!!).
Wyll is so deeply, heart-achingly tragic to me because ultimately he's aware of the pain and manipulation that Mizora brings to the table but on his own he would choose to suffer her for the good of others. He's a hero in the truest sense of the word. But he was caught in this contract when he was a boy, he's been cast out by his father for seven years because as a child he took on the responsibility of an impossibly restrictive and complicated contract to save a city. And the choice he's faced with is to do the same again, with the added personal stakes of losing his father too. Or that's what Mizora tells him! And Wyll is, and I say this with love and respect for him maintaining this world view after all he's seen and been through, far too brave and kind for his own good!! In that moment he needed an external voice to say "no, Wyll, this is asking too much of you. There are other ways to solve this problem that don't involve you sacrificing something this enormous". He needs external reassurance that setting a boundary, a single boundary that his immortal soul is his and no one else's, doesn't contradict his morals, doesn't make him a bad person. (Side note: this is also why I was furious at Gale for the post-decision commentary he gives if you choose this and I wish there was a way to respond to what he says-- but I digress). And beyond that the terms of her "help" are so sneaky and I truly felt like a third-party without the emotional investment in the choice was the only way to pick up on it. Idk how it plays out mechanically the other way but... keeping Wyll's dad safe from everyone but "our allies"? Oh like how I just allied with Gortash, the man holding him prisoner and about to kill him? Which essentially boils down to Mizora's help being info on how to find him. Which is not worth Wyll's immortal soul even if you see it as morally right to pick the "dad & city" option because that guarantees absolutely nothing!! (Plus the "city" thing is... tenuous at best. Baldur's Gate will surely persist if his dad dies of natural causes, after all. In terms of the city's future the Duke is just a man).
Shadowheart conversely is openly set on a choice that rejects her abusive goddess' desires, no matter the long-term consequence for her, so letting that decision play out felt correct. Especially since it's not an "eternal contract" sort of deal - it's a pain she's been managing for a while, will have support in coping with ("you're not a burden. you're my strength" made me weep in addition to everything else she said about her family). It's a rejection of Shar's doctrine of Loss and thus it feels like the truest path for her healing.
And... basically it is super interesting how these choices have that similarity re: parents but are so different in terms of how the choice relates to escaping abuse. And also how much it shows where the characters heads are at! And the sorts of support they both need in their journeys. It doesn't surprise me that Astarion and Karlach are most unambiguously supportive of Wyll's choice if he breaks his contract - Karlach knows that you never ever trust a devil and will not see Wyll fall for Mizora's trap again, not end up eternally tethered in the Hell's like she feared, rejecting that fate no matter the personal cost; and Astarion on the surface is approving because he sees the potential for Wyll to seize power and relates that to his own situation with Cazador & Ascending (implicitly anyway) but there's no way he actually thinks that's Wyll's angle. Ultimately, he's just witnessed something similar to what Tav presumably did for him in Act 2 - assert that Wyll has a right to boundaries, that he doesn't have to use his body/soul for other's no matter the benefits it could bring others, and stand up to someone pressuring him into the opposite.
(Although it does pain me to put Shadowheart and Wyll's reactions to each other's choices next to each other because like. Shadowheart hasn't saved her parents yet so is understandably a little taken aback, but ultimately isn't judgemental in the way a certain wizard is. But Wyll basically just... oh it hurt me when he says that Shadowheart showed herself to be a "true hero" for saving her parents despite the cost to herself. I dunno if I was reading into the delivery but he sounded... pained. Yes his dad was standing right behind me when he said it but I know in my heart he wouldn't just move on from his choice and not feel guilt even after rescuing his father because what if-- hhhehhrhghgrh Wyll Ravenguard you need to be Worse for your own good, sweetheart--)
Anyway fun ending thought - do you think Wyll developed his almost neurotic selflessness to cope with the fact that as a 17 yr old he was basically tricked into losing everything because like... "it was worth it, because of who it saved" feels like something you'd need to repeat a LOT after the shit he went through right.

@iron-hearts-ablaze | Questions for my Tav
This is super fucking long so it's under a read more:
1. What is their backstory and why did you choose it?
Well, I wrote up a bit on his backstory on the carrd but essentially he's a classic story of a good lad being forced into a criminal lifestyle cause of family and left events.
Finn's moral compass for most of his life is constantly spinning around, not sure which way to point. His mother raised him until just before his teens and she tried her best to nurture a kind hearted nature, a boy who loved music and arts and just wanted to play the lute and sing.
After her passing and his father returns to his life to take him "under his wing", Finn's life of music and art is torn to shreds as his father toughens him up for the life of a pirate. At first Finn resents his father, but over time begins to see it as his father trying his best to make sure Finn survives and thrives in this lifestyle. And by his late teens he certainly thrives. He earned the name Finn "The Fury" Locke for his rage during raids but mostly his constant simmering anger even out of fights.
He's fiercely loyal to his father, the captain, and the crew, having taken many injuries and killed for them throughout his life. Out of the crew, his closest friend and mentor was a half wood-elf named Jon. Jon was the chef and took wee Finn under his care when Finn was still a child grieving the loss of his mother and the life he once knew. Jon was much calmer than most of the other pirates, more patient and open-minded. The kitchen was always a space for Finn to be himself and funnily enough, the one spot on the ship where he never simmered to anger.
As for WHY I went with Finn? I've always been fond of the sea, I've sailed, dived, surfed, etc. I spend so much of my free time at the beach. I wanted to write a character that also shared the same love for the ocean and with all the plotting we've done Vix, Finn as a pirate just fell into place for me. I wanted to write someone who's maIn obstacle isn't anything or anyone but just finding himself again. For the story of the fight against the Dead Three, Finn doesn't have his own personal battles per say, just the slow crawl to self discovery and finally feeling happiness with himself. The fact he has also met Osian, the man who makes him finally believe soulmates just makes his journey all the better.
3. Do they multiclass? Why (not)?
Yes! With our playthrough we're going up to level 20 (😎) and so my current plan for Finn is:
Level 12 Rogue Pirate
Level 5 Fighter Battle Master
Level 3 Bard College of Swords ( only happens near the end of Act 3 as he begins to embrace his Bardic nature )
10. What was your Tav like as a child?
Near unrecognisable to the man now. Young lad, not well off by any means but rarely knew hunger. Carefree, happy, excitable child that had a small group of friends where he loved being the jokester with. He would sneak to watch street performers play songs and tried to set up a terrible band with his friends.
Academically he was perfectly average in most classes, with exception to music and writings where he excelled. His mother worked hard to save up to buy him a lute that he treasured until his father took it from him and cast it into the ocean.
93. What do you think happens to the party, afterwards? Do they go for drinks? Do they go their separate ways?
Finn would certainly suggest drinks, a well earned rest. He'd also be very glad the Elfsong is still standing.
Now, the question is would Finn join Karlach in Avernus? I'm between two minds on this cause Finn would adore Karlach so much, she's a very dear friend to him but he'd also know that Wyll (or Gale of we're throwing in our HeatWeave plot) would join her too.
If he doesn't join her, he'll be dashing after Astarion and using his cloak to cover him up enough until Osian can join them and help with some magic. After that, he will insist on serving all those who remain a pint or two in the Elfsong but he wouldn't feel much joy to celebrate. His best friend(s) is(are) fighting for her life and freedom in the Hells. If anything he's just grateful it's all over and he can focus on the next stage of his life.
Otherwise, he's diving right into Avenrus and smoking that fat cigar before chopping up as many demons as possible while the smarter lads work on a way to fix her engine for good.
94. Years after the game, what do you think your Tav is up to?
Most of his adventuring, and rogue lifestyle has been put away. Finn has now focused his energy on being a simple bard and author. He's trying to write the story of the journey of their adventure with the tadpoles and how a group with little in common banded together to crush the plan of the Dead Three and later the Netherbrain.
Finn has no ties to anywhere on land, his home in Waterdeep is long gone and so he will happily go wherever Osian needs to be. He will ensure to visit his favourite niece Calise as often as he can, and has regular correspondence with Osian's family who have taken him in as his own. He's far happier and more relaxed now with the love of his life and the life he always wanted to live.
One day he also meets Jon, who's left the pirate life to set up an inn in Baldur's Gate and Finn makes sure to be as much of a regular customer as possible.
95. What do you think of your Tav's development throughout the game? If you compared them to who they were at the start, what would be different?
Like chalk and cheese, Finn in Act 1 wouldn't recognise Finn in Act 3, from physical appearance to his entire personality. Finn slowly gets calmer and open to new ideas, plus Finn in Act 1 would have never expected to fall in love with a wood elf wizard and yet by Act 3 Finn can't imagine his life without him.
Yet, Finn post game finally understands how it is to be truly happy with himself. He's finding peace.
100. Did Karlach get upgraded? Did she turn Illithid? Did she return to Avernus? If so, did Tav join her, or Wyll, or both?

I've been playing Eisen and Colette (no fat bodies so no Telesphore, booooo) on Baldurs Gate 3 and here are some funny shit that has happened:
Naturally Eisen and Astarion are fucking.
Gale and Eisen meanwhile have this extremely compelling Nerd/Jock dynamic going on where Gale is clearly obsessed with Eisen but Eisen is like lightly bullying Gale. I'm playing them as if they are old schoolmates from wizard college and Eisen used to shove Gale in his locker.
He's also got a really fun dynamic with Shart because whenever he talks to her I always choose the nice dialogue options the first two/three times and then cap off the convo with the most insensitive one. because what's more Eisen than being genuine for 2 minutes then immediately putting your foot in your mouth.
I will admit. my spell selection for him has not been great. I need to fix his spell slots.
when the gang was in the underdark I took control of Shart for like 4 seconds to cast prayer of healing and in the time I left Eisen unsupervised he walked right up to one of those orange bulb things and it immediately exploded. Eisen was fine but Shart got blasted into a chasm and died.
I missed the chance to start the Karlach or Wyll romances for Colette and I'm fucking angry she'd be SO CUTE WITH EITHER OF THEM. I will try again. I will try so fucking hard. Colette deserves both of them but I know Wyll's monogamous. I am gonna have to make a new save.
colette is a sorcerer. wild magic. it's fun.
she had sex with Laezel. I accidentally turned nudity off somehow so the whole sex scene I was screaming NO THEY TOOK HER PUSSY! THEY TOOK IT!!! but it's whatever they broke up because Laezel was taking it way too fast and Colette's scared of committment
I am playing all interactions between Shart and Colette as if Colette is deeply intimidated by Shart and has somehow convinced herself that Shart hates her. (She doesn't.)
I refuse to take her through the underdark.
Astarion bit her which is very funny when you're me and you know what happens in kingmaker season 3.

you got any of them kotostarion postcanon hcs?
BOY DO I!!!!!! K'otos canon ending is choosing to stay with Astarion and work together to try and find a cure for his vampirism so they spend a lot of time pouring over tomes together at sorcerers sundries or traveling to Waterdeep to bother Gale for access to his personal library between accepting adventuring jobs to keep their coffers filled and also take advantage of being able to travel to seek out leads in other places too (tho it is mildly inconvenient only being able to travel at night/under extremely heavy tree cover they make the most of it and enjoy setting up camp to relive those days of tent cuddling). Thye also have a house together in the city bc idc they saved the damn world the least they can do is give them a place to live free of charge!!!!! and maybe they gave them a little money too so k'oto could buy out the house he and his sister lived in so she never had to pay rent again maybe. since she was a little weirded out by the 'vampire and bear boyfriends and vampire daughter who was actually their childhood friend that went missing 15 years ago' thing and politely declined moving in with them
Somewhere along the line too (I havent exactly decided where but maybe before the epilogue party? i never got the letter from him there despite my choices so that kinda pushes me towards making that canon) they also teamed up with Wyll and Karlach to hunt down and kill Haarlep to free K'oto from the body pact bc it was just unbearable for him and he'd only taken it out of a fucked up sense of obligation and difficulty viewing himself as anything more than a product or thing to be traded for what he needs and also a desire to not piss off everyone in the house before theyd gotten what they needed so. bad times all around sorry bud nothing personal but you gotta GO
And that's. kinda their life for a while? searching for leads, hunting a demon, going on adventures....sometimes checking in on the spawn in the underdark or going to stay with Halsin and Mimi just to get away from the city for a bit....relaxing and enjoying life 🥺
It's kinda cringe but I do also have it written in that Withers sends them on a quest as a stupid roundabout way to gift K'oto a ring that pauses his aging so they have as much time as they need to find Astarion's cure and they'll still be able to spend the rest of their lives together after that without one having to mourn the other since y'know. by Elf standards Astarion is extremely young and I somehow doubt the 200 years as a vampire are going to be counted when he becomes mortal again so thats like 900 years he's got left on him
There's some tie in lore with Mimi and her journey to prove herself worthy to Silvanus so he'll accept her as one of his chosen and grant her wish to be cured so she can finally grow up and not just be eternally 12 years old anymore but that is. Mostly irrelevant to kotostarion. except for the part I've been tossing around lately about her making it as his chosen eventually and being granted the power and permission to cure Astarion and the other ritual spawn as a way to help restore the natural order but. undecided if thats canon yet

got reminded of this again and it's still my fondest memory of BG3, it's just so sweet and funny. We were in the Shadowlands and iirc this was just as I was about to start fixing up the shadow curse. I'd been taking frankly, quite a bit of long rests because I liked talking to the companions and seeing if they had anything new to say.
I remember taking a long rest and swerving the camera around in a full circle, and out loud said "anyone got anything new to say? no? nobody wants to talk to me? aw :(" while I made my durge moon druid Anakin physically make her rounds around the camp. And I was feeling pretty bummed about her not having a romance partner.
"Karlach you got anythng new to say? Gale? No?" and I'm just imagining this happening in game is Anakin was going around trying to make small talk but everyone was just too tired to talk much, so she went to go talk to withers.
Which is what I go to do, except I was very surly about it. "Fine I'll just go talk to Withers then, old man you got anything to say?" and this fucker goes "yeah i do actually. why are you single."
to which i said outloud, "oh fuck you." But in game I think I either just made an excuse about the dark urges and her worry about them or said something about how no one's caught her eye yet. (I reloaded the long rest after the wyll cutscene to see if my response to withers had effected it. It did not.)
I can't remember what he said after that, but I figured I was just done for the night. Fuck yall im going to bed.
I hit "long rest" and BOOM! Like the universe just decided to go 'you want to romance a charming magic man? here's WYLL coming in with a STEEL CHAIR and a DANCE". Like I've barely interacted with the man this whole campaign because I don't know how to utilize his character class that well (but damn if im not going to learn to now).
So all i'm imagining is that in-game, Wyll noticed Anakin looked pretty down about not being able to talk to anyone, went to go speak to her, overheard some of her conversation with Withers. Then promptly decided "nows my CHANCE" and rushed back to the campfire to meet her there.
Let me tell you my utter disbelief when I got this cutscene. The IRONY. the COMEDY. I couldn't believe it. However, despite not using Wyll in my party that often, I was still very endeared by him since his introduction. The few times he was in my party I really enjoyed hearing him speak, and his little "do you believe in love at first sight, Lae'zel?" line was very very sweet to me.
So i've been lowkey very twirling my hair around my ear and going "i could talk to him for hours" in the back of my mind. But I wanted to try and romance Gale because he stole my attention first.
But safe to say I was very flustered the entire cutscene. I am also a big ol romanticist. Wyll's whole speech during that cutscene had me just utterly swooning, like AW? YOU'RE SO FUCKING SWEET? I WOULD DIE FOR YOU NOW?
It didn't help that the dynamic between a Wyll x Durge romance is just gold to my poor writer's heart. Like wdym it's monster x monster hunter? You would've hunted her down in the past, she is the very evil you have sworn to destroy. Except she's here in front of you with no memory of her past and is actively choosing to do good. She is trying to be good, and she is horrified of these urges she has.
Like I am eating that shit UP. Anyways Wyll Ravengard you have my heart
one of the funnier things that's happened to me while playing Baldur's Gate was that in Act 2 I still hadn't romanced anyone because I slept through the tiefling party, but I still wanted to romance a companion. And when I took a long rest I was disappointed to see that no one had anything to say to me, so I went to go talk to Withers. And upon starting the conversation the first thing he says to me is basically "why are you single".
Which, okay, damn old man. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed but also it's not like it was on PURPOSE. I wanted to romance Gale because he's charming, but no dice despite having 100 approval. I was not having much luck.
So after finishing up the conversation and having no one else I needed to speak to, I decide to go and take a long rest and finish up the day. Bam. Immediately upon long resting I get Wyll's romance cutscene where he asks us to dance.
Funniest chain of coincidences in this game so far. I like to imagine that Wyll overheard the conversation and, having been pining quietly, decided to shoot his shot. And it worked.
