NYT Cooking (i replaced BA with these guys, sometimes they have decent stuff)

Claire Saffitz x Dessert Person (from Bon Appetit, I've learned so much)

I am endlessly amused by the fact that BA videos are struggling to get near 500k views after pretty consistently getting to 1mil within a week while Sohla's Babish show is consistently over 1mil, her other show is getting pretty strong numbers, Claire's show is crawling towards 1mil per video, and Rick and Gaby, with minimal advertising and no real mention by their old co-workers, are starting to gain followings.
