1 year of #gains - last year at the start of competition prep vs this year. . Last year at the start I was 2 or 3% lower body fat and weighed 174 lbs. I am currently at 192 lbs. It will be interesting to compare my stage weights. It's time to start getting competition shredded, BUT not quite as shredded as last year. I learned last time that they are looking for a full look more than a lean look. So the goal is to be around 8-9% body fat vs the 6-7% I was last year.
